I had an appointment yesterday at 9:30 (not sure what her name was) but I absolutely love my lashes. We finished around 11:15 but it felt as if I had just sat down. My lashes look amazing and I am obsessed. I have gotten them done once before somewhere else and the next day got them removed due to irritarion. Not here ! Update: two lashes fell out after I got home and they started irritating my eyes. I was out of the state for a few days and during my trip they started becoming droopy, almost looked like I didn't get my lashes done from the front view! There was an issue with my eyelashes but Kim was very quick and friendly to fix the issue or any concern I had she was very great at making sure I got what I asked for! I appreciate the atmosphere it was very calm and relaxing. If I wasn't uncomfortable with sleeping in public places, this place would be the ideal place to take a nap while you get papered and loved! Fast responses through yelp i came in for next day service which was fast!! The business owner serviced me and she was very kind and made me feel warm. It was nice small talking with her about her family and business. Just some tips... to get honored through yelp you must book your appointment through the yelp app not through emails with Selena. The 50 for 75 deal is also great!! Just purchase before hand. IM thinking about getting my eyebrows done here in the future. I definitely WANT to come back at some point if i ever get lashes done or anything. The place is also really cute inside. I was nervous as it was my first time getting my lashes done. Selena was patient to answer all of my questions during the consultation and transparent about pricing (which is very reasonable). The procedure took about an hour and was pretty calming considering she's touching your eyes a lot. My eyes are really sensitive but they were fine and the lashes have stayed on really securely so far. Selena knows what she's doing and will take care of you! I know not everyone is perfect, and no matter how good the company is, not everyone will share the same experience. I did go out of my way to accommodate their schedule change. The technician was extremely sweet, very careful and detailed, and really takes the time to give the best results tailored not only to what I wanted but also she Gives advice on how to contour the eyebrows for your particular face shape. She is very reachable as well- by email and phone I would get a response almost immediately . Additionally she has been very accommodating for my busy schedule. The salon experience is also very good- it's comfortable clean and relaxing. The procedure in it of itself was painless (I fell asleep during my first session). I have done so much research on eyelash extensions (it's my first time trying them) and I have always been skeptical. I had a horrible horrible experience at another place that does lashes and wasted a lot of money because they fell out hours after, leaving my eyes looking like a hot mess. I found this place because I wanted my lashes fixed on a Sunday.. a lot of places aren't open on sundays. I came here and explained what happened. She removed them and gave me a new set. While there was a huge difference in the length and style of the lashes I had before compared to the set she gave me, they looked way better. I'm going to book again and try another style! And they started shedding recently at the week point. So I definitely recommend coming here, especially if your skeptical like I was. The lounge is super peaceful as well and has relaxing music.
