I needed a location that is close to home and I'm happy to have found this place. Booking process is a little odd because you book through the website. During the week of appt, they text you for a deposit via venmo ($30 for me). Then they try to re-book you for a different time than what you sign up for but they try their best to still accommodate to your schedule. I had no problem communicating with them but I feel like this should be a bit smoother just in case others may not be so flexible. The salon itself is neat and clean. They sit you on a comfy recliner chair and cover you up with a cozy blanket. Krystal was so gentle during the process. I actually dozed off a couple of times because I felt so relaxed during the lift. I didn't even know an hour was already up! I was pretty happy with the results and Krystal also went over how to maintain the lash lift. I will definitely be returning when it's time for me to have another lash lift!

I called and she took me in an hour later at her home which seemed "normal" to me because of COVID-19. When I saw it I was so happy because it looked very nice. I was looking at my lashes on my way home and touched them ever so lightly and that's when I felt this hardness all across my lids. When I got home I looked in the mirror and I saw so much glue. More than 50% of the lash extensions were glued crookedly over my lashes. The most I found was she glued 1 extension over 4 of my natural lashes. It's so disappointing because I entrusted her and it was only to ruin my natural lashes. The glue was so thick and just poorly placed. Come to think of it, I don't remember feeling or hearing her separate my natural lashes as I did when I would go to my usual lash lady.(my usual lash lady wasn't available).
