The pork rind was a little much for me, but otherwise it was very good. Overall, this place is pretty cool but not my family's cup of tea. What is Mondongo? Beef stomach lining, Spanish might call it callos, British would call it Tripe, Mexicans might call it menudo. Same ingredient but much lighter and flavorful. Very satisfying when the days are cold. The tequeños are the Venezuelan version of fried mozzarela sticks, some claim them as the "entry drug" to Venezuelan cuisine. I think they have a point.
