Miromar Outlets…read more Shopping Experience I loved visiting Miromar Outlets. The property is clean, feels safe, and is thoughtfully laid out, making it easy to get around. Just to name drop a couple of the stores The Nike Factory, Polo Ralph Lauren, Saks Off 5th Ave, Guess and Adidas plus many more. There are just too many stores to name. With so many stores, you could easily spend an entire day shopping here. Atmosphere and Amenities Fountains throughout the center add to the pleasant atmosphere, and some even contain live fish. Benches are available, although I would welcome more seating as shaded areas were hard to find. I also wish there were more directories to help visitors navigate the property. Dining Options When you need a break from shopping, there are plenty of restaurants to choose from, including Ford's Garage, Naples Flatbread, and Rusty's Raw Bar & Grill just to name a few. Parking and Location Parking is easy, with large lots surrounding the buildings. I also heard that charging stations are available nearby. Interstate 75 is only a short drive away, making the outlets convenient to reach. Overall Rating Miromar Outlets offers an excellent mix of shopping, dining, and atmosphere. I must give Miromar Outlets five stars. Gulf Coast Terry

This outlet has a vast variety of stores for women, men, kids, and plenty of snacks and restaurants. This outlet had many values. My favorite deal was at Kate Spade. Most items were 50% off! They even have a Lululemon outlet which is truly rare! The layout of the outlet is kind of like a L shape so the directory was definitely helpful. The Christmas decor was festive and fun! They even have an island for turtles to play. See my photo of their playland. There must of been at least 50 small turtles. If you're in the Estero area, take a stroll right off the I-75 and grab yourself some deals!

What an experience…read more.. I'm a self-proclaimed thrifting fanatic, and I grew up loving to go to flea markets and priced-per-pound places with my grandma. Maybe it was the heat, but this fleamarket just wasn't hitting when I visited. SETUP: You can really get your steps in here! Park and remember where you parked, then head in. Tons of shops to explore - like miles of it - and it's all covered. It's open air so no AC, but many shops have fans and some have AC running. They have each lane color coded on the floor, so you can remember you started in the red lane, then went to blue, etc. We still got lost haha. FOOD/DRINK: There are restaurants and bars here! Very fun to get a beer to drink while you walk. Most of the food was food truck style - pretty greasy and hot, which didn't appeal to us. SHOPS: This was the disappointing part for me. Maybe it's just not my style, but I was bummed to see it was mostly cheap bulk items and poorly made stuff at that. The t-shirt shops were selling cheap, misprinted Fort Myers stuff - but the prices weren't that crazy good? And they didn't have true tourist stores with souvenirs more than just t-shirts. Some of the shoe stores had some decent deals, a few record store scores, and I LOVED the few well-curated vintage shops inside. But otherwise, it was a lot of stuff I happily passed on. Some of the vendors were a bit pushy (the spa/skincare ones) but otherwise most left us be to browse. Even as a fan of thrifting, I found this to be overwhelming and underwhelming at the same time and likely won't be back.

Dim Sum King has become one of our favorite Chinese spots in Estero when we're craving family-style…read morecomfort food. We ordered a variety of dishes to share, including the beef and broccoli, honey walnut shrimp, seafood XO sauce chow fun, braised eggplant, spring rolls, and the hometown scallion pancakes. The standouts for me were the honey walnut shrimp, which had just the right balance of sweetness and crunch, and the seafood XO sauce chow fun, packed with flavor and loaded with shrimp and calamari. The braised eggplant was silky and delicious, and the beef and broccoli was a solid classic done well. The only miss was the hometown scallion pancake. I was expecting a traditional pan-fried version, but it came deep-fried instead. It was still tasty, just not what I had envisioned. One tip: rice is ordered separately, so keep that in mind when placing your order. And definitely ask for the chili oil. It adds a wonderful kick and takes many of the dishes to the next level. Overall, the portions were generous, the food came out hot, and there was plenty to take home. A great option when you're looking for flavorful Chinese food and enough leftovers for the next day.

Will return: fresh, yummy food…read more We've - Beef Chow Fun 干炒牛河 - Shrimp dumplings 虾饺 - Shu Mai 烧麦 Although all are great, Beef Chow Fun 干炒牛河 hits my spot: very authentic, with the breath of the wok锅气. When I complimented it, the young man said they made the noodles. "We've 7 to 8 people in the kitchen on weekends." Simple and clean decor. The yellowish Jasmine tea tins are neatly stacked on the shelf, soothingly. One pot of orchid - couldn't tell if it's real. The location is convenient, right off I-75. Wish they would add two wisps of leafy veggie to the beef chow fun, which is the norm, and better vinegar. 3% surcharge for credit cards. The server also said the location opened 3 years ago, and the one in Sarasota 7 years ago. "Yummy House is ours, managed by two sisters; King by brothers." One will soon open in Jacksonville: good luck 马到成功 -:) By the way, one of the chefs from their Sarasota location left to open their own shop, named Dim Sum Kitchen. No wonder they gave me a tight face when I unknowingly asked about the names: so similar and so close in spelling. Ok, heading down to the tennis - Miami Open. Today's sunshine may be the last we see, because the weather forecast calls for rainy days.
