Ms. Mikayla B.C. appeared very knowledgeable on the many safety features built into the newer Harley bikes. My past Harley was a 65 PanHead chopper on a straight leg rigid frame with only a rear break, so the new bikes offer a smoother and safer ride, with better breaking power. We spent about 45 minutes walking around and looking at the many new models, as well as, the selection of used bikes on the second floor room behind a closed door. I will say that she demonstrated the many models and options available for a person looking to relive their younger Harley days, on a smooth riding bike with a myriad of options available in the many USA made Harley Davidson bikes that ranged from a full-dressed Heritage Classic to a more sporty Harley Low-Rider! The CL description--photo, write-up--turned out be accurate in all respects. The one glitch was the kicker-motor, a Merc 4, that had a start-and-die problem but Mike wrote a $200 contingency into the sales agreement, and when the carbourator did need work, and I notified him, the check was in the mail that day. Good guy to deal with--honest, knows his product, and goes out of his way to make it work for the customer.

Spent $800 on a Vsett 8 scooter for my college-age daughter. Ten months later the problems began…read more For no apparent reason the scooter stopped shifting into higher gears (2 & 3)--she was stuck in the lowest gear (1) unable to go more than 5 mph. We contacted REV Rides and spent countless hours and hundreds of dollars on replacement parts and costly repairs to no avail. While it was nice to be able to talk to the warranty manager (Adrian) at REV Rides to help us diagnose the problem, nothing that was recommended, including the replacement parts, fixed the problem. The scooter is now sitting in my garage collecting dust. Beyond frustrating and a complete waste of time and money.

Earlier this year I broke down on the side of the road and called them; they arrived promptly and were able to provide a roadside fix so I could get home safely and get a permanent repair in place. It was a hot summer day and I was stuck on the side of I-5 without water or shade and the owner called in one of his team that was off that day to come get me since the on-duty rep was out on a tow in another area. They went to great lengths to make sure someone was on side promptly and I was safe and assisted. Months later, my bike broke down at home. I wasn't able to be with the vehicle and ride to the shop with Thunder Mtn, but because of my first great experience I knew they would always act with integrity. They picked up my vehicle from home and took it to the shop for me, calling when they were onsite and loaded up and right after it was dropped off at the shop. Butch, the owner, communicated well throughout and is such a kind person to boot. He, as his employees, always act with the utmost integrity and thoughtfulness. I have Thunder Mtn programmed in my phone now, and they're my go-to for towing and roadside assistance. They're always there when you need help. They make it all so easy - thank you for your service!

They picked up at ProCaliber which has played games on returning bike, so Thunder Mountain was called in. Thunder mountain had transported bike back 1.5 years ago. They are great in transporting motorcycles. STAY AWAY FROM PROCALIBER, they seem to damage bikes instead of fixing them!!!
