I went back to launch with my family over the weekend and we had a lot of fun together but while we were jumping in the big area I'll say at least 10 kids of all ages kept running and jumping on our trampoline squares chasing each other around , now that's really dangerous so I don't need to explain why it is anyway I told the kids 2 times to stop and they didn't...I kept saying your gonna get hurt or hurt my son and daughter they still didn't stop . Now the whole time which was like 20 min the teenager that works there that could give a rats u know what about the kids or his job never said one thing . My 4 year old went up to him and told him to tell the kids to stop so he can jump and have fun lol like OMG this place .there whole staff except the front desk have no personality!!non of them talk or interact with the kids or parents it's a huge turn off expecially when there not doing there job to keep kids safe. My first review was about my son's birthday party and the number one reason I was pissed was no one told me about not being able to blow out the candles ( which made him cry and I had to take half the party to the parking lot to do his cake) so now I find out they changed there policy and u can now blow candles out ! That just Made me very annoyed well at least no other kids party will be thrown off and ruined anymore. read more

Manisha was exceptionally courteous, helpful, and professional in organizing the party details. From the minute we arrived at the party, our two exceptional hosts handled everything, from keeping the kids safe to serving their pizza and leading the birthday singing- all while embracing the energy and excitement of a kid's birthday. The facility is clean, spacious and welcoming, with so much to choose from. The employees at Launch were kind enough to find a gift which was actually accidentally left behind and made sure to reach out and return it to us. Really cool space with a lot to do. It gets really crowded though, and it's hard to move around. I went at 12pm on a Sunday, and by 1pm there was nowhere to stand and all the trampolines were taken. My husband and I decided to take our 4 year old son for homeschool time. For those who aren't aware of what this is, according to the website it's listed as $10 for a child under 5 and an accompanying adult between the hours of 12:30 - 3:00pm. Specifically stating FRIDAY on the RI website. Arriving at 1:30, I kindly asked the cashier for the "Homeschool Time" selction (which was also listed as an option on the TV behind her) and was notified that they no longer have that and we would have to select from the hourly pay options. I then inquired if the owner was aware that this option was still listed on the website and she said YES. Between the foul odor of feet and just all around atmosphere of the building, we opted to take our son to Biomes instead. read more

It was pretty cool walking in here and seeing how it was set up. This is like a little kids heaven. They're are trampolines everywhere, a dodgeball area, and a foam pit. They also have a small area where the sell food. It's really nice. I think one of the most impressing things was that Ty Law was just walking around taking pictures with anyone who asked and talking to anyone who came up to him. That's a good business man if you ask me so I can only say good things about this place and it's so reasonably priced. read more

I am disappointed to say the least. I take my boys here every three months or so since they were little. At the old location everyone was friendly, accommodating and it felt like an actual family atmosphere--at this new location, I was put off the first time we came back, around April 2018, it was cool but they took a corporate turn and left the "family vibes" at the door; but the staff was wonderful, happy, engaging, always around in case there was a problem. This last time going to Launch was just sad. There were only three or four teenagers not really watching the 7-8 different areas. I noticed at times they sit in huddles and talk for 10+ minutes at a time before someone flags them down. I didn't feel safe with my kids on your trampolines. The old staff knew how to do their jobs correctly, this new group is full of kids too interested in making friends with their co-workers and texting on the trampolines. I don't know what happened to the Launch we all knew and loved, I would love to know, was it new ownership? A management change? Change in hiring? Just not caring anymore? I don't know, but I'm disappointed Launch, do better. read more

When I walked in, it looked fun and safe with many activities for various age groups and an arcade. However, the employees were uncaring, and seemed like they were very unhappy with everyone there. If you were to tell them that you were having a bad experience on some type of level, they wouldn't do anything about it. We left early due to kids who were not controlled by employees, pestering others. There was a lack of control or reason in the trampoline park. read more

We held a birthday party here for our 2 boys and 22 of their friends. Amazing time with a few hiccups. The entry is intense and gets very crowded. I had to meet each guest and escort them back to the sign-in table. I emailed everyone a copy of the waiver and most people had filled them out so sign-in went quickly. The kids took over a front jumping space, moved to the jump pit, had a private dodgeball game and then headed down for pizza, popcorn and drinks. They didn't set up enough seats for all the kids which was strange but they worked hard to get chairs organized quickly. Still, the kids were crammed around a too small table. It shouldn't have been that way. They had soda on the table but not water. the kids were so thirsty that parents were buying bottles of water for them until we could get some pitchers of water on the table. Pizza was just OK. Unlimited popcorn was probably an unnecessary add-on. Best part, Ty Law showed up! All the Dads got photos with him and were pleased as punch. The kids were delighted. They thought it was amazing! Don't waste your money or time. Where do I begin, the location is brand new so esthetically speaking it looks nice but that's where the good review ends. The location is small, no let me rephrase that.... it's tiny! People and kids bouncing into one another constantly. The "jump area is as small as a junior high basketball court and it's the only place your child won't be whistled for being a "child" although it gets crammed extremely fast as they try to optimize their profits and squeeze in as many people as possible. We bring our kids to let them release some energy but how can a child release energy when at every location they're being told to wait in line for close to ten minutes to try something that they're completing in seconds before being told "ok get out, you fell it's someone else's turn". Age wise every activity location is "American Warrior Themed" and there wasn't a child near the age of 17 that could complete one fully. This place is definitely not geared towards children under the age of 12. The arcade has very pricey games and you end up spending a lot of money there as you can't entertain a smaller child with anything else but the "free jump" space and they get tired of that easily. I'm not one to complain about pricing as I feel if the kids are having fun price doesn't matter but I have to say for what you get here the price of admission is not worth it. For the money and experience I recommend going to Aero in Woonsocket, worth the drive and the kids are allowed to run around and have fun. Plus, Aero is two times bigger and has an indoor play place. Skip the headache of being crammed in this tiny place and not being able to really enjoy yourself and head somewhere else. read more

Fun time for the little ones, but man is this place crowded! They need to figure out a way to get the non-jumpers (all done, no intentions of jumping, hanging out) out of there (parents excluded) to allow more room for those who are paying. different zones allow for little ones to jump without big kids landing on them, but time and time again I have had to remind the staff to keep the bigger kids off the little ones area. food zone is great, well priced. Ty Law is often here, and always police, takes time to meet with guests. Competition is coming in to Providence in the form of Sky Zone. read more

Had my daughters birthday party here on a Sunday, I booked the last slot open because I assumed it would be less crowed and it was. The vibe was awesome, everyone had a good time. My only thing recommendation is: (1)make sure everyone arrives on time, because time goes by very quickly and once your jumping time is over you cannot re-enter the jumping area, it's an hour jumping time and 40 minutes for pizza and cake. (2) if adults or big kids who has money, let them pay for their own jumping pass, it got VERY expensive for me. I learned that at the end when I paid for 30 jumpers. But if you don't mind coughing up the cash then go for it. Other than that this place is super fun and burns a lot of energy for the kids, oh and it's a great work out if you don't mind being sore in the morning. read more

For people that don't know, this business is owned by former New England Patriots player Ty Law. Going forward, I held my daughter's birthday party here. Basically, how it works is that you rent a cafeteria style table for an hour and forty minutes. In addition, you get a host that facilitates the party. The first hour the children get to jump on the trampolines. Afterwards, the host comes to gather the children to bring them back to the table/dining area to eat pizza and have cake. However, the hostess never came to retrieve us or the children from the play area. Nor did she come to check on us to see how things were going. In the past, the hostess would do this. So, I took it upon myself to gather the party up and bring them over to the table. However, when I got to the table, I noticed that two men were seated there watching the TVs. Be advised, that the table was set with plates and cups. Also, there were gifts and personal belongings in the area. Therefore, It was pretty clear and evident that the table was reserved. So, when I got the children situated and seated the men did not get up and move. Therefore, I informed one of the gentlemen that there is a birthday party in progress and the table was being used by us. The young man belligerently responded " my uncle owns this place, I can sit wherever I want. " On a side note, Ty Law was present in the facility participating in a function for a terminally ill young boy. So my response was one that I had to chose very carefully. I had two choices to respond to this guy's ignorance. Either (A) reach over the table,grab a shirt full, and repeatedly punch his face in. In addition, drop anybody else that came over and got involved until I got overwhelmed or tired. Which would result in my daughter's party being stopped,my eminent arrest, loss of job, and lawsuits. Or (B) engage in a constructive conversation with him and perhaps ask him again to get up and move. I opted for the latter. That is I engaged with a short discussion with the young man. I asked him: " So your Uncle is Ty Law?" His response: "Yea, he is here showing his face for some sick kid." Again, visions of pummeling this jackass after that response too. However, I still played the nice guy card. After a few more minutes passed by and more party goers were arriving, Mr. Law's nephew decided it was time to get up and leave the area. My wife was disgusted and wondered how and why I held my composure. I smiled and looked at her and said nothing. Instead, I thought to myself "if this was about 15 years ago when I was a bit less mature and more filled with fire, option "A" would've felt awfully good. This is my review ladies and gentlemen. So would I recommend this place to a friend for $200+ for an hour and 40 minutes, and doing all the work by yourself. My answer: not unless you are a friend or relative of Ty Law. That way you can sit anywhere you want. read more
