After my first visit today, I can honestly say this was the best laundromat experience I've ever had. A close friend had been recommending Coast Laundry to me for years, but I always chose laundromats closer to Manhattan Beach and Redondo Beach. From the outside, Coast looks smaller than it actually is, so I never bothered to go inside. I definitely misjudged it because once I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised. The facility is spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out. There are plenty of washers and dryers, so it never feels crowded, and there's lots of room to move around comfortably. I even noticed massage chairs, which added to the welcoming atmosphere. The machines are excellent. The washers cleaned my clothes efficiently, and the water was actually hot--not just lukewarm like at many other laundromats. The prices are very reasonable, and the dryers worked incredibly well. They got hot quickly and dried my clothes thoroughly without needing multiple cycles. The amenities were another nice touch. There are vending machines with snacks and drinks, televisions throughout the facility, and the entire laundromat has a clean, relaxing atmosphere that made doing laundry much more enjoyable. What truly made this experience stand out, however, was the exceptional customer service from Zaira. Since it was my first visit, I wasn't familiar with the card system or the machines, and I probably asked her for help at least ten times. Every single time, she stopped what she was doing with a smile and patiently walked me through everything. She never once made me feel like I was inconveniencing her or asking too many questions. Her kindness, patience, and professionalism made all the difference. A clean facility and quality machines are important, but outstanding customer service is what earns loyal customers. Zaira represents Coast Laundry exceptionally well, and because of her, I won't be going anywhere else for my laundry needs. Thank you, Zaira, for making my first visit such a wonderful experience. It's convenient and if ever confusing, the workers will help you through the process and explain. If you have oversized laundry like rugs, pillows, car covers, comforters, mattress toppers, curtains, etc that may not fit in your washing machine, they have heavy duty large capacity machines here that cost in the $4-10 range for a wash. The facilities are well lit, spacious and clean. Parking is always fairly easy and they open 'til 10pm.

Brand new paint on the ceilings, new large ceiling fans, lights and lots of security cameras monitoring which makes me feel like I'd feel secure even if I came at night. A guy was putting together more carts, people working in remodeling a side office area and misc parts of the room and a lady wiping all the machines down. They were all very helpful when I needed help. I dripped water from the washer to the dryer because of my large comforters and before I had a chance to tell the lady working there, she had already followed me drying the floor, very on top of things! There is a huge variety of washer sizes and looks like pricing goes from $3 for smaller washers to $9 for the jumbo one. 2 sizes of dryers, 25¢ for 7 mins for the smaller (which is huge) and 25¢ for 4min for the larger (which is huge-r, like human sized). There is a coin machine and looks like you can buy detergent too. Lots of carts around and again, a guy was putting together more as I walked in. There are large areas of counters if you want to fold your clothes and even USB phone plugs too. I'm assuming all the lower old reviews are from old management from what I read. I'd definitely come back to this place! I wonder what other nice things will come together when the reno is done.

They accept quarters and payrange which is super convenient as you just dow load the app load it up from your debit/credit card or bank account with any amount you desire and you save yourself the hassle of withdrawing money from an ATM! The cleaning ladies are great! The restroom is always locked though unless there is someone present but the ladies are almost never there. The washer machines are cheaper than other washers but you get what you pay, mold on the clothes or dryers that don't work. So instead of spending $25-$30 here for our family we ended up spending $30-40 but we didn't mind because it was close to us but I will definitely be looking for other laundromats near me regardless of prices especially after the older man made me and my son feel very uncomfortable.
