Normally I love this laundromat-clean, easy to use. BUT, why is the last wash at 10pm when they close at midnight?? It takes a little over an hour to do both washing and drying. I strongly suggest that the management change this policy, or amend the hours they are open. Some of us have odd hours for our jobs, but still need to do laundry. read more

It's CLEAN!!! You get free detergent with each wash and there are lots of machines. Gets the job done. Bathroom always says "out of order" but it's not. If you ask they'll let you use it. read more

wow! what a great place!! Iam from Brooklyn but have my family in the city next to this place, every time i go there i take my stuff. The owner Alex is very nice and helpful, machines and the inside is very clean and actually have hot water not just say they do lol. He opened recently and everything is new so thats always a plus in my book...they picked up from my moms place few times and everything was delivered neatly folded and clean w/o any damaged or stained item..dry cleaning is also great, my shirts were pressed to a T and pants were cleaned and pressed perfectly not like some Chinese places no offense :) any how, definitely try it if you are in the area..oh and stop by cloisters great museum and nice park!! read more

Not sure what happened to their old listing on here, as they had horrid reviews before... I had dropped off my laundry here about a dozen times. Almost each time I walked in a customer was in the middle of an argument with the staff. This should have been my first clue. My neighbor had her sweater "missing" after she got her laundry bag. I still didn't listen. Finally one day, an article of clothing of mine went "missing". We're not talking about a sock here, but a whole outfit. What finally did it is when I dropped off my bag hours after my roommate dropped off theirs. When I came to pick it up, it turned out they put all our clothes together in my roommate's bag, and had the audacity to argue with me that I did not bring a bag. They refused to replace it. Once I hesitantly decided to bring some dry cleaning, as I walked in, another customer was screaming his head off about how much they ruined his dry cleaning. This time, I finally got it in my stubborn mind and turned right back around. read more

This has been my laundromat for the past year and it has been good. The payment system is pretty annoying, you have to put money on a card and you can only put $5, $10, or $20 bills on it. It is also very pricey to wash your clothes here! There are always machines available though which is very convenient. Only a few chairs are available so you probably won't be able to stay in the laundromat and wait for your clothes. read more

The machines are new and work well, however it's by far the most expensive laundromat I've ever been to. Also, they require you to use a proprietary card to start the machines which can only be loaded with cash and the minimum is $5, no $1 bills allowed and the washing machines are all off prices (not rounded to $.25) so when you want to add time to the dryers which goes by $.25 increments there's always money left on the card because you can't get it to $0 and because they don't take singles I just had to spend an additional $2 to take case out of the ATM, break the $20, and then add $5 all so I could add $.25 to my dryer because my clothing was still wet. Everything about the way they conduct the business is sketchy and designed to make you spend when you don't have to. Out of principal I won't ever go here again, I'd rather walk an extra block, even with my heavy ass laundry. read more

Absolutely terrible dry cleaning service. DO NOT COME HERE. They returned a shirt to me stained and said it was my fault. They refused to rewash it unless I paid for it, which I ended up doing because it's cheaper than having to buy a new shirt. Well the shirt came back with the same stains. So I paid for a shirt to be cleaned twice only to be returned in worse condition. I ended up going to another dry cleaner who was able to easily get the stains out. I had to pay three times to get that shirt cleaned, and they didn't care whatsoever. I work in a job that requires a suit so i dry clean often. I have never had this happen to me. STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I recommend broadway cleaners on the corner of 141 and Broadway without hesitation. Those guys know what they're doing, and do everything in house! read more

Don't drop off your laundry here. They will not take any responsibility for any "lost" items. After I picked up my last load and took it home, I discovered that two pairs of sweat pants and a pull over were missing. When I went to talk to them about they said "well no one has turned them in". Well of course no one turned them in. You guys did my laundry, so either you put them in the wrong bag and some other customer now has my clothes, or your staffers stole my clothing. Either way, they act as if it's no big deal and have offered me nothing. No compensation. Not even an apology. I'm sure it's a great place to do your own laundry but don't use the drop off service. read more

I just did laundry here on a Saturday afternoon, which I imagine is one of the busiest times for this place. Despite being pretty crowded, there were still machines free and the process was totally pleasant. I am lucky enough to live across the street, and even though my building has washing machines, I prefer doing laundry here because the facility is bright and clean and the machines work well. Highlights: Machines are constantly being cleaned. ATM and change machines on-site. Plenty of folding space. Tons of machines. Free wifi! Drop-off service available -- I have not used this yet but it's certainly tempting. Cons: Very few, maybe just that it's not 24 hours. Not very much sitting room if that's your thing. read more

Haven't had any of the issues as mentioned in prior comments. My experience has always been great & my laundry is usually available the next day. Unless I drop it off late. Unlike like other locations in the height's. They actually fold your clothes instead of stuffing them back in the bag. read more

I go here often as it's closest to my building. Generally it's clean, plenty of machines, it's better to go on a weekday than a weekend. Used the drop off service a few times. It's NEVER done by the time they say it will be. Then, when you do come in, they say "30 minutes" which really means a couple of hours. I only drop off if I'm not in any kind of hurry. Generally the staff is nice enough. I don't understand why they refuse to make change when you are doing laundry there. If I have a small load of laundry and a $20 bill, it seems plausible that they'd break the twenty for me so that I can use just the amount of quarters that I need. No. You can either bring smaller bills with you or make change elsewhere. It's extremely frustrating as they won't even explain why this is not possible. read more

I have been coming to this laundromat for about 2 years now, and the customer service is still CRAPPY!!! The women that do the drop off service are so unprofessional, often rude and lack proper customer service skills. They usually are annoyed if you need them to help you with things that fall under their job description...like a faulty machine, or change. They always HOG ALL of the front machines and dryers. The place could be packed with no empty dryers but they got about 15 dryers with dry cloths just sitting in them. No baskets to put your clean cloths in, well I can bet you they are HOGGING about 10 baskets with clean cloths just sitting in them. Makes absolutely no sense. Then if you ask for a basket..dryer...or washer they get an ATTITUDE!!!!! Or they conveniently no longer speak English. If you don't want to share/accommodate the walk in customers....change your business from laundromat to just a drop off service. But PLEASE lose the witches with the rude attitudes!!!!! read more

This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I have never been to nor used this cleaning service and definitely never will and neither should you if you want to be treated with respect after spending your hard earned money and/or what your things on time. I delivered (3) Suits to be dry cleaned and ready for Monday. I asked if they would be ready to which the lady replied "yes after 12:00pm" I come in at 6:00pm and my suits were not there. I had a flight to catch the next day and need a suit for a wedding. I go as far as to change my flight to a later flight and call again at 12:00pm and was told the suit was not there yet. Before I said to myself, you know what things happen everybody makes mistakes. But after how rudely their staff spoke to me and handled the situation, I'm now not surprised at the shit service they provide here. I told the young lay on the phone that this was unacceptable and that I was not going to pay for that service to which she responded "well then who's going to pay it?! I'm certainly not going to pay it. You can't hold me accountable for a mistake my colleague made, we don't work the same." Which is by far the dumbest response I've ever heard. Lots of machines. The machines are new and well maintained. Reasonably priced. The place is clean as a whistle and the staff is friendly. Opens early and closes late. What more could anyone ask for? read more
