Update: I received an apology from the manager and a really kind explanation. As well, they returned 50 dollars to my account. I was really upset when I wrote this because I had no one that I could speak to. Hopefully, they work with this person who misrepresents their company. Save your money and your time. Complete rip off for rude service. Life is too short for the treatment I received. The pick up for my laundry was running late, things happen. But, it was the way the manager handled it, she was unprofessional. Initially when I called knowing it was running late, she was unable to communicate that the driver was stuck in traffic. When it was officially late she was less helpful and very rude. The pick arrived 45 minutes late. On a work day this is stressful when you rely on that 1 hour window. She repeated to me in a rude manner, that I should write a complaint if I had issues and said she did not know the name of manager. I was surprised to find out that she was the manager. So, she lied. The driver on his arrival was very apologetic, nice and was better at communication. He even refused my tip. I told him that I will no longer use the service as it is unreliable with this manager and way overpriced for the bad service. They charged me 3.99 for a missed pick up... when I refused service due to the lateness. This is a corporation, not the mom and pop feel you need with laundry. Most important, there is no one to speak to. The woman they had working that morning will ruin their business. I learned, she has several complaints from customers. Been washing clothes for over 35 years the machines here are definitely a rip off. Smallest machine is $6 , medium $8, large $11 without any additions. Dryer is 0.25 for 5 minutes. If An extra rinse or heavily soiled will each cost you extra. The machines are also very shallow. Meaning it will cost you 18 dollars to wash a decent load without drying. While the technology of the machines seems promising it is costly and ineffective and does not get your clothes clean. Loading money on the cards is cash only. I've been to less expensive laundromats like clean rite and laundry castle and used tap and apple pay to refill my card. This laundromat is not helpful or convenient for the self serve laundry options, and seem more like a cash grab more suited for transplants and gentrifiers in the neighborhood. There aren't too many laundry options in the neighborhood, so they will continue to gauge the community, but for anyone who is thinking about blindly trying this laundromat, if there is another option, I would check out the other options first. I sincerely hope this laundry isn't affiliated with the church. This laundry is taking advantage of the neighborhood. read more

I had used this service for over a year. Normally I didn't have a problem. But recently I sent brand new towels to be washed for the first time. One of the towels came back burned. When I reached out about my issue the response was unacceptable. They showed a couple of pictures to say that my item wasn't damaged there. The photos only show the folded towels. Even more insulting was that they posed the idea that the damage happened during another wash after they washed it. The only problem with that is that the towels have only been washed once and they did it. I won't be using their services agai. read more

Unfortunately I have no ratings for United Laundre'. I am not the kind of person who leaves bad reviews but the experience with United Laundre' deserves to be shared. I had dropped off a 3 piece linen suit on July 9th , 2024. to be dry cleaned. I was looking for a response from United Laundre' two weeks later since I have never heard anything to pick up my items. I went to the location and asked where was my suit. and they told me that the owner would call me to explain to me what was going on. another week went by and I return. and I was dealt rudely by their employee who kept rolling her eyes at me in a very non professional manner. several days later, My partner had gone to them and it was then Lucia who worked at the front desk told him that my vest was lost and that the owner was away on vacation and would not be back until September 1 and will contact me. I waited another week and received a text telling me that my suit was ready to pick up. ( We are now in the month of August.) As I picked up my suit, I was told that the owner would refund my payment because I had to wait over a month to receive my items. I have not heard back and reached out several times And I have not been compensated for my inconvenience. it s now September 4th and I waited purposely before writing the review to allow the oven extra time before I posted this Review. it was a very rude experience and a let down especially since I was charged $25 for a linen suit that I never got a chance to wear for the summer. I am completely disappointed and dissatisfied! drop your cleaning off with warning. stay away!! read more

He practically held my hand as he recommended the proper washer for my clothes, the amount of soap, and the pay system. I reallllllly wanted to love this laundromat, unfortunately, I don't. There's a lot to like though- it's beautiful, very clean, brand spanking new with classical music playing, tons of machines, great fast dryers, and a restroom (that's squeaky clean). If only my clothes got as clean (sigh). I've come here twice. The first time, my clothes were absolutely still soiled even though I paid $15+ total for the wash cycle on 1 washer with the extra soil and extra rinse options as ad-ons. When I showed the attendant my clothes, she gave me a free re-wash, and after that wash, the clothes were more clean (however super lint-y). Today, I went back, figured I'd give it a second try. I made sure not to over pack the machine, use enough soap and again used both ad-on options, and yet again, there were clothes that were still stained, and some of my partner's tees still smelled like his armpits. Not to mention the amount of lint that's left behind on everything, sure some of it comes out after being in the dryer, but it's just unusual as none of this ever happens at the regular neighborhood laundromats I use. I think it's something about the super high efficiency vibe of these machines. Maybe they just don't use enough water or something. But I can't risk another week of dirty laundry for cute ambiance, so unfortunately I'm gonna have to go back to the super crowded, old faithful laundry spots. read more
