    Way too expensive

$5.25 for a regular single load wash is insane.. not even the fancy kind of washers, but the old big white washers.. won't be coming back here

    My favorite "four load" machines.

Never considered posting a Yelp review for a laundromat, but this place made me reconsider. I mainly come here to wash my comforters as they're too big for my machine at home. Here's why I really like this laundromat: It's consistently clean, well attended, updated, bright and inviting, and there's a good amount of machines that actually work! It's rare to see a machine out of order. Most of all, I feel like my bedding is actually clean when done! They machines are your basic laundromat Speed Queens, but there's something different about these that my stuff actually FEELS clean. I'm not sure if they do any additional machine cleaning, or have a water softening system, but I have never left here feeling like I need to re-wash my stuff. They have the cashless app PayRange and still take coin if you prefer. The staff are friendly and helpful and bilingual. I just wish there were more of the "Four Load" machines because when it's super busy (like on a weekend) they tend to get utilized the most and sometimes there's a wait, but it's not a big deal for me to wait an extra 10 minutes. The price like everything else has gone up, but I don't think it's unreasonable. Also, if you don't have time to do your own wash, or just hate doing laundry, they do have a fluff and fold service. I assume people really like that, because it's really busy too.

I've been coming here for years When it first opened the place was clean and staff were always friendly. About two years ago is when I started noticing change; I've left a very expensive hoodie in the dryer I call and spoke to the lady and she told me she will keep it in the back station locked away. I went the next morning to pick it up and the guy said there was nothing there and had called the lady and apparently she never spoke to me as she stated that any left clothes they do not keep. But I always see a pile of clothing on the back table. Secondly, I stop by today to wash my blankets was just there 2 weeks ago and the price to the washer machine was at $9.00 which I think is ridiculous and didn't even spit out hot water the worker wasn't to be found anywhere. I had to wash my items twice as I seen left over builded up dirty water once the washer door locked. One top of that dryer always leaves your stuff wet even after 45 mins After 5 + years coming here I don't think I will be returning back

The softner doesnt even go down. I wasted my softner

I don't know where they went wrong here with so many good reviews because this place is disgusting! It smells like urine in here. The machines made all my clothes smell like Clorox . The dryers didn't dry my clothes after a whole dollar . I had about 12 loads of clothes . I would never come back 0/10

Sam, the owner, is so kind!…read more Sam's cleaner is everything you're looking for and more. It is clean, organized, quick, prices are fair, and there's a huge lot. I genuinely have zero complaints and will definitely be back in the future.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I feel obligated…read moreto share it. I brought in several Crate & Barrel curtain panels valued at approximately $900 for dry cleaning. Because of the cost of the curtains and the fact that they were in excellent condition, I specifically asked the owner, Sam, about potential risks before signing the waiver. During that conversation, Sam told me that pilling was a possibility, but he also stated that he had never personally encountered a situation where a customer's curtains experienced an adverse outcome from the cleaning process. He reassured me that everything would be fine. At no point did he mention shrinkage as a potential risk. That distinction is important because if I had been informed that shrinkage was a realistic possibility, I would not have proceeded with a nearly $400 dry-cleaning service on $900 curtains. I would have simply replaced them. Unfortunately, after cleaning, the curtains no longer matched in length. Panels that previously pooled slightly on the floor are now hanging approximately 3-5 inches above the floor, and the lengths appear inconsistent from panel to panel. In addition, the curtains appear to have been pressed improperly. The fabric no longer hangs straight. Instead, the sides appear narrower near the top and wider near the bottom, creating a noticeable billowing or hourglass effect. When I raised this concern, Sam acknowledged that the pressing issue was human error. I should note that I was unable to pick up the curtains for approximately a month due to a medical emergency. However, the condition of the curtains upon pickup does not change the fact that the shrinkage and pressing issues occurred during the cleaning and finishing process. What ultimately prompted this review was not just the outcome, but how the situation was handled. I spent approximately 20 minutes on the phone with Sam attempting to discuss the issue calmly and professionally. Rather than addressing the specific concerns I raised, he repeatedly insisted that I had been warned, despite the fact that shrinkage had never been mentioned. The conversation frequently drifted into broad generalizations about waivers and customer responsibility rather than the specific facts of what had been disclosed to me before I signed. When I explained that there is a meaningful difference between being warned about pilling and being warned about shrinkage, he maintained that shrinkage fell under the general umbrella of possible damage and that he could not be expected to list every potential outcome. I disagreed. When a customer specifically asks about risks, they deserve enough information to make an informed decision. I also found it unreasonable that I was told I could receive either a $50 accommodation for the shrinkage issue or have the curtains re-pressed to correct the acknowledged pressing error--but not both. These are two separate issues. One relates to the cleaning outcome, while the other relates to admitted workmanship during finishing. Perhaps most disappointing was being told that providing any additional accommodation would essentially amount to "running a charity instead of a business." After spending nearly $400 on the service and receiving curtains that no longer fit or hang properly, that comment felt dismissive and unnecessarily insulting. Had Sam simply acknowledged that shrinkage should have been discussed, shown some empathy, and worked collaboratively toward a reasonable solution, I likely would not be writing this review. Instead, I was left with damaged curtains, no meaningful resolution, and a conversation that left me feeling unheard and blamed for an outcome I specifically tried to avoid by asking questions upfront.
