You'd think I'd committed a crime the way he said it. Honestly just turned around and left at that point. "Next time leave the coffee in the car". I was assured by multiple employees that I would be able to pick up the remaining 3 (1 with arms, 2 without) the following day. When I arrived, I was told that the one with arms had been sold to someone else and that they would only give me one without arms. This is not what I purchased. Joanna shrugged it off and walked away from me saying there was nothing they could do, despite being one of the other employees that assisted with the sale only the day before. As far as I'm concerned, that is THEFT. EDIT: I called the district office and Marsha was incredibly helpful and took the time to actually ask the employees at the store what had happened, and they corroborated my account of events. I'm very thankful that she took me seriously and took actual care to investigate the issue. This GW blows anything in NC away. She scolded me for needing an appointment to consign items which I was about to accept. Then she said she would take a look (I had maybe 8 items) so we went through piece by piece. She didn't want most of them (totally ok, my cat had gotten into the bag) but she was rude about every piece including the ones she took. I wouldn't go back here for shopping or to sell my clothing.
