Yes, the super smart architect who designed the building put the gym's basketball court over some of the spa's private rooms! Of course, they may not always be playing basketball when you're in the spa but unfortunately, the receptionists can't schedule around it. So I can only recommend shorter services here, like the lemon-grass pedicure (yummy!) and waxing services provided by a competent and very friendly staff. Unfortunately for this spa, relaxation isn't usually associated with a rhythmic wumping noise from above.
