You only need to arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. You will be waiting outside on the patio. Drew asked me about areas I wanted her to focus on and then gave me a nice massage. The treatment room had a lot of light and that is only downside for me. I like it dark in the room if possible. I recommend getting a 90 minute massage so they can focus on issues and give you a full body massage too. The location is great near lots of shops and restaurants if you want to make a day of it.

I would say your overall experience will depend on your massage therapist. 2 other issues to be aware of One is the difficulty in parking. You will need to allow extra time to potentially drive in circles trying to find a spot and then may have to walk multiple blocks to get to the address. The other is that most of the massage rooms are upstairs This could be an issue for those with pain.

My favorite is the Tranquil Massage (the foot bath and dry brushing are great additions to a typical massage). Every masseuse I've had has been excellent. The reason I gave four stars is I've had several issues with scheduling. They will often move my appointment back and only inform me with the confirmation email. I highly recommend!

The entire reason I booked early was to secure the original date and times, so this was frustrating. When I called to explain that I did not want to reschedule the facial, I also learned that the massage appointment had not been properly updated and that the time was no longer available. Due to the ongoing scheduling issues, excessive communication which was disruptive during a typical workday, and overall disorganization, I canceled both appointments and booked elsewhere.
