Through the rest of the claim and healing process, it became clear that CARE is a high value above many others. I heart everything about East Bridge. All the therapists are amazing. You will receive an on point, therapeutic, real deep tissue massage. 20 years in nursing has made me picky about getting my knots worked out. I have never had a bad experience after 5 plus years of going here. The lobby staff are warm and friendly, have offered to help with kids, when I had last minute childcare issue. They have a huge span of appointments and are open 7 days a week and holidays. The office staff and owner are well versed in insurance billing and can help you navigate or in some cases bill directly. I have been coming here for 2 years although this is my first review, I just can't say enough positive things about this place. As a healthcare provider I've dealt with my fair share of back, neck and shoulder injuries almost to the point of needing disability. If it weren't for the wonderful massage therapists here I would have been out of work, stuck on pain meds and dealing with a ridiculous amount of anxiety. I've walked into this place immediately after a back injury and they ( Sumuki and Jill) were able to work the spasm out right on the table. Sumuki, Jill, and Rainy have literally changed my life and my view on massage-- it's not just for relaxation it's medical benefits outweigh physical therapy ( in my opinion). Along with the injuries has come a fair amount of stress so I decided to check out their acupuncture services over the last 3 months. This was my first time trying acupuncture but I can say Allison has helped with my cramps, digestion, and stress level. It did take a few acupuncture sessions for me to notice a difference but once I did I couldn't stop going. Combining acupuncture with massage increased my productivity at work and at home. It has balanced my hormone levels so I don't have to deal with the crazy fluctuations every month and the debilitating body symptoms I get from it. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Since my last review I have been back to East Bridge several times. I have seen four different practitioners and like three of them very much. Claire the owner is my favorite. She definitely delivers on my "deep tissue "preference. She's very knowledgeable about body mechanics, preventing injuries and facilitating healing. As the business owner she is sometimes difficult to book with right away but the office is always able to accommodate my request to be seen usually within a few days. I do appreciate that they prioritize me when I have an injury or an acute problem. I have also had massage from Elsbeth who I enjoyed as well. Both Claire and Elsbeth will use the overhead bars and their feet at times as necessary to get the right muscles worked out which is extremely helpful. Both therapists communicate very clearly the expectations, check in about pressure, and take my own body's feedback very well and incorporate it all into the treatment plan. read more

I've been coming here since last summer to deal with chronic back issues. I've mostly been seeing Raini, though I've had other therapists here (Smooki, Jessica, and Jill), and they are all great. Raini knows exactly what my issues are, and pays very close attention to how I'm progressing, starting each session with an assessment. During my massages, she often explains what she's doing and why, especially when working on muscles she hasn't worked on before. She also gives me "homework" to help me progress more rapidly and improve my quality of life. This has been the most effective massage therapy I've ever had, and I highly recommend East Bridge - and Raini in particular - to anyone. read more
