The dentist is very nice, and her Dental Assistant is exceptional--one of the best I've encountered in a long time. They truly make patients feel comfortable. However, the front and back office could use some additional support to streamline the experience. Services here are limited by what your insurance covers, so if you can't pay out-of-pocket, they often refer you out. For example, they don't do root canals, but they'll handle the crown. While I like this office and the care I receive, I wish it was a one-stop shop where I could get all my dental needs handled by the same team.

I was a patient for only about a year and a half. My last appointment was in February for a routine check up. Nothing more. I went back a week or so later because the male dentist Peri (the only other name on the wall) was too aggressive with my deep cleaning and loosened the filling that they put in the year before which resulted in it falling out two days after the cleaning. The female dentist Morais did the filling last year but had to redo it because I was still in pain days after but after she redid it, it was fine for a whole year. They told me that a perfectly fine filling falling out two days after they were in my mouth is on me not wearing a night guard. Then I had to wait two days to receive all of my documents of my visits, which the manager Bri was extremely rude about, because they did not mention a night guard to me in February and I know being dismissed in good oral health after a deep cleaning does not lead to a filling falling out in two days from no night guard. I must've only needed a night guard for those two days because I was fine for an entire year. Then all of a sudden night guard is written in everything but it was not mentioned once during my visits in February for my exam or during my cleaning. I was dismissed in good oral health and hygiene. No mention of caution or watching that filling before it fell out two days later. In March They sent me a letter refusing to service me anymore but they are dishonest and they certainly made me uncomfortable during my last visit so all ended well.
