However, I'm rating them a three because unlike most moving companies I encountered, they did not include wrapping. Normally when you have a mirror or any furniture with screws, they wrap your items or put your screws in a baggy. In this place, I was told that would be extra for each item wrapped and they did not put my screws in a bag. This was the first time I heard of something like this. They also told me to put some items in my car because they couldn't do it. For example, my computer items, such as my screens. That was very odd. The movers were just doing there job so I can't say they were doing anything wrong. I will say, my bed frame feels wobbly so something is off there. In my opinion, I should have just hired someone from Facebook if I would have know I wasn't going to get a full on professional mover experience. I paid 238 cash or so for 2 hours. I think the price was the most competitive but the service was not what I expected.

ONE STAR -- I would give this company zero stars if that were possible. This was one of the most…read moredisturbing and unprofessional experiences I have ever had with a business. This moving company helped individuals move belongings into my house without my authorization. Once I learned what was happening, I directly confronted the movers and clearly informed them that I believed they were assisting people in unlawfully occupying my property. I also explicitly told them that the police had been called and were on their way to the house. At that point, there could have been absolutely no confusion about the seriousness of the situation. The movers told me they would stop unloading. However, based on what I personally witnessed, they did the exact opposite: rather than pausing until the police arrived and the situation could be clarified, they began moving items out of the truck and into my house even faster. That conduct alone was shocking. What happened when the police arrived was even worse. Instead of remaining at the property, calmly explaining why they were there, or showing officers the paperwork they supposedly relied upon, the workers immediately dropped what they were doing, sprinted to their vehicles, and drove away from the property. They did not stay to speak with law enforcement or attempt to clear up an alleged misunderstanding. They simply fled. Why would employees of a legitimate and responsible moving company run from police if they sincerely believed they had done nothing wrong? Why did they accelerate the unloading after being warned that the move was unauthorized? Why did they tell me they would stop and then continue? Why did they leave belongings scattered behind and race away the moment officers arrived? The owner later portrayed himself and his employees as innocent parties who supposedly did not understand the situation. In my opinion, that explanation is impossible to reconcile with the behavior I personally observed. A reputable company acting in good faith would have stopped immediately after the property owner objected. At a minimum, it would have waited for police to arrive, verified that its customer had legal authority to enter the property, documented the dispute, and cooperated with responding officers. This company did none of those things. Instead, its employees continued unloading after receiving an explicit warning, appeared to rush to get additional property inside the house before police arrived, and then ran to their vehicles and drove away when law enforcement showed up. The owner can claim ignorance, but actions speak louder than excuses. Their actions demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, honesty, judgment, accountability, and respect for property rights. Moving companies are entrusted with access to people's homes and possessions. That requires integrity and sound judgment. Based on my experience, I would not trust this company anywhere near my home or property. I would be extremely concerned about hiring a company whose workers behave this way when confronted with a serious ownership dispute and the arrival of police. This was not a minor customer-service problem, a scheduling mistake, or an ordinary disagreement. It involved my home, unauthorized access, an explicit warning, continued unloading, and workers fleeing when police arrived. The entire experience was alarming and unacceptable. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this company think very carefully before hiring them. Ask yourself whether you want to place your home, belongings, and personal information in the hands of a company that responded to a property owner's direct warning in this manner. Based on everything I personally witnessed, I would never hire this company, recommend it, or trust its owner's explanation of what occurred.
