I enjoy the consistency of their work! They take their time not only do they do a great manicure I enjoy their pedicures. It does get very busy so make an appointment. Color selection is typical. I was so looking forward to trying this place as my friend from work recommended it. It was a very disappointing experience. I got a dip manicure and was charged $60. I added chrome which is an additional $10. However, I have never been charged to have my cuticles cut in all the years I have gotten my nails done. The technician finished my "manicure" without cutting my cuticles or massaging my hands, let alone even putting lotion on my hands. When I asked for a breakdown of the cost and why it was so expensive he explained to me it was an additional $5 to have my cuticles trimmed. I rarely leave bad reviews on places because I'd rather just move on or it was just one thing that wasn't a huge deal. But this place is Horrible! Absolutely horrible! And did Julio leave things that were rude and not very good customer service. They didn't before hand tell me their gel nail polish was $15 extra to the pedicure price, other places I've gonna has never been that expensive. She then tried shaking my toes after I had told her I didn't want her too. I like them left to their natural shape because I've gotten ingrown nails from the unnatural shaping to them. She then painted over on all my toes, I posted a photo of one foot for reference. When I told her I wanted her to fix it, because it looks bad, she said it was fine and started talking shit in Vietnamese to her coworker. I will not be going back and so not recommend them. It seems the workers always say yes to accommodate, but even if you come at your appointment time, they've overbooked. You're either waiting 10-20 more minutes. When my schedule is busy because of work, I expect them to respect my time too. I usually go on my lunch hour or try to go before or after work, but it seems they can't keep up with their time management. Lavender nails, Learn to say NO to walk ins and learn to keep your SCHEDULED appointments with your customers ON TIME. It really leaves a bad taste to an anticipated relaxing experience especially when we are a regular customer. Beware of the low light. Came in for a pedi and the gentleman in there gave me a great pedicure but they switched up for the nail polish application. The polish was dry and she added liquid in the middle to make it better but when I left and got to my car I could see nails were not smooth. I went back in and two women came to look at my nails telling me maybe my nails are rough and she didn't understand the issue, but the last lady says she will fix it. BUT she doesn't and she gets another lady who comes over and says she doesn't understand, and is trying to see the finish in their low light. I have at this point told them I can pick another color, that I could see it in my car etc. anyway long story short I left without getting it fixed because and feel like it shouldn't have been a fight. Unfortunately this was the first time I've been disappointed with my service here. It sucks having to shop around for the services you want to be loyal to. I've had my nails done here at least a dozen times. I came in with colored acrylic on my nails ( mind you my last fill in was completed here 2.5 weeks ago and a Jessica Lein made sure the color would work by placing it over the colored acrylic while my pedicure was getting done). I asked @ today's appointment if the color I chose would cover and hide the color acrylic before Cammy started my toes. She must not have understood but either way I also put this information in the messages when I scheduled my appointment. I asked 3 times to make sure it would cover the turquoise blue colored acrylic. since I was told I'd either have to soak them completely off or let it grow out. Most women want their hands and feet to match. If I didn't I would have done my own at home. So this sucks. I Was rushed to pick something else which was not easy bcs I didn't want anything else that wouldn't work. when I asked if I could pay more to get my toes repainted to match the color ( I dont like) now on my hands. I was told by Jessica it would take too long. Too long for who? it's my $$ and my time. What this told me was that my nail tech was ready to move to the next customer. I didn't even bother to look at them. Still haven't while I'm writing this review outside of the building sitting in my car. $85 plus tip for mis matched hands and feet with a color I don't care for bcs it was too time consuming for the business I'm patronizing to correct it or at least satisfy my request. It's not like I asked them to change the color for free, and my dissatisfaction stems from their misunderstanding of what I clearly requested (again, I asked 3 times). I drive 25 minutes from Temple Terrace all the way to Wesley Chapel for my Nail maintenance bcs I loved the job they do. I'm so disappointed. Normally, they ask how you like them, but even with my mask on she could see I wasn't happy. She didn't ask me a thing or say thank you. Don't think I'll be back I'll just soak these off and go back to my natural nails. Hair and Nail salons after the pandemic are really starting to be consistently disappointing. Having gone here multiple times, I feel as if I can give my honest review finally! I continue to keep coming back because they never disappoint. I've only had manicures and pedicures, so I can't speak in any of their other services, but they are so so so good. David is the person I go to every time for pedicures because I feel he has the best massages. I prefer to have Lisa do my nails because she does such a good job every time. I will continue to post pictures every time I come, so it can be the most up to date. One of the things that I enjoy about the salon itself and stands out above a lot of other salons is the separate, darker, more quiet portion for pedicures. I really like to relax and enjoy my pedicures and not feel rushed. I love that they separate it. I am very upset because I just drove 40 minutes from my house because my coworker bragged on this place about how good they treated her and how she was pampered. So I really needed this this morning because I've been having a really rough time and I made me an appointment that same day that she came in bragging, I was told to be here 915 this morning when I walked in the whole place was packed and there was already a lady waiting when I gave my name. Never again. I came here because my friend is a regular and wanted me to try this place since she tried my regular place (gallery nail) last time we got pedis together. The interior is so clean. The back room where the pedicure chairs are looks amazing. Very nice set up. Those are the only two positives i can say about this place. As soon as I walked in, the girl at the counter grumpily asked me what I wanted. I let her know 2 pedicures since it would be myself and my friend, she said 10 minutes. I knew this was innacurate because when I went to pick my color, which is at the center of the room, every single chair was occupied and the ladies all looked like they had just started. 30 minutes later, the front desk girl went up to a girl who just checked in for a pedicure, but I stood up and let her know we had been waiting for 30 minutes. Sheesh. We went back and sat in the chairs and waited for our pedicures. A young guy and a lady with a short bob came over- the lady did my pedicure. When the both of them asked us what type we would be getting, we both indicated the basic, which is $25. Instead of accepting our choice, both of them tried to push the next level up because "it's only 5 dollars more", but after the wait, we didn't have the time anymore for any extras (I think it was a sea salt scrub or something extra). They were really pushy which I didn't like at all. Definitely never experienced that at my usual place. The lady started cutting down the nails and cleaning up the cuticle. When she did my big toes, she dug deep on the right side of both toes as if she was getting an ingrown-which I didnt have- and I started bleeding!! Btw, today is 2 days after the fact and they are now swollen on the side she dug in and it hurrs when pressure is applied (no closed toe shoes for awhile). Yea... she looked up right away when she saw blood and I just shot her a look like...wtf??? See my pictures to see what I'm talking about. She asked if I wanted the rough skin on my heel scrubbed off and I said yes. She did a great job there, definitely smooth and no signs of my walking around barefoot left. When it came time to pay, I was charged an extra 5 bucks just for the heel scrubbing!! Wow, that's not listed anywhere as an "extra" fee, nor did she tell me it would be $5 on top of the basic pedicure fee. Yea, definitely no tip for you. Yea... so never again. me and my sister were on our way to another nail salon and as we were at the stop light we decided to try them out. The place is nice and clean and the customer service is AWESOME! We went for a pedicure and the services they offer for the prices is DEFINITELY something very reasonable considering that me and my sister has tried almost every nail salon in town and walked out of two. the prices are good, and what i love especially is that it after they scrub your feet and file your toes they give you the supplies they used. So sanitary is ALWAYS a plus!! COming from our nail salon in Long Beach that sells us the kit for a $1 for the bring for every visit. I thought it was great that they provide you your supplies and each visit it's a new kit and never reused on anyone else's feet beside your own! I must add... I have never done or heard of the Parafin Wax and I can safely say that they are the only nail salon that does the paraffin wax and as a first time customer i absolutely love it!!! Whats even better is that when I am there I feel like I'm at a spa they provide you LEMONADE!!! If you are READING this... I Would DEFINITELY recommend that you go NOW especially because it's their grand opening they are offering 15% off everything... so, go and get the most expensive pedicure they offer and get your 15% off which will come down to the price of a regular pedicure :) I will say that even if they did not have the 15% off... that the regular prices is still reasonable considering the services they offer for their package deals so either way customers WIN :) I will OFFICIALLY say... that after 4 years of relocating from Long Beach, CA to here I have FINALLY found my place! I've gone to this nail spa for years. Why? Because they listen to me. My pedi lasts far longer than other places, and my gels last until I grow too long. Now, my nails won't hold color of any type if I don't have acrylics over the top, so that's me being transparent. No matter where I go, no matter what they use, my color starts peeling off even if gel on the day it gets done. I don't bother doing anything to my nails without acrylic over them. That said, the gel lasts until I'm overdue for a fill. (See photo) My toes I use regular polish and they only start chipping if I chip my toenail long after my pedi was done. My favs are Anne and Ricky. Ricky looks at my nails and remembers doing them and I don't have to tell him what I want, he just does it. It's fantastic. I also love that they have a number of men providing services as they tend to have fabulous hand strength, and since my body hurts, consistent pressure on the leg massage is greatly appreciated. The ladies are good too, but men tend to have larger hands and stronger hands so I feel I get a bit more for the money. I've gone to more costly places that disappointed me. This place is decent, maybe the decor isn't to my taste but it's not a super high end priced place so I don't expect that. I plan to go this afternoon. I've grown out so much that my nails are starting to snag. I might do a fade this time. I haven't done that in a while. I give it 4 stars as some of the lovely people have some trouble with English, and the decor could use some work... it has clashing styles and that is a bit of a put off for me when I'm relaxing. Still I recommend it and I choose them first out of all I've tried locally. It's pretty clean and the staff are friendly. Pricing is decent and I like their work. The problem is that this place is very hit or miss. I say that because sometimes it's great, while other times it's terrible. Here's what happened today.... I go in because I needed a manicure and wanted RED gel fading. No big deal right? I mean, I literally had turquoise fading about a month prior there and specifically said to the lady I wanted THE SAME THING as the turquoise but showed her the RED SPARKLE I wanted. She says NO PROBLEM! But that I would need a flat red under to really make it POP. I said that was great AS LONG AS IT WAS THE RED SPARKLE I wanted. So what happend? Another lady sits down and starts doing my nails after the other one had already started the process of taking my other polish off. And apparently they didn't communicate because then she asks me what color I wanted. Damnit.... So I tell her and pretty much say the same thing. She says SURE! BUT THEN.... well half way through I'm asking why it looks pink and you know what her and two other people tell me?! That it turned out that way because of the colors SHE SAYS I CHOSE. I'm like....wtf? I specifically said I wanted it RED SPARKLE. Ya know...pink really doesn't say CHRISTMAS. And then she tells me that ANOTHER CUSTOMER DID THE SAME THING YESTERDAY! WTF?!. So she's saying they KNEW it was going to turn pink? ! So here I am, with pink sparkled fading on my nails and she knew I was pissed. What does she do?!
