Been there several times and never had anything less than excellent service. They are extremely clean and the air quality is great- something a lot of places cannot boast. I recommend the signature pedicure. Gel polish lasts until it grows out on my toes. Only had a couple manicures - just a polish. And I've never had any issues. The nail technicians are friendly and make an effort to remember you on repeat visits. It's a busy location so make an appointment if you can. This place was terrible. My daughter was there for three hours because they didn't do her nails correctly and looked horrible. They were so rude to her until I came to the salon. I have to say that I love my pedicures with Diana. I am here today getting a signature pedicure, which I don't do very often. There is a woman getting a pedi & mani sitting with Jojo. She has been on her phone for at least 40 minutes. She is talking like she thinks she is in her home. So loud that I can't even concentrate on relaxing which is what I needed to do today! Very clean, very nice people! I got my nails done there for the first time. I picked them because they had online appointment booking and had all their prices listed online (my hearing is awful and I have anxiety so calling to book an appointment is my nightmare). Parking is easy, the place is easy to find, and my nails look awesome! Usually I wouldn't get my nails done during a plague but I have an important meeting tomorrow and wanted to look polished and professional. I went in on a Sunday for a pedi and dip nails. You can make your appointment online which is great and they send you a text to confirm. You walk in and check in with the receptionist and sign in. The place is large and very clean. Appointments are priority and walk-ins second. My pedi was 50 mins long and probably the best one I have ever received! She really took her time, the water was very hot which I like, there were a lot of different lotions and oils and massaging. Hot towels and hot stones ( both very hot) there is a sign with the three different types of pedicures they offer with the price, time length and description. Also stated that if it is shorter than the given time even by a minute it's free. Also note they have a really nice massage chair to explore. When that was done they took all my belongings to the nail seat and started there. I have dip powder on my nails so they were wrapped and soaking during my pedi. She nicked me a couple times during the drilling but it happens and she apologized each time. She had small Conversations with me here and that was nice she was very friendly. I like the dip a little thicker than they typically do which is 3 coats to their 2 coats and she was happy to oblige. She explained what they typically do and then asked if I still wanted the extra coat which I did. I don't recall how long that took to do my nails but it was a typical length. She brought me over to try my nails a little extra at the station with fans and set a timer. It was an hour glass sand timer and when it was done I flipped again. I was there for about 2.5 hours total but was very pleased with my nails. I asked for pointy nails and they are more almond in my opinion but that could just be a language barrier and on me for not explaining. Otherwise a wonderful experience! read more

My daughters experience was nothing short of exceptional. She went above and beyond giving my daughter and adult worthy mani-pedi. Bingh did my chamomile pedicure (which let me tell you it was out of this world amazing) she took the time to massage my legs and feet for legit 25 mins or longer I would say! I came to this salon because I was turned away from another one due to hours and since Lavender is open till 7:30 I was relieved! Nina was my nail technician and she was amazing! The receptionist and staff was inviting friendly and super accommodating. Despite my many apologies for coming in at 6:45 they were happy to have me. I chose a color and Nina immediately got to work. Before covid I LOVED this place. The owner Andy is amazing. No that things are opening up more I decided to make an appointment. I booked online for a gel manicure with Andy at 4:00. I show up about 3:50 he says Andy isn't in today. Ok fine I'll have someone else and I don't mind waiting. First of all someone should have called and said Andy isn't in do you want to reschedule. But no phone call. So the man tells me to leave and come back in 1/2 hour. I told him it's pointless to go home and come back. He tells me to go shopping. I say I don't need anything. He says go to stop and shop. I again said I don't need anything. After multiple attempts he finally agrees to let me sit on the couch and wait. Again I don't mind waiting. So I pick my colors and he seats me at a table. He soaks my fingers in hot water then says my nails are too short. I said I like them short and due to my job they need to be short. He argues with me saying they are too short. So I ask him if he can pain my nails or not? He says yes but keeps arguing they are too short. I finally said that's fine I don't want them done I'm leaving. He hold my hands trying to stop me from getting up. I said again I'm leaving. I got up and walked out. While the manicure and pedicures are never the best ones I've ever gotten, I've also never had a truly bad one.
