After investing $3,500, I've seen little to no results--in fact, the hair growth has become thicker and worse. I originally went in for facial laser treatment, but once they learned I was engaged, I was strongly encouraged to purchase a full-body package with the promise that I would be hair-free by my wedding in June. That has absolutely not been the case. Now, instead of "hair removal," they've shifted the language to "hair reduction," which feels misleading given how this was originally sold to me. What's even more upsetting is the lack of follow-through from management (Katrina at corporate, Amber, Dulce). I've been told multiple times that someone would reach out to address my concerns, but I've been completely ignored. This entire experience has taken a real emotional toll on my confidence and well-being. I truly regret trusting this process and would strongly encourage others to think carefully before committing.

As soon as you walk into LaVida, you're greeted by two friendly receptionists, Deidre and Barb. They are so helpful in answering questions and scheduling appointments. Mushi is absolutely wonderful in keeping up with the latest technology in anti-aging procedures. I trust her immensely, because she is so knowledgeable and really individualized a treatment plan for the results I wanted. She is honest and extremely caring. I also like the fact that she is a registered nurse. I have been very pleased with the recommendations she has made for my "aging" face. Erin has been terrific in providing so much patience with me as I consulted with her on the PCA products and various procedures. She, too, is very caring and knowledgeable. I used to go to a fancy Medspa in Paradise Valley, however, I have found LaVida to completely surpass my expectations. I get massages about 3-4 times a year and have been coming solely to this LaVida for the last few years. I'm very particular with my massages and this is the only place I continue to come back to. i only make appts when my back/body pain is so intense i call and can usually get in the same day. I used to be hesitant about making same day appts if I couldn't get in with a certain masseuse but have learned it doesn't matter who is available since I've yet to have a bad massage/experience. This last massage i got was especially important as we were headed to hike havasupai the next day and was having intense back and neck pain. 90 mins on the table left me feeling incredible and better yet, no pain for my 20+ mile hiking trip! The staff/front help is always polite, helpful and make you feel like they're happy to see you, especially the manager! I went in to Lavida and seen Dr.ohara and wow was she amazing!!! I have been to a ton of medspa's in the valley and this one was different from other locations I have been to! I walked in the girl at the front desk area said my first name and it was the first time going to lavida, it was such a nice feeling!! After I filled out my paper work, I young lady come out and got me, when I went into the room it was very clean and well put together! We talked about many things from my lips to my forehead, she was not pushy and I really liked that. What I liked about Dr. Ohara is she got the Botox out of a small box and while she was talking she was filling the syringes. I really liked that bc I know that the botox was fresh!! I also loved that I only paid $7.95 for each unit! I rebooked to get my fillers... Its has been two weeks now and I LOVE my Botox! I am going back for sure!! I have been a client of La Vida for many years. No matter what service I get, they are TOP NOTCH! Everyone there is friendly, respectful of your privacy, and very professional. I think that they have very fair prices on their services and products. I trust them and know that I am getting high quality products and the most up to date treatments. I see Dr. Amy the most and she is an amazing person, inside and out. She treats you like a friend not a customer. She is very gentle, very knowledgeable and a pro in her field. The best thing I would love to mention as well is that they have a monthly program that you can join...many times when I go get a service I walk out not paying for anything because it is already been being saved into my account! LaVida is certainly the only place I trust to get near my face and body. Muschi is the best at what she does, hands down. I wasn't sure I would like my Dysport at first, since I had never had it before. That feeling lasted about 2 seconds! I am absolutely in love with my results. When that…read morelocation closed, they required all members to transfer to the Gilbert location, which was too far for me. I visited Gilbert twice and cancelled my membership in May. The charges stopped, and then in September they resumed charging my card without my authorization. When I called to dispute it, I was told there was no record of my cancellation, despite having a witness who was an employee of the company. If you're a member here, watch your statements closely, especially for charges under a different business name.
