Because of that experience, I was excited to return. Unfortunately, my second visit was very disappointing. I was paired with a different nail technician, and the quality of service was noticeably different. She asked if I wanted my toenails trimmed, and I said yes, but she only trimmed my big toenails and left the rest untouched. The polish application was also very poorly done. It was uneven and looked rushed--the worst polish job I've ever received during a pedicure. I considered mentioning it, but her two children arrived during my appointment, and I got the impression she may have been distracted or trying to finish quickly. Based on my second experience, I don't plan to return. It's unfortunate because my first visit set such high expectations. I hope the salon can provide more consistent service in the future.

They give such good massages and I always feel so relaxed and pampered after I leave. Services can be booked online or over the phone. If you enter your number you earn points for each visit and can end up getting $15 off once you reach a certain point limit. I love this place and recommend it to everyone.

When you…read morearrive you text her that you're there and she let's you know when she's ready for you to enter the salon. I have been looking for a salon that specializes in doing natural nails. I've had acrylic and gel nails and they just ruined my natural nails. Michelle is meticulous about sanitation, which I love because I have had problems with other places not being as clean as I think they should be. I was blown away by the service and education that Michelle provided. It was about how water effects the nails as well as how the shape of the nail makes a difference in breakage. She also sells a cuticle oil that is lovely. It smells like almonds and has already made a difference in my cuticles. She also takes her time to do the manicure correctly. No being super aggressive with my cuticles. She trimmed them back properly and without any pain or bleeding, which I've had happen at some other salons. They are usually in too big of a hurry and nip me, which I hate. Michelle put a CND shellac nail polish that went on beautifully. I actually had a design put on my third fingers for Halloween. It's the shadow of a kitty cat. And Michelle used a something called cat's eye to highlight my french style manicure. It was a really cool process that I haven't seen at any other salon. I'm disappointed in today's visit with my girls for pedicures I've been here lots of times before…read morebut not in the last year. It definitely has changed. Unfortunately, they do not use single use items for their electric callus removal and when I asked for a sanitary new scrubber pad for it Sany, my technician got pissed. I'm not even sure if he even changed the pad. He was rough with taking off the polish and the small square nail buffer on my nails, that was also not new. They don't use callus removal lotion anymore either. Sany's massage was very good and relaxing. He got visibly upset when I asked about most anything. It was a very uncomfortable non relaxing pedicure for me. My girls had fun, their pedicures were also not single use items either. I paid for the $50 Pedicure 2 for myself and really for the rushed and non relaxing experience I would rather pay more and just go to the Peppermill. This is a shame because I used to love this place.

I don't remember my tech's name, but she was nice and pretty quick! She had to do a little repair on them since the acrylic was starting to lift and even then she had me out in about an hour. I didn't get anything crazy done in terms of design because I was on a time constraint, so I just got a simple red nail and was on my way. They felt SO much better after my appointment (iykyk). The shop itself is also pretty standard in what you'd expect at most other nail salons and is pretty clean from what I saw. The price was a little more than I was expecting, but she did have to do a little more repair than normal so I'm guessing that was the reason. Overall I was super thankful to stop in here because there's nothing more annoying than insanely grown out acrylics!
