Beyond disrespectful company. I first came here to have my lashes removed. The woman who did it was beyond angry with her last client and took it all out on me. She was talking crap non stop while aggressively taking my lashes off. My eyes where so on fire that I had to go to the er to have my eyes flushed and looked at due to the hours of pain she caused to them. I wanted to go get my nails done and since it's a small town I called in a asked to work with anyone but her. When I got to my appointment she rushed me at the door with the worst attitude asking why I went to the er when she saw me crying when I left her awful appointment. The owner Nick then took me in as his client. He is really good however very disrespectful as well. I'm not comfortable with my hands and asked nicely many times to not have my nails taken a photo of. He then goes to my social media and calls me selfish for not sharing my nails. I'm beyond sick of being disrespected and called names. He said next time he will do it regardless. Not respecting my wishes as a client and name calling. There are way better salons that don't abuse their clients. Stay away from here. read more

This place is amazing! Nick has done my nails numerous times and he listens to exactly what I want! He always understands the Tik Tok trends I ask for and he is willing to try them! Ok... this is literally my first review I've ever left but I'm writing it because my experience here was unparalleled. Nick did my nails better than I've ever had them done. His attention to detail is incredible! He fixed all the mistakes that the last place left on my nails... without me having to even point them out. He smoothed out/buffed under the nail and even painted the full point on the tip of my nail, which is my pet peeve when people don't! I will now only get my nails done by him. He knew the exact shape I wanted. Seriously cannot recommend him enough. The place is wonderful and offers beverages and the woman who did my pedicure was incredibly sweet. Save your money. The techs are rude and unprofessional. I took my daughter there for a mani/pedi. After painting three toes, my daughter told the tech that she didn't like the color and asked if she could change it. The tech said yes, but acted like it was a huge inconvenience and she passed her off to another tech who was going to do her manicure. The new tech who finished her toes called her drunk (she wasn't) and said she was loud (she wasn't, just maskless). So unprofessional. We left without the manicure and walked down the street to Lana Nail. Much better service there. read more

We got our nails done. It's a lovely spot that's super clean. The staff are very sweet and helped us out. The lavish pedi was so relaxing and the CBD soak was the best and the paragon wax is totally worth it. The callus remover was extra and also worth it!!! I came a couple months ago to get a set of acrylics for the first time. They convinced me to get gel x because they said it's cheaper and healthier for my nails. I requested a nude base with pink french tip. There was no prep work done to my nails other than filing the top of the nail down. (no soaking, cutting, or anything). As they put the nails on, you could see the bubbles underneath. I thought that this would be ok because I expected them to put a base on. My nail tech began to cover the whole of my nails in pink. I mentioned that this what not what i wanted and someone had to come over and explain what i wanted to my nail tech. He didn't understand so a girl came over and took over. At this point, i had been there for just about 1 and a half and had been cut deeply around my nails. The lady began putting a very sheer pink over my nails and you could clearly see the bubbles in the glue underneath my nails. She began doing the french tip and i asked her if there was going to be another base coat. she told me no so i just told her to paint my whole nail a solid color instead because i didn't want to stay in there any longer. she goes " oh my god " rolled her eyes and began with my request. Finally, 2 and a half hours later i walked out with nails that i thought looked ok. Today, i thought I'd give them a second. I walked in and sat down. Once i sat down, again, there was no prep other than filing the top of my nails. After some filing i already had a cut along my nails, it was bleeding a bit but i figured that it was something to do with the filing. No big deal. Then I asked for an ombré and showed then and inspo pic. I will admit the picture i showed them didn't show. very clear ombré so i didn't worry about that when they mentioned that i didn't ask for ombré as they were about to put the top coat on and i mentioned it. Although the inspo pic didn't show the correct image i did say i wanted a ombré multiple times and they said ok. Again, a lady came over to take over for the guy doing my nails by this time i had two cuts, both bleeding due to the previous guy peeling my finger away from the glue along my nail bed and agressive filing. I walked up to pay looking at the final product. I ended up just asking for french tips and there just white nail polish around my hands and the lines were uneven and you could see where the lady didn't clean the polish correctly on the actual nail. Overall, i will not be returning and do not recommend. read more

My sister came to visit, so I made her an appointment for mani/pedi. 2 technicians worked on her at the same time which was very difficult and uncomfortable. I would suggest you book your appointments separately due to the difficulty with bending of her body. Which really hurt her. read more

Go elsewhere unless you have a lot of time on your hands or don't mind the owner taking a walk-in in the middle of your manicure. I had an appointment for a mani/pedi and a regular customer walks in with a broken acrylic nail. He sits her down, and starts chit chatting while I'm sitting there waiting in the middle of my manicure. A few other people had walked in, and they had been turned away because they were busy. He could have done the same and said to come back at a later time. Common courtesy right?! Nick was extremely rude, and was bothered by the fact that I just wanted to leave and pay for my pedi because I didn't want to wait any longer. He cared more about his other client and forgot about the customer he was attending. Really bad customer service! I was there for almost 2 hours, and walked out with a pedi, and cut finger nails!
