While the other company was $100 cheaper, there were way more reviews for ecotech and the price of ecotech included a second visit if needed (we didn't need it!). The technician, Pete P. came on time and sent a text when he was on the way. Was straight to the point and was checking where they were congregating. He answered the many questions I had and was courteous. He let us know to give it 2 weeks and if we still saw them, to give them a call.
