My smart key needed a battery replaced and the staff member stated that he might break it. After…read moretaking it apart, not removing the small screw that I'd asked about, he indicated that he didn't have the battery. He claimed that the small screw was for holding the motherboard and didn't need removal. He had the keys to my home and handed me back the single key. When I asked about my keys, he took a couple minutes to locate them. Didn't appreciate his sense of humor, nothing funny about getting locked outside in the cold weather. I purchased a battery from Walgreens that didn't appear to work. I noted the polarity when removing the battery. Next day I went to Honda. Honda informed me that the battery had been installed incorrectly. They indicted that the screw should have been removed rather than stripped. Well he did warn me that he might break it. Wish he would have mentioned putting the battery back in the wrong way.

The two guys working there are pretty cool, I mean they can have this kinda let go attitude but…read morethey are into the cars, so you can ask questions about how to do stuff or for just an advice. The store is kinda of small according to my standards. I like the auto stores sized as real grocery stores, where you can walk and walk and enjoy seeing a lot of different stuff. It's inspiring. Also missed the smell of the tires rubber and gasoline I experienced at other stores.

I visited this Napa store and asked one of the employees, Mirek, about the availability and price of a replacement lens and he quoted me prices for two lens assemblies, explaining that the cost depends on the kind of light I had. I didn't know what kind, so he walked with me to the car (in the parking lot) to see if we could find out. At Mirek's suggestion, I turned the car lights on and we both looked, but could not tell which sort of light it was. I asked how difficult a replacement would be, he showed me where the access panel was on the car, explained a bit about the connections. I asked if he would do the work and he said he was not permitted to. However, I had time that same day to go home, find out what the car required and with what I'd learned from Mirek to go directly to a nearby repair shop knowing what to ask for and expect. And there's always plenty of those around the store too. Seems every time I pass by I see a Hispanic or Eastern European customer in the parking lot, with the hood up, fiddling with something in their beat-up car right in the parking lot. The large amount of oil stains on the asphalt pavement is indicative of the amount of repairwork going on at this place.

Came in the evening with a headlight out on my used '06 VW Jetta - Lincoln was able to get us the…read moreright bulb, and work our way through the goofy aftermarket headlight assembly a precious owner had installed, and saved us from botching the install ourselves. The bulb was super delicate and I would've definitely busted it if I had tried installing it myself. Big thanks to Lincoln for saving our hides, and patiently walking us through the whole install process in the freezing cold. Hats off to you!

I believe the guy who helped us is named Lincoln, and he was very very helpful. He made sure to ask what kind of car we needed oil for and it turned out he was very familiar with the make and model. He spent time helping us and making sure that we're getting the right thing and then as we had additional questions on cleaners, and things like that, he walked us through which products he uses and what cleaning products he would recommend beyond what he typically buys for himself. I was impressed by Ross's product knowledge as well as his research into the various alternatives 'shields' that were advertised. So who 'shields' a Honda Fit? Well, it became clear during only 1 months driving on suburban streets and highways roads that the sloped front hood, lower air dam, and side mirrors would look like the moon's crater in a matter of months- and I didn't want that look for a new vehicle that I planned of keeping for several years- so I called Ross. I was impressed by the installation by the technician (Strapp) and his attention to detail as well as his professional attitude and politeness. Once the 'shield' was installed I didn't even notice it on my car. The coverage was comprehensive and the transparency of the film/shielding material allowed the smooth finish of my paint to shine through. I seriously didn't think it was done until I looked closely. We had the work completed in our garage and it took only 2 hours w/o any mess or cleanup. Your car is an investment/asset, and like any investment/asset you want protection or insurance for when you really need it. The Roadblock product installed by Midwest Autobahnd does that for me! I thought it might be an electrical issue, but I agreed to get the headlights - and then I was told they were out of stock there, too. I called to confirm the lights were in stock here, and I was really happy when the guy helping me asked to check out my car before selling me anything. He then proceeded to actually put the headlight in to make sure it worked! When it did, I expected to pay for both and replace the other on my own but he replaced the 2nd one for me too. Granted, he probably only did this because I'm a younger female and I don't look like a car expert. Then, when I couldn't close the hood right away (again, not a car expert), he came back out with WD-40 to fix that too. It's really rare that you find a helpful (honest) employee at an auto-parts store, but I was overly pleased with the service today. I'll be sure to come back here for any other troubles I'm having.

Because this was the second one I went to and the only time the guy spoke to me is when I brought my stuff up to the desk to purchase and ask a product question. I bought some wiper blades here but when I got home to put them on, the first one didn't work. So I headed back to the store and was apprehensive because I didn't think they'd let me return the one I opened, but he returned it without issue. Apparently they usually come with different clips to fit various wipers, but this one did not come with any attachment clips. I returned all of them since I didn't want to run into any other issues. I was surprised by the cost of the wiper blades (about $35 each for the driver and passenger side, and I bought a rear blade as well) and for that I decided I'll just let the dealer install them. It's less expensive to have them do it.

Super rude and was extremely disrespectful and hostile as soon as I asked for her assistance. I didn't know something about my car and she mocked me in front of her coworkers twice & scolded me for not knowing. Throughout assisting me and checking out she continued to have a nasty energy/ attitude. The other 2 gentleman were respectful and actually helped me out. Never will I go back and use my money here. She needs a reality check. She can't continue to treat customers who are spending at least a couple hundred poorly. Absolutely awful.
