After a long flight with 10 luggage's, I don't know who else I would rather be picked up by. Mike was on time, loaded the car, and was extremely professional. The car was absolutely spotless and extremely clean and air conditioned! I highly recommend using this car service! Thank you LAX LIMOUSINE SERVICE!!! Anddddd- I forgot to add,,, all safety percussions were taken to the highest extents! The car was sanitized and mike was wearing two layers of masks and gloves. He gave us two loads of sanitizers and asked that we keep our masks on at all times. read more

We had an absolutely great driver !! It was an early 5am to LAX, our driver was very nice!! We were glad we had such a kind individual !! We were picked up in an Tesla (an silvercharcoal) vehicle . Very nice and comfortable read more

Well, it's not inexpensive but the comfort they can provide can be worth the premium. How It Works When you arrive at the airport, your driver will receive a text from your driver, who's already at the airport waiting for you. After collecting your luggage, you text your drive and let them know you're ready to be picked up. Unlike other ride services, they pick you up right outside the terminal (outside curb). Service Our driver, Martin, was very professional all around, the attire and his demeanor. He picked up us in his black Suburban. Price For the same route, we usually pay about $40 on Lyft. We paid a bit over $130 including a 20% gratuity. Is it expensive? Yes, it is. Is it worth it? It depends. On Wednesday before Thanksgiving, it's worth paying the premium for not having to take a shuttle and wait for your Lyft or Uber. read more

Ed has been so reliable and courteous to our family for our airport transfers. He has always been on time or early. Definitely has expertise on the lead time required to make it on time to the airport. For pickups, he's extremely responsive and timely after getting out of baggage claim. We have young kids and he always accommodates their child seats -- installed correctly every time. Great conversation as well. Highly recommend! read more

Realizing that by the time my daughter would get off from work later than expected meaning I would arrive to Burbank Airport around boarding time, I had to arrange other transportation to the airport the day before leaving for home. I launched Yelp to search a reputable and trustworthy limo car service and started reading through client reviews. After a couple of calls, I decided on my last call with LAX Limo LA this was the company of choice. The day of departure, I received a call from Mike who was early and prompt. Mike M was amicable, professional and engaging. I immediately felt comfortable and secure. As in another client review, Mike had command of the car and the road-knowing how to navigate through freeway traffic in the rain. Thank you Mike, I will be back in the spring and I will call upon your services to see my grandchildren. read more

I can't say enough good things about our experience with LAX Limousine Service. The Lincoln SUV crossover was very clean, spacious, and easily held our two large checked bags, my wedding dress garment bag (pretty pouffy!), and several carry-on items. We had the pleasure of being driven to and from LAX by Mike. He was professional, courteous, and friendly. He was on-time (and patient when we were a little late coming down to the car on the first trip). He helped carry and load all of our big heavy bags on both pick-ups. When he greeted us on the return trip at baggage claim, he had a big smile on his face and remembered our names :-) He also remembered that we were returning from getting married on Kauai and surprised me with a bouquet of red long-stem roses! Nice touch! On the way home, we hit an unexpected freeway closure; Mike expertly navigated us along an alternative route and we still got home at about the same time we would have had the freeway been open. We will definitely use LAX Limousine Sevice in the future AND request Mike as our driver ! read more

LAX Limousine Service - Long-stem red roses from our driver, Mike! He remembered we were returning from our wedding on Kauai! - Limos Near Me - Los Angeles, California

LAX Limo is my go-to car service to and from LAX. One time I tried another company and got stranded at LAX at midnight, and I paid up front. This has never happened to me with LAX Limo, so lesson learned - don't try to save a few $$ when you know you already have a reliable car service company. Mona is my favorite driver, always friendly and on time. On this last trip, I was coming into LA and my flight was seriously delayed due to mechanical problems. I worked with LAX Limo on my new arrival time and I was so happy to see Mona standing there before baggage claim waiting to meet me. She even knew at which carousel our checked bags would be. read more

This is by far my favorite transportation company in LA. Not only did the driver, Mike, call me the night before to confirm the location and get additional details for my ride the next day, he showed up 15 mins early and was ready to be at service. We hired the car to follow our experiential food truck campaign around the Hollywood area for the day and Mike made the experience pleasant for me as the producer. He was accommodating, understanding and more importantly thoughtful for what our specific needs were. Being in the business for over 15 years, and finding partners onsite who provide the top tier service like Mike and his company did, made my day (and client!) happy and because of him- we were able to knock this out of the park. I will not use any other service and suggest using them For every one of your transportation needs!! read more

Sheesh. All I wanted was to find out how much it would cost to pick us up at LAX and bring us home. I called. After speaking with someone to request a quote, they put me on hold for 20 minutes. I finally hung up. Then I tried to get a quote on line. I got an email that they'd respond within 24 hours. Who does that??? It isn't rocket science. I went on line with another company, got a quote and booked it all within about 3 minutes. Enough said. read more

I absolutely love the LAX Limousine Service. After trying this Limousine, I would never go back/try another again. The staff is extremely professional at all times and I feel safe in the vehicle. Safety and professionalism is incredible important to me, and this company does an extraordinary job going above and beyond my expectations. Interiors are clean and comfortable. They are incredibly great to work with- accommodating and understanding! I always have an amazing experience with them and HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

I wish I could give one star. I'm so upset. After reserving our ride 6 months earlier they just called us two weeks out to double the price. I'm literally in tears. This seems illegal. Yes the owner Mike has sold to Ed but how does the new owner do that? So terrible to treat people like that. Especially repeat customers read more

Our driver Anthony was early and was very pleasant. The car was a beautiful Tesla. Super relaxing way to get to LAX! And not that expensive! read more

Fred our driver is amazing! Our flight came in early but they had us wait almost 1 hour before we got our gate. I was nervous since my phone was put away I couldn't get a hold of our driver. Finally, got off plane .. get luggage .. & Fred was so just so kind and helpful getting us in the car. When I say us I mean 5 bag 2 car seat & 1 stroller. Getting thru lax is stressful but so glad I decided on LAX limo. Thank you Fred, we will be calling Lax Limo from now on because of you. read more

Tried to book online but their website could not recognize the destination of "Disneyland" or the exact address of the "Grand Californian Hotel" so I called direct to reserve a limo. Oddly enough their name is LAX "LIMOUSINE" service and they don't have LIMOUSINES...just sedans and SUVs. Calling a different company. read more

We needed a car service for our daughter who started college in LA in August. After an exhaustive search, careful research and talking to friends, we settled on LAX Limousine. I've waited to do my YELP review so I can speak with some "historical perspective". In addition to using them myself, my daughter has enjoyed their dependable service for the past 5 months. Arian, the prompt, professional and incredibly nice supervisor in-charge returns my emails/calls with punctual precision no matter time of day! Their phones are manned 24 hours which I love. Arian promised us experienced drivers who've been with them for a long time. He kept that promise and my daughter adores the usual person, Henry, who drives her. She even brought him up at dinner last night. He is so sweet and caring. He's infinitely proud of his daughter and my daughter even appreciates his fatherly advice! We are so thankful that we found this excellent and reliable service whom our daughter feels safe with. In addition to airport runs, she's used them for rides out of the city. There is no price you can put on peace of mind but LAX Limousine's rates are competitive and reasonable. They are so worth trying. We won't use anyone else. They are THE BEST in our book! read more

We started using LAX Limo in January for my visiting step-mother who would have found it difficult to deal with the usual shared-ride shuttles. Her experience set the standard by which future rides to and from the airport will be judged. She was delighted with her driver and the personal service she experienced (and she is not easily pleased). Since then, LAX Limo has become our go-to ride to and from the airport. Yes, it may cost more than a shared ride but not having to deal with the vagaries of those other companies' scheduling or worries over whether our ride will even be there when we arrive at the airport on our return home. Plus the quality and condition of the LAX Limo vehicles vs. even the private rides of those shuttle companies makes any price difference seem well worth it. During our most recent trips to and from LAX, Mike M. was our driver. He was attentive, alert and aware of our itinerary. Keeping abreast of the traffic conditions along the 405, he avoided the problems on the highway and congestion in the airport itself to get us to our flight in plenty of time. On the return leg, he had noticed that the arrival time that we had given in our reservation did not match that on the flight schedule. He contacted us in Connecticut to verify which was correct and was waiting for us in LA, even though our flight had been delayed more than an hour in New York due to thunderstorms. I have never seen that degree of consideration from any of the other services. Many thanks to Mike and to LAX Limousine Service. read more

Reliable and always on time. Make reservations online or over the phone, their system is easy to use and has good notifications and receipts over email. Prices are quite reasonable. Drivers have been safe, professional, and courteous Family run business, which I like a lot, rather than a nameless company. Highly recommend. read more

I must say that this company went above and beyond my expectations!!! To start of with the gentleman that took my call, he was very friendly and understanding of my needs. After that they were on time with a beautiful and clean limo... The lady that was my driver named Sara made we feel like a star sitting in that car. She was extremely polite, paid attention to every detail I had requested and always had a big smile on her face. I will defiantly use this company again and will recommend them to all of my friends and family members! Thank you LAX Limousine once again for a great experience. read more

Thanks Yelp for another great find! I took a chance with LAX Limousine. Could not have had a better experience. Booking was a snap, with fast email confirmation. They also called two days before pickup to re-confirm (beat me to the call!). Our driver, Mike, was EARLY for our Sunday morning pick up and immediately helped us load our gear into his gorgeous Lincoln limo/crossover. The car was immaculate with cold drinks waiting for us. We were swiftly taken to LAX with plenty of time for check-in and security. Mike gave us his card and instructions for pick up the following week. Pick up was equally as efficient. Mike texted and left voicemail with instructions for us when we finished at baggage claim. This was TWO days after Christmas and traffic was a nightmare - Mike kept in contact with me and we waited for pickup for no more than 7 minutes. He also knew a quick way to get us out of the airport (I won't tell!) and we were on the road back home in no time. Again, there were drinks for refreshments but we were so tired that my kid fell asleep immediately. Mike is a great driver, knows his way around town and has excellent command of the vehicle. He is also a super nice man, professional, prompt and courteous. I have every intention of using LAX Limousine again. For a couple of bucks more (like maybe $10?), this beats SuperShuttle hands down! read more

Fred provided wonderful service to our family to and from LAX. He showed up promptly each time in a jacket and tie and our car seat for the baby was safely secured before the pickups. Thanks again Mike for a brilliant job getting my family to and from LAX. Such great service with clean, new cars, with water and magazines etc. With a young family, we always need to travel with infant and booster seats, but Mike has new ones in his car which means we don't have to travel with ours, which is great. We are always delayed for one reason or another, but its never a problem for Mike, who handles everything with courtesy and patience, and is constant contact via texts and calls. You will never need another car service once you have used Mike! Thanks again, read more

Driver failed to show up! I scheduled the service weeks in advance for a 5:30 AM ride to LAX and when the driver failed to show, I called the company. Instead of talking with the driver themselves to check the status, they just transferred me to the driver, Vincent, who seemed drunk or asleep and couldn't even find intelligible words in whatever stupor he seemed to be in at the moment. I immediately called Lyft, which is what I should have done in the first place. The company was very apologetic when I called to cancel and then called me again to tell me the same driver could be there in 15 minutes but knowing the condition that the driver was in when I spoke with him earlier, I was not at all willing to do that and possibly miss my flight. Mistakes happen but this was a huge fail for a company whose business IS providing transportation. read more

Superb Limousine service! I called LAX Limousine Service for airport transfer. Our driver had excellent customer service, exceptional attention to detail, prompt with quotes and phone calls and super nice! The driver arrived 10 minutes early while we were still picking up our luggage, so we didn't have to worry about our ride back home. The driver was extremely caring and offered to stop by Peet's Coffee along the way! The car was spotless clean and in great condition. All and all was a great experience and I highly recommend it. read more

The worst company to deal with of all time. I spent a hour online setting up a account. They want tons of information, the company you work for, your title, credit card number, etc. The system would not let me book because my billing address is a PO box...the system says "that is not a valid billing address". Unbelievable! I then called the company and they could not find me in the system, even with my account number! What a hassle and a waste of time!! read more

I used them going to LAX from Brentwood area and booked for the town car. The car was clean and there where on time. On the flight back from LAX I booked there SUV and meet and greet. The driver text me when I landed with his name and that he was there. I loathe driving to LAX. But when my parents come to visit from the Midwest, I want to there to be someone to greet them at baggage claim, to help them with their luggage and get them to their destination safely. Since that someone is not going to be me, I've appointed LAX Limousine my go-to service whenever they come to visit. The drivers are friendly, courteous and take great care of them. They are my #1 choice if I ever want a more elegant ride or need more personal service at the airport. read more

I've used LAX Limousine service twice now for trips from home to LAX and have been extremely satisfied both times. This last time was on one of the busiest travel Sundays of the year (after Thanksgiving) and Mike and Mona double-teamed to make sure that we were met promptly (the plane was early) and were whisked home efficiently. Mike got us out of the horrendous traffic around LAX amazingly quickly and his many years as a driver in LA (17 years, I believe he said as we chatted) ensured he knew all the best roads to use, getting us home in good time. Can't always justify the expense of a limo service but whenever I can I'll call on Mike and Mona! read more

Cannot say enough awesome things about this company. We have used them 3 or 4x now. With little kids on long vacations, parking at airport is as expensive as this private service. So why not get some taxi TLC? We are used to pickup and dropoff with install of our car seats in their luxury SUVs. Drivers have zero issues with it and are just super friendly and understanding. They always go out of their way to make our little ones feel welcome. Pickup is - with signed meet n' greet - at the luggage carousel is a breeze. The drivers are often the same ones coming and going we have found. Each one we have is super courteous. Sometimes you can get a bit rushed on the exit of LAX - they may have a ride to follow, but generally it has all worked quite well. We were most impressed during our recent trip when the airline canceled our flight the night before. The limo service left us a vm letting us know they learned it was canceled, but were still going to send us a car unless we said otherwise. Awesome they were so on top of it. We actually had to adjust our pickup a few times while we sorted out our new flight arrangements and each time they immediately knew the issue and mentioned it was in their notes, plus adjusted accordingly. Would recommend and use again in a second. read more
