Todd went completely out of his way to help us for over an hour, show us kindness, and help us get our battery switched out even though he didn't have to. I stopped into AutoZone and met with Jose and he was trying to explain to me what the situation was. My mechanics bought the alternator at O'Reillys, but my old one had been purchased at AutoZone and if I bought the new alternator at AutoZone, it would have been free! Ultimately, Jose was very kind. He agreed to give me the warranty anyways, which was very helpful to me because the repair that I just got on my car cost over $900. This warranty really helped me. Thanks Jose! The employees are friendly. The lines move quickly & efficiently. After the weighing of the materials, one receives their cash refund in the office. Consumers pay California Redemption Value (CRV) when they purchase beverages from a retailer. The beverage container recycling program was created in 1986. Refunds are now by weight of the materials, instead of by the size of a container, as the Assembly Bill originally called for. The program includes aluminum cans and glass & plastic bottles. Check the label to see if a container is eligible for CRV, as some beverage containers are not eligible (milk, food, wine, spirits, etc.). The container will say CA Redemption Value, California Cash Refund, CA CRV or CA Cash Refund. A-1 Metals also sells salvaged used auto parts.
