I appreciate how clean this salon is kept, staff is pleasant & professional. I've chosen to go with another nail salon for mine and daughter's services as I have been cut during a pedicure more than twice while my cuticles were being cleaned up. That experience has made me nervous returning. Luiza does beautiful work. However, this is the second time that my nails have been thinned out and damaged by her aggressive filing. She uses a hand file. I politely asked her not to and she did it anyway. These are my nails after gel removal at another Russian salon. Won't be going back. UPDATE (reply to owner): As stated earlier, I went to another salon to get a monthly manicure after going to LC last month - the damage was 100% caused by my last appointment with Luiza. The manicure was beautiful however, the filing was aggressive and I spoke up during the appointment about it. She continued filing aggressively anyway. Second time this has happened. I had my first appointment here yesterday & I only have good things to say! I was immediately greeted & offered a beverage right when I walked in, then Anastasiia walked me to her table. She went over the price menu & let me know how much I was going to be charged BEFORE starting the service. I got a regular gel polish mani with french tips & was so pleased with how clean her work turned out. She made the gel polish look like hard gel! She also works fast. I was in & out within 1.5 hrs, but her work does not look rushed at all. Also, I really appreciated how clean the salon was. There was someone getting their hands & feet done simultaneously, & as soon as they left, the girls started cleaning the area right away. I'm talking spraying & wiping down the seats, putting all the equipment away, & vacuuming!! the floor. I didn't mind the noise from the vacuum, & they finished that pretty quickly anyways. There was a tv in the room playing music, but I wish I was able to put on netflix or something (no big deal though). Overall my first time here was a 10/10! read more

The first thing I notice when I walked in is the relaxing fragrances in the air which creates a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, greeting me immediately when I walked in. There are two private rooms dedicated to manicure and pedicure and two technicians. Luzia was my nail tech and she truly exceeds my expectations every time I go. I kinda wanted to gate keep her for my self but I'm not a gate keeper lol.
