Been buying generic ink cartridges for years from them. Often times, Epson creates new software to prohibit use of generic cartridges. One phone call to LD and they send new compatible cartridges out in 2 days-no charge. That's what I call great service. read more

I used the check option to pay for my ink pods, so it took me over a month for delivery. I was a little diappointed with that.

They claim their toners are high end but when the ink rubs off on the pages they won't refund your $ unless you pay to ship toners back yourself. They offer to replace the toners which aren't high quality with the same toners which of course the ink will rub off again. They want to blame it on the drum which has nothing to do with their toners. I print professional documents and this is unexceptable. When I emailed you back, I was told a new cartridge would be mailed to me at no cost and I didn't need to send the faulty cartridge back. I wrote in with a review about a week and a half ago, and after I sent the review, I got an email stating a shipment was on the way. Well, when I received the box, it was the wrong order. :-( WTH?!?! They used to be on top of things with customer service. It's like...no one is in the office. I have sent, yet, another email with attachments, so we'll see if they get their stuff together and send me the correct items I paid for. This is so frustrating! LD Products website lists products as in stock that they don't have in inventory. I purchased toners over three weeks ago, my credit card was charged was in full same day and the order was never fulfilled. There were no updates. They would not answer the phone despite multiple call attempts. I had to use support chat. They admitted in writing in support chat that their "software program built to automate the sellable status of our products appears to be broken". See attached picture. Despite admitting in writing that they didn't have the toners in inventory at time of sale, they refused to immediately cancel the order and provide a refund, stating that they had to attempt to cancel the order on their end and have a "very short window to make any changes to an order" (23 days after date of sale). I will be submitting a dispute with my credit card company. Very poor customer service. read more

I have ordered from LD Products for over 10 years, They have been great with shipping and orders mostly, The thing that has got my goat right now, is that I had some carfridges that wouldn't work in my HP 454dn printer, so they gladly accepted them for return.($214 total). I was told that I would get a $214 store credit. Here, a couple of months later, I called a couple of times, and it isn't available yet. C'mon man! they have had plenty of time to make it available. I've been doing business with LD Products for years and suddenly something has changed. Products showing in stock are not apparently. I placed an order mid May still not shipped. Finally was able to talk to customer service, still not in stock. They sure billed my credit card account fast enough though (the same day). Cancelled the order. Tomorrow I'll dispute the charge with our bank. The real issue here is that I now have to choose a new ink supplier AND run new ink profiles. Responding to my letter I received a call from "Allie" who advised that she was a supervisor. She said that "customer service" should have replaced the cartridge ... but ... since a credit had been issued, she could not do that. REALLY? Perhaps, I'm being unreasonable ... but ... I still believe that there is no"customer service" at the supervisor level too. At this juncture, I believe the response should have been "we're mailing you another cartridge." I was also offered a 20% deduction on my next order but, I'll buy one somewhere else. In sum, LD is "dollar dumb." LD Ink has ripped me off for the last time. Their remanufactured ink cartridges are not compatible in most modern inkjet printers which detect that their cartridges have been refilled/remanufactured, and they are not able to keep up with printer mfg's detection of non-OEM cartridges. I spent $80 on cartridges that were immediately rejected by my Epson printer, and it took months to get them to update reprogrammed replacements. Then my next order of over $60 went a couple months before I needed to use them, and they were rejected by the printer as again. As I had ordered them in advance, LD would not refund/replace them. Very Sad . There's selling defective printer cartridges. I've use this company many times before in the past and I've never had any issues. I purchased some ink for my HP printer 962XL. Back in December. I needed it over Labor Day weekend for a school project and none of the ink they sent me is compatible. My printer tells me the ink cartridge's are not allowed and will not print with them. I have about $100 worth of ink. Left multiple voicemails and callbacks. No answer. I think this company has gone out of business. I live close by and I see the store is closed. The parking lot looks deserted. It looks like they screwed everybody before they went out of business. Run away! Twice they have taken my money for "in stock" items then when they don't show up, i call their service number to be told they had an "unexpected backorder." When i point out that their web site says that the products are currently in stock, they tell me that if i ordered now, the order would not go through, because of the current stock status. I found the terms acceptable and even discounted a couple of extra weeks for delivery. I called a little over 1 month after the order date and was told it would probably be an additional 2 weeks. I had been using LD products for many years and trusted their products. Recently they switched suppliers and it has been not for the better. I have tossed newly opened cartridges because my printer will not recognize them. I have installed the same cartridge over and over and the printer still says to reinstall the cartridge. I called them and they have switched their customer service to what sounds like an offsite service.
