Grilled BBQ Pork Banh-mi (Delivery) with sriracha added.

I've been craving a true bánh mì for months, so while I was in the area, I decided to check out Le Bledo Eatery--and they definitely did not disappoint. The bánh mì was incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor, exactly what I'd been hoping for. The eatery itself is cute and cozy, making it a perfect spot to grab lunch with coworkers or friends. The service was also wonderful. The young lady who took my order was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the experience even better. Although this location is a bit of a drive from where I live, it was absolutely worth it. I'll definitely be back whenever I'm in the area again!

We had heard good things about Le Bledo and stopped by today for a casual lunch. We started off with summer rolls which were pretty great. However, what really stole the show was the bbq pork bahn mi and the bun rieu (pork and crab noodle soup). The bahn mi was on the most amazing bun, and the pork was so flavorful and juicy. I also don't eat Pho due to it being made from beef broth so I have been looking for an alternative--the bun rieu was just that! The crab was throughout the whole soup and the noodles were the perfect consistency. The pork was on the bone and very tender. The service was incredible! The server/possibly the owner saw my husband and I share our bun rieu, and offered to bring us an extra bowl and spoon so we can split our soup. So kind! I will definitely be coming back here, especially because it's pretty local to me!

Been going here for the past few years and enjoy just stopping in for a quick bite with a bowl of pho. It's more cafeteria style setting, so you order up front and the food is brought out to you. The basil and sprouts are in a bag, so definitely caters more to takeout. They have a number of prepared foods that you can grab and go. What I recently learned is they stop serving in the dining area a half hour before they close, which I found frustrating since the pho doesn't take that long to come out and I can eat it in before they close.

Dropped in based on the great reviews. We decided on crispy shrimp n pork rolls, a Rib Eye Steak and Cheese sandwich and chicken pho soup which were delicious. The chicken breast was really good. Nice traditional music in the back ground and friendly staff. Great prices and perfect for lunch.

I've only had Le Bledo for breakfast but their food looks great. I tend to order the Vietnamese coffee and empanadas. The empanadas are a nice snack size with the filling of an egg roll. I believe it's beef and it's my go to item.

I ordered Bun Thit Nuong (Vermicelli dish) with grilled pork, i LOVED the savory, fresh lemon grass forward seasonings which is not common anymore, most restuarants use oyster sauce and sugar. However, the seasonings suace was a bit sour for my taste but the sauce was not needed since the pork was very flavorful.

What an amazing authentic Vietnamese hidden gem! Food is delicious, service is fast and friendly, and there's lots of seating inside. Prices are very justified for how delicious and authentic the food is! Definitely will be our go-to for Vietnamese food cravings.

Almost never venture out to Springfield, but Kaiser sent us out there. Wanted to check out this Viet deli /restaurant on way home. The display of to-go snacks was fun to pursue, lots of yummy treats. We decided to order from menu, veggie Banh mi and bun rieu with Che for dessert. All was good, not deli cheap prices but reasonable. Nice spot for easy carry out Viet food.

Consistently good broth and fast service. Mini market of other Vietnamese foods and dessert. All very well prepared and delicious. Ample seating and staff does not rush the customer out the door.

The cuisine was exceptionally flavorful and artfully presented. The establishment authentically captures the essence of Southeast Asian culture. The service was exemplary, and the staff demonstrated remarkable hospitality.

I'm picky about pho, as I always compare it to my mom's or my own. This place has fantastic pho! I also love they have an option for a pick 2, which is perfect to have a little banh mi and a small bowl of pho. They also have some pre-made Viet snacks and small dishes to buy as well. Nice spot with fast service and fresh ingredients.

Summer roll ($5.50)- the vermicelli was freshly made and warm when served, I personally enjoy a thicker sauce with more of a peanut taste. But overall very good! Banh mi ($7.95)- my husband loved this! The bread was slightly toasted and also warm when served Pho small ($13.50)- this includes 2 meats, and we chose the brisket and meatballs. Veggies were served in a bag on the side. Soup was delicious. Loved what we ordered, and we recommend trying this place!

Capo Italian Deli - Old Town Alexandria…read more I reviewed our new Old Town neighbor - Capo Italian Deli - early in 2026. Time for an update. The deli is outstanding. Taking up a tiny footprint on the N. Washington Avenue thoroughfare, a few seconds from King Street, the deli delivers both hot and cold deli entrees, soft drinks, and salads. There's maybe half a dozen tables inside and a couple of tables outside, but from what I have seen thus far, most of the trade is with carry-out service, drawing from the excellent reputation Capo brought with it as it arrived in Old Town (the restaurant has siblings in Shaw NW, and Western Market in the District, Tyson's Corner in Vienna, VA, Annapolis and Potomac, MD). Fresh Philly rolls for those seeking a traditional hero sandwich, with go-to seasonings and all of the essential protein groups. My favorite is a large half roast beef half turkey with lettuce, tomato, and mayo (I skip the Italian dressing, which is part of the default, and I skip the cheese). I can and have made this $18 sandwich last three meals (so I ask them to cut the sandwich into three pieces), and the ingredients stay fresh for the next 24 hours. The last time I did this the sandwich fed me from 4:45 a.m. to 9 p.m., as I served as an election officer at one of Alexandria's polling places. Neat, trim, and completely satisfying. Just a point of concern: given its location, the opportunity to double-park while picking up an order seems to be just too tempting. This location, however, cannot over the long term sustain double-parkers. The deli is about 100 feet from the intersection of King Street and N. Washington Street. There is a dedicated lane for cars seeking to park adjacent to the deli. And then there are two northbound lanes on N. Washington Street. That's it - just two lanes serving one of the busiest intersections in Old Town. If a delivery-service car pulls up alongside one of the parked cars, all hell will break loose by drivers who suddenly find a delivery vehicle double-parking in front of Capo, leaving but one northbound lane open for however long it takes for the delivery agent to gather the order and beat it out of there. This happens with remarkable frequency, starting at about 11 a.m. and running throughout the day. That's not going to make good neighbors of Capo's nearby shops. Alexandria Parking has its work cut out for it, but here the rule prohibiting double-parking has to be enforced - it's both a safety issue and an issue of common courtesy. Doesn't matter if you think you'll just be in and out of the deli in seconds. We know it doesn't work that way, not always, and here - not even often. More often than not the double-parker will be creating a traffic hazard just by parking alongside a parked car in front of the deli. Please, don't do this.

This review is based solely on the customer service I received over the phone…read more I had placed a $62 order through DoorDash and chose Capo even though there are plenty of other deli spots nearby, because they normally make really good sandwiches. Unfortunately, the customer service this time was extremely disappointing. I called with a simple question about the bread since I have braces and needed something soft. The person who answered the phone was rude and dismissive, acting as if my call was an inconvenience. When I asked which bread was the softest, he cut me off to say they were "super busy" and could only change the bread on one sandwich, not both. I asked again for clarification, and he continued sounding irritated and uninterested in helping. He repeated that they had a line of people and needed to know which one sandwich I wanted to change. For the amount I paid, the lack of basic courtesy and willingness to answer a straightforward question was unacceptable. This will be my last time ordering from Capo in Alexandria, VA.

I entered at high noon on a weekday and was surprised that there was only one other customer. All the other tables were empty. The aromatic scent of pho filled air. Did they also serve pho at Club Sandwich (I didn't check the menu) besides burgers and sandwiches? Or was the aroma from Pho 95 two doors down? I decided what I wanted to order, but there was a problem. There was nobody at the counter. I waited maybe four minutes to see if anybody from the back would come out to take my order. But nobody came out. I was hungry and didn't want to wait any longer, so I just left. Club Sandwich could at least have a bell on their counter to get somebody's attention if they aren't going to man the counter.

Gave it 4 stars at first, then they shifted to this Nashville Hot Chicken style for wings for a one star, and recently revisited after checking out that their online menu brought back the traditional wing sauces. I surely missed out when that happened. Coming back, I declare that their wings are probably some of the better ones in the DMV. As the wifey said, crunchy on the outside, juicy inside. And their portions are big. We ordered 12, half plain and the other lemon pepper. The base wings is flavorful enough to savor. The problem lies in the menu. Looking at the screen as initial point of contact, you feel like you opened a box of jigsaw puzzle. The Club needs to organize and simplify their menu and classify according to wings, burgers, bowls and sides. That would solve the problem. Change the shocking blue background color and take out the pictures of the burgers which look very similar with one another to free up more space. Additionally, you feel like you're in a mini Cheesecake Factory with so many choices available. Simplify the menu! Also, let go of your separation anxiety with all this huge printed merchandising materials, some of which have been there from the start! Then there are standee signs that list other order options. They make the place look cheap and dated. Worse, they're confusing and an eyeful. One sign featured all the Korean chicken variants while another tucked away somewhere reveals you can get the lemon pepper and other interesting sauces and toppings. Put it this way, if the Restaurant Makeover show and Chef Gordon Ramsay came over, they would change 2 things: simplify the menu and add some pop to the interior. Get professional help on these please. Don't "wing" it and hoard on the huge menu boards like you were archiving old photographs. Have the owners noticed that more people are doing take-outs rather than dining in? A one day make over of fresh paint with vibrant new furniture (they have the same ones 7 years back) and simple menus with one or two picture boards would make this place rock and do justice to their awesome chicken wings (if only you knew that you can get more that 10 flavors to choose from)! Hopefully, The Club will merit my Yelp record of 4 reviews for a single restaurant culminating in one that showcases the true potential of this place.
