This is an update to a previous review that I left. I purchased a refrigerator that I absolutely…read moreloved, however, it stopped working after only a month. Arrow sent a repairman out and a part had to be ordered. They expedited the ordering process and sent out a loaner refrigerator in the meantime. But, in the meantime, I had lost all of my food and I was getting ready to host my family for Thanksgiving, I was not happy! The repairman came out and installed the new part but the refrigerator still didn't work. So they told me to just come in and pick out another refrigerator. I didn't see anything that I liked or that I felt would compare to the one I purchased, except one amazing, way over my budget, Samsung model! Carol hesitated to make the exchange but I reminded her of the inconvenience I had experienced as well as all the food I'd lost just days before Thanksgiving. Carol finally agreed to give me the Samsung model and delivered it just 2 days later; so far so good. I am extremely impressed with the awesome customer service I received and their willingness to go above and beyond to help. Things could have been so different had I purchased from a big box store; I'm sure they would not have worked so closely with me. Carol took all my calls, returned calls and made me a priority. I highly recommend Arrow Appliances. Thank you Carol and I'll definitely be back.

Authentic Appliance was the only place in the Antelope Valley (Palmdale/Lancaster CA) area. This was the first time that I had known or entered this business. The show room was a lot larger than I expected. The co-owner was very nice and professional. She greeted me right away and asked if she could show me any particular appliance. I told her our situation and she showed me all of the Speed Queen washing machines and the history of the Speed Queen. She made sure exactly what I wanted and expected from this type of washing machine. I had lots of questions and she answered all of them, and she did so by not making me feel like she was rushing me. I also discovered in our conversation that she and her husband own the store. And she does the sales portion and ordering and her husband handles the deliveries and the repairs. Then added that he does not have to do hardly any ever repairs with the Speed Queen brands, and that they own a Speed Queen as well. I liked that she didn't shy away from the "I wish it had this" or "it could improve on this" responses to me. I loved her honesty! I of course I purchased our very first Speed Queen washer. And we absolutely LOVE it. I wanted to wait at least 6 months or 1 year before making a response. I wanted to make sure that I was still happy with our purchase. We plan on moving away from the Antelope Valley. Now we wonder if we will sense our Grandkids are here. So, if we do decide to stay here or move to a better area in the AV, we will 100% buy ALL of our appliances from Authentic Appliances. And we will be needing to make that decision very soon. If we stay, we will be buying a new dryer, new refrigerator, oven/stove very soon. And once our big box dish washer breaks, we will be buying all of these from Authentic Appliance! Oh, I forgot to mention.... he delivered and set up our new washer as soon as it came in from Speed Queen. It was on back order because folks are like us, fed up with these big box crappy appliances. This machine is worth the extra cost!!!!!!!! Do not go cheap on this appliance. You will be so happy buying one of these machines.

We were told our dryer needed the motor repaired, then they changed the problem and said it was a different part. So now we have been waiting for an update, and we have not received a call or a text. So I called plenty of times and they said they would get back to us after speaking with the secretary or whatever she is. They never called back, so after a few calls they texted if they can call me later? It's been 2 weeks and nothing, honestly save your money. And go somewhere else this is not the buisness to go to. They told us they would fix it, but they just left everything in pieces. If you want parts to go missing from your appliances go here. Not only was he aware of the model i have, he showed me how quick an easy it is to change from dry cleaning to the wet cleaning. When the rep came to my house. I was able to buy bags for my model from him. The belt broke on my model. And today Wednesday or maybe Thursday I will check out the Lancaster Kirby location. I'll update my review with more details to follow. So far I am happy to say Kirby is a one of a kind vacuum and it's hard to find what you need when you need it. People who are limited in their transportation cannot "just go to Palmdale" as easy as you think. If you own a Kirby, you are away of the values of the machine.
