I had a great experience with Stacy. First off temperature check :) Her studio is clean and organized. After some paper work she got straight into designing my brows. She was very meticulous and made sure I liked what she did. This took almost an hour but she really took the time to measure to make sure it was even. She also explained that one side of my brow seemed high because the shape of my head and she was compensating for that. My past experience getting my brows done was very painful, but with her it was a breeze. It did still sting in the beginning but the numbing gel helped with the pain. I went to Stacy for a long overdue touch up on my last ombre eyebrow procedure, which was in 2017 and done by a different person. As soon as I came in, Stacy took my temperature and had me fill out a form stating that I do not have covid nor did I come in contact with anyone with covid, so she really does take the safety of her and her customers seriously. Afterward she checks everything over, the designing process begins. Stacy was super patient and detailed; we spent an hour just designing my new eyebrows. Since they were gonna be semi permanent, I was being picky because I wanted to make sure every little detail was perfect. Because the other person who did my eyebrows tattooed them on unevenly (my left eyebrow was a bit higher than my right one) and the ink hasn't completely faded yet, it was a bit hard for Stacy to have both sides match and completely cover the older design on the right side, but she did such a great job that I can hardly even see the old design and she even offered to let me come back after my eyebrows heal so that she can remove any of the uncovered ink. The procedure itself was very pleasant. The only painful part was during the outlining, because she can't numb the area yet since the cream might cause the skin might look different when it's numb and so the outline might be drawn on crooked. However, the outlining part only lasted like 5 minutes so it wasn't bad at all. I would personally describe the pain level to be 5-7 out of 10, but it really depends on your personal pain tolerance. Stacy went over my eyebrows 3 times because I wanted the ink to be as dark as possible so that my eyebrows won't fade too quickly, and she applied numbing cream on my eyebrows between each time. I spent a total time of 2.5 hours there and we both had our masks on the entire time, so I definitely felt very safe. She gives you aftercare instructions as well as a tattoo moisturizer to take home. Overall, I definitely recommend coming to Stacy if you want to get ombre powder eyebrows!! read more

I had my brows done a year ago and I still love them today! I only got the one session done without going back for a touch up because corona virus came around and I wasn't looking to go back till everything was done with that. Even without the touch up my brows are still great!! She was very kind and polite! I am a pretty picky person and she sat with me to fix my brows after wanting to change a few things a couple times . Before getting my eyebrows micro shaded I had sparse eyebrows and would draw them very unevenly. Being able to wake up everyday without doing any makeup feels great. I highly recommend getting your eyebrows done if you are the type of person who can't leave without brow makeup. Since I didn't get a touch up they are a tiny bit faded but I still love it and don't regret getting them done. The process itself was painless! The only thing I really felt was when they wipe the ink so be aware of that! The healing process was okay.
