Great customer service. Also my facial was incredibly! My esthetician was kind, informative, and very professional. She told me about deals but I didn't feel forced. I bought facials for the future, and I'm more than happy to return due to her great service. The front desk was also welcoming. I wasn't aware I needed my vaccination card was my only issue, but luckily I had a copy via email. Maybe I skipped reading that or wasn't told. Either way it all worked out. No biggie. Just an FYI. This place is out to loot customers for money and the manager is the WORST one can find in a spa facility. Their facials do no good other and when one unsubscribes to their treatment package, they do not stop charging you, though the original agreement was that you can unsubscribe at any time and only pay for the services already performed. Additionally, the manager lies through his teeth contradicting everything you say without any data or facts. He even lies that there were no skin tests done when the records indicate that there were. If you sign up for a payment plan suggested by Le Caprice, upon unsubscribing to their package service, they tell you it's your headache to deal with the third party and they have nothing to do with it. When you call the third-party, they tell you that Le Caprice continues to keep the charges intact even though you have unsubscribed. What they tell you at the beginning and end are completely different. The manager says he will call back to sort this out and it's been weeks from when there has been no response yet. read more

Microderm facial left my neck and entire jawline with contact dermatitis, which I'm now on oral steroids to relieve. There were also long, horizontal scratch marks on my face where the tool was used - in 10+ years of getting microdermabrasion I have never experienced that before. Incredibly disappointing. I would of love to rate Le Caprice 5 stars BUT Rebecca my aesthetician, was very pushy with selling a package from the beginning . I saw the deal on social media and wanted to give it a try . I really love the treatment , microdermabrasion with a few minutes of cryo treatment on face /neck, I felt she did a great job with the facial itself. BUT she became a used car saleswoman , and it became annoying and it was just a turn off !!! Every thing else was fine , place looked clean, front desk was all wearing a mask, very friendly, asked for my vax card but just her over selling it and i also felt she didn't like my answer when I said I'll think about it !! My facials have been very good but I am less happy with the way they conduct their business. At my first visit they did a very hard sell to get me to buy a package, but suddenly the storefront closed, when I still have 3 more treatments that I have paid for. I am in Marin and they offer me to go to Walnut Creek, which is just not possible for a working person. So, 4 stars to the facialist, and zero to the managers. read more

These people are scammers! The manager Nadie is a scammer! All he cares about is selling facial packages and products that are fake. The hydradermabrasion machines are from Amazon filled with distilled water and did nothing for my skin. He doesn't know anything about the basic health of skin. During my skin analysis he tore my skin down just to sell me on whatever products he was trying to sell me. Once he realized I was uninterested he became short and dismissive. He is completely rude to his staff I don't know how this person is able to keep employees. Run! The $79.99 facial special is a scam to bring you in and try to take you for every penny. Stay away! Interesting experience at this Spa. The aesthetician herself, Rebecca, was great, but my rating is for not only her, but the facility and experience as a whole. Many different things went into play, here. I booked a same-day appointment that I found available online. I immediately called to confirm, because the appointment was in a few hours. The front desk said that the aesthetician I booked with was unable to take me at that time because she "was leaving early that day." I found it odd that the appointment was available/open for booking online while they knew that the aesthetician would not be available at that time. But, the front desk did say that a different aesthetician would be able to take me about an hour later, so, I planned to go in for my treatment that same day. Then, 10 minutes before my appointment, the front desk called me and said that the aesthetician "had a family emergency" so I'd need to come in the next day, instead. Already I was annoyed that they had now changed my appointment time twice in one day, but, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and thought I would just have to see how things go once I made it in for my treatment, hoping that the Spa experience would outweigh the bad first impression. So, the next day comes around, and I go in for my treatment with Rebecca. Rebecca was very friendly, she was ready on-time, and recommended a great service for my skin. However, the whole time in the treatment room, the staff & other people in the halls and main area of the spa were SO extremely loud. Me and Rebecca had a hard time hearing each other. Rebecca later commented on how loud they were, and mentioned that the spa is supposed to be quiet, which I agree. The spa should be relaxing, calming, pleasant ; definitely should NOT be loud. Rebecca tried to turn up her soothing music during the treatment to drown out all the background noise, but, it didn't work. It just seemed that the people outside the treatment rooms paid no mind to anyone else in the facility or the fact that there were people receiving treatments. Next thing we knew, someone brought their dog into the spa and it was barking. Then, when Rebecca left the treatment room for several minutes while I had a masque on, a random infomercial about college acceptance programs was playing on the speakers for at least 6-7 minutes while I was laying there. It just did not fit into the relaxing spa experience that I'd hoped for. Unfortunately the experience overall was disappointing; I am not sure I will be back. Rebecca was great and gave a wonderful treatment, but overall I can only give 3/5 stars due to the whole ordeal with the appointment cancelling and the disappointing ambiance of the facility. read more

Le caprice offers such a wide variety of treatments. I've been here for a hydra facial, lip fillers and a Viora facial. Every time I have been here service has been top notch. Both of my facial estheticians have been so lovely and the doctor who did my lip fillers literally shaped them perfectly to my face. I have been a client for about 10 years now, at a number of locations, many different packages for treatments, friends tell me my skin looks amazing for my age...no I will not share how very old I am...yes this is an expensive collection, however very high end products and the aestheticians have always been nurturing, kind and professional....the treatments sublime. I become annoyed once in a while, to be expected when protocol changes, but the company always tries to make it right, which I appreciate. I made and appointment here and it has been cancelled/rescheduled 3 times! One was cancelled 3 hours before my appointment time. I asked what I need to do to have an appointment not get canceled and was told 'it happens a lot here since the esthetician's have small kids'. I totally get having kids, but def should not be booking appointments that will eventually get cancelled. They don't even call, they send you a text which I thought was crappy customer service. The person texting doesn't seem sympathetic at all about it. I have work and a schedule as well, so my time should be just as important. Very unprofessional. This was my first & only time coming in. I saw the promo online & figured I'd give it a shot. The estheticians are the only ones here who carry themselves in a professional manner. The main guy who I believe is the owner (never got his name), & the receptionists lack a level of professionalism that by standard, should be demonstrated within in a MedSpa. The guy is super loud during our services. I even overheard him talking to the receptionists while I was waiting in the waiting room to start my service. He was saying some extremely disrespectful & degrading things about certain clients. In addition, the receptionists have attitudes & I can tell they're talking bad about their clients bc they'll immediately go on their phones & start texting, smiling, etc... You can tell this company is prejudice towards a group of people based on age, ethnicity, etc. I didn't get a good feeling about the place overall. All they're doing here is just trying to run up a check on you. Which there is a level of understanding when it comes to going into a MedSpa. However, there is not one ounce of discernment towards their clients whatsoever.
