Have taken my son there multiple times to get the cryo treatment. The customer service was great and my son was happy.

I'm so happy that these guys opened back up again after their long closure due to Covid-19. I went there again last week and was amazed how stunning the new and improved spa is. The team is nice and friendly as always, and the facial was super pampering. I had a great Hydrodermabrasion Facial with Angela. It was my first time at the salon and everything about the experience was wonderful. When I looked in the mirror after the facial, the difference was amazing. My face looked fuller and the wrinkles were diminished considerably. I saw an ad about Le Caprice from IG, so I wanted to learn more about it and try it out. So I went there and Rebecca was my esthetician. I loved all the process from the prep till the end led by her. Rebecca was very knowledgeable about different skin types and how she can help me with my skin troubles, so purchased a package for the entire year right away. Rebecca has been taking care of me for the entire year now and I am very thankful that I met her here. She is a lovely vivid girl with very kind hearts and she is really the best esthetician I've ever met. My skin got better and I am so grateful that I met her. My appointment was cancelled, called and a centralized answering service told me someone would call me within 2 hours. No one called me so I just rebooked it on line. When I arrived for my appt, I asked the front desk about it and they indicated that all appts are cancelled unless confirmed which makes sense but I didn't receive a confirmation request? My facial started late, the robe she gave me had hair stuck in the velcro, the wrong equipment was in my room for the facial I was receiving, there was no "gel" so she had to go find some and she kept going in and out of the room. She didn't explain anything she was doing. What was the most irritating though was my facialist must have asked no less than 10 times if I wanted to get the facial packet. Then she asked at least 2x if I wanted to get the enzyme facial deal. It was not relaxing and my facial ended early by 10 minutes if I include the late start. Probably because I did not want to buy any of the promotion packets. But, I was told on my way out if I changed my mind, I could call her. I actually might have considered it had the experience been positive but it started off bad and just got more and more irritating. read more

I want to begin with , my esthetician was very good. She provided a relaxing experience with some information on recommendations for my skin type. The place is located nicely downtown Walnut Creek with many nearby eateries and shops. Parking garage directly across the street so very easy to access. The spa has a ding at the door requiring proof of vaccine and mandatory masking inside. I really don't mind as the esthetician will be so close. I walk in and other customers inside do not Have masks so not enforced. Not a big deal. The place needs a little touch up here and there but overall ok. What I feel they need to improve on is their customer service. The manager is very loud and sort of ruins the vibe. The week before they lost my appointment and luckily I called before I arrived to find they did not have me down. No apology for their mistake or attempt to remedy in any way. The service was a gift and when my friend purchased it they said they had gift certificate to place in a card. He drives down there only to find out that is not true and they manage to print out some generic form that says gift certificate. When he asks why he was told they had them, no answer, no apology for the inconvenience and waste of time. At the end of my very nice service they try to sell you products and packages ranging $500-1100. Not an issue but a little uncomfortable. Overall, it was just ok and that is because of the very good esthetician. read more

Very very disappointed within the first 5 minutes of walking into this place! We had two appointments as new clients, for microdermabrasion and would have added more things, I called twice as I couldn't find their location and they would return ur call but 5 min later. So I had missed where to park twice! I parked 15 min away, apparently they STILL WANT proof of vaccinations for COVID!!! Which we realized my friend forgot hers in the car, they knew we parked far away and I asked if we can walk back after our procedure! Mind U, LEGALLY u do not have to show proof of vaccination in California for a while! My doctors office doesn't even ask for it! They had entitled attitudes and claimed everywhere does if they are close to your face, I stated I had been to prestigious spas and they do NOT! She smirked and said well WE DO!!! Could have been a regular client with my friend and I would never recommend this place!!!! It was the entitlement personality that had us make our decision to not walk back to the car and cancel our appointment! read more

After posting my review, a gentleman called me from this med spa claiming to be the manager. He asked me about my experience and patiently waited for me to explain. He didn't argue or get defensive. He took what I had to say seriously and acknowledged that it was indeed a bad experience. He then offered to return my money along with another treatment by another esthetician. I thought he was being very generous and let him know that. He said it was the least they could do so I accepted. I made the appointment with Aimee who was wonderful. She was incredibly knowledgeable about skin and skin care. She catered the facial to my specific skin needs. She wasn't trying to sell me a million things. It was calming and educational. I truly enjoyed my experience with her and look forward to going back to see her again in a months time. This is an absolute find in Walnut Creek. Of course it's clean and all, but what makes it so special are the team members. Everyone from the manager (who is so kind and generous), to the aesthetician, and front desk personnel are kind, professional, and personable. I cannot recommend it highly enough. T-shock treatment is a big fraud. I found them online using a special they were offering for the T-shock treatment. I was interested so i paid up front for a package of 3 for a small discount. You need to have these treatments within a specific time frame for them to work and see results. It was hard to get an appointment to begin with and then they 2-3 appointments on me so I never got more than 2 appointments in a row within the proper time frame. It was a complete waste of money and my time especially since I saw zero results after 5 treatments. As a mother, time is everything! Finally got fed up and complained, manager credited me 2 visits, which got cancelled as well. At this point I wasted $500 and a lot of time for zero results so I wrote a review of my experience. The manager called me and offered me 3 visits that he would schedule. I mean I deserve the 4 i paid for since I have to start over right. So he agreed. After a few days he called me back saying he would only honor this offer if I took down my review. So I did. After much thought I didn't feel comfortable removing my review, I felt awkward about the whole thing and later called and cancelled my appointments. Waste of time and $500. read more
