As someone who both loves steak and visits Disney a lot Le Cellier has been on my list of places to try. As a meat lover there was a lot to like about this place but where it misses it misses really bad where it's honestly quite lucky to get a 3. The good: These fries might be the best fries on Disney property. Crispy and well seasoned, they're extremely savory and delicious, although I'd skip the poutine and just go with regular Parmesan fries. The steak was cooked exactly how I liked it, good char, decent seasoning, big piece of meat plenty of juice. Okay: We got some garlic shrimp as an enhancement. It was REALLY flavorful, drowning in butter garlic. However note that it would have been nice if it had a char like the steak, instead it was more poached. Really bad: I love creamed spinach, it's one of my favorite parts about going to a steakhouse. While this was well seasoned and flavorful, it was ice cold in the middle and was broken a little bit. It was clear that it was pre-made and they attempted to just broil it in a cast iron ramekin after the fact and while the outside was bubbly and crispy the inside suffered. This happened not only once, but twice after our very kind server attempted to fix it. It was pretty inexcusable as even quick service restaurants manage to serve hot food. The sauces are bad. Every steak comes with a mandatory sauce and none of them are simple in a way that compliments a good savory steak. Same with the reduction that comes with the poutine, rather than a simple well executed gravy they bring out a super sweet sauce that takes away from their amazing fries. Filet mignon was perfect; there was not a tiny morsel of the prime rib left on the plate. The pork chop was very good, but nothing of note other than good. I had wanted to go to Le Cellier for a very long time, so I'm a little sad to say it was fine but not more. I started things off an a disappointing note, because I was looking forward to the bison strip that had been on the menu for a long time, but was removed shortly before my visit. Thus, I ordered their NY Strip, which was fine but just not exciting when I was looking forward to something else. I also had the shrimp cocktail for a lighter appetizer to go with the heavy entree. It was also fine. Nothing food-wise really stood out. The decor is set up to feel like a wine cellar (hence the name, of course) and it accomplishes that. It's dark and cozy; the tables are a little close together, so you'll have to keep inflammatory secrets out of the conversation. We had lunch at Le Cellier Steakhouse. The food and service were good. I recommend this place. Le Cellier is located in the Canada Pavilion in the World Showcase at EPCOT. It's designed to look like a wine cellar inside a Canadian chateau. Here's what my wife and I had: Starters & Salads * Canadian Cheddar Cheese Soup ($15) - Moosehead Pale Ale, applewood-smoked bacon * Signature Poutine ($19) - hand-cut pomme frites, cheese curds, cheddar, cabernet demi * Land Greens Salad ($16) - shaved fennel, Florida citrus, radish, lemon vinaigrette, sunflower seeds * Shrimp Cocktail ($23) - lemon, mignonette, cocktail sauce Land and Sea * Roasted Cauliflower "Steak" ($38) - beluga lentils, vine-ripened tomatoes, tahini, dukka, garden herbs In addition to the above, we had a complimentary bread basket with a pretzel roll and some sort of maple butter. My wife booked our reservation using the Disney World app. Since we stayed at a Disney Resort hotel, we could book dining reservations 60 days before our check-in date. First time at Le Cellier was amazing! I always heard great things about this place and I was FINALLY able to try it myself last night. We had a 3pm reservation for 5 and were sat immediately at our time. It is a dimly lit place with the vibe of being in a small cellar. Our server was as friendly as they come and did everything with a smile! She ran through their entire menu with us and made great suggestions. We started with the escargot which was phenomenal. Great amount of flavor. I tried the filet mignon with the risotto and truffle butter sauce and it was DELICIOUS! My husband and my friend's husband decided they were hungry and split the 28oz ribeye. This came with two sauces and two sides as well as a "butter candle" on top. Both men agreed it was a wonderful piece of meat. I only got to try their mac and cheese but that was pretty good as well! Next time I think I'd like to try their brussel sprouts. To drink, I had a cocktail that I believe was a vodka sprite with some sort of raspberry flavoring. It was nice enough. With my dinner, I chose the wine flight and I loved each of those! My husband had the whiskey flight which he really enjoyed as well. Delicious meal with great service in a very cool little vibey restaurant The bread service is awesome, the brown bread especially is like Cheesecake Factory bread on steroids, delicious. We ordered the cheese soup to share and then most of the table got filets with various sides and sauces. I got the Le cellier filet with mushroom risotto and the champagne butter sauce, which was absolutely amazing. The risotto was flavorful and a great texture, and the sauce wasnt needed but added some depth to the steak. Filet was extremely tender and cooked to a perfect medium. Absolutely loved it. We had a reservation for 2 on a Sunday night. We checked in 15 minutes before our time, and the host warned us they were busy and running 20 minutes behind. Despite the warning, our table was ready within minutes. So that was confusing. The dining room is super cool and unique, like an old wine cellar (duh). Our server was sweet and charming making us feel at home. We both ordered the 7oz filet mignon. We both ordered the steak medium, but mine came out very undercooked, more like rare. The evening because FL had a cyclone bomb, where it was extra chilly. The vibes were a rustic, cabin like ambiance, very dim setting. It was 4 years ago when we last dined here. As a walk in we didn't wait that long to be seated and served. Our food came promptly. I ordered a steakhouse wedge salad and it was delicious. I love having at least one big sit down dinner during Disneyworld to rest (get away from the heat or rain), have something yummy to eat and refill those water bottles. The past couple of times we have come here, it has been quite good. I came twice within a short time frame. The first time we went all out... soup and salad, steaks and dessert... and the next time, we kept it light. Both experiences were great. The cheddar cheese soup is one of the most popular items, but the steakhouse wedge salad is also so good. The Le Cellier filet is the way to go for steaks!! When I tried the salmon, I felt guilty for not getting a steak but it was just as good. It is hard to resist a sweet treat at the end of your meal, as they always have such good dessert options, too. The restaurant is not too big. Definitely make a reservation and still expect to wait a few minutes before you are seated. It's a bit tight in the dining room, but the darker ambiance makes it less noticeable. When people said this was THE place to get steak when inside the Disney bubble, they weren't kidding. Anytime I read reviews with the vast majority of people raving about a certain dish - I'm always skeptical of if it's the truth, or just hype. While I've had my fair share of steaks while at Disney parks and resorts, this is hands down the highest quality, most flavorful I've had. Located inside Epcot in the Canada Pavilion, Le Cellier isn't on display for all to see. Epcot can be overwhelming with food signage all over from each country, but for a sit down meal, this restaurant is worth it. Bread: free and oh so good, I don't typically like pretzels but this pretzel bread was soft while maintaining that flavor you are seeking from a tradition pretzel. Love it! Poutine: I unfortunately dream of this poutine, every day ever since I tried it. Featuring truffle fries and a deeply rich, high quality gravy - this is the best poutine you're going to have. The truffle paired perfectly with the gravy and had the perfect balance. Steak: cooked perfectly with an amazing crust. What more could you ask for? Pork chop: Juicy, flavorful, definitely protein of choice if I wasn't a beef eater at this establishment. All in all? Le Cellier exceeded my expectations, and fully was worth the hype. read more

O, Canada! This was such a great experience! I'd been "saving" Le Cellier for a special occasion-and when some visiting friends from out of state picked this spot, I was thrilled. It's cozy, with beams on the ceiling, a fireplace, no windows and a rustic/wine cellar feel. It would be a great date place/anniversary spot. It was also big fun with friends. Our server, Ben, was so friendly and engaging, he even charmed the crabby guy in our group. He knew the menu inside and out and made great suggestions. He seemed to always know when to check in, never hovered. I can also tell he likes his job-and people. Bravo, Ben. The bread service included their excellent pretzel bread... and their butter with maple sugar on top is such a nice touch. We all ordered the cheddar bacon soup-which is a long and beloved Epcot favorite. (You can also get it at the kiosks at various festivals, like food and wine and festival of the holidays) This was a huge hit with the out-of-towners. (thanks, Canada. My cred went up in their eyes for suggesting this). Then, it was on to the main course. Everyone else in our party ordered steak-each with a different side. They were all thrilled. I had the maple glazed salmon and Ben told me I could switch the sides it came with, for any of their other sides. He suggested the Brussels sprouts, which were absolutely delicious-with a great char to them and a very tasty glaze. I didn't get to finish them, since my friends are all faster eaters and were ready to move on, but they were exceptional. You didn't think I'd forget beverages, did you? One friend stuck to Coke, another was absolutely thrilled with her Cab, my closest bud in this group loved her raspberry cocktail, the crabby guy got far less crabby with beer. I savored a Windsor old fashioned. I so wish had taken pictures of the menu so I could tell you exactly what's in it. I remember the Luxardo cherries, chocolate and maybe orange bitters. It was so smooth- sophisticated and strong but not abrasive. With a cocktail this good, you only need one. Le Cellier is located in the Canada pavilion of Epcot's World Showcase-first country on your right, when you enter from the front. It's down a pretty path, that winds through the Victoria Gardens. The menu isn't large-and it's not cheap-but it's high quality with some inventive pairings. These friends are not easy to please, but Le Cellier was a hit with all of them. Had an outstanding business lunch here. The sourdough multigrain bread with the salted maple butter to start was sooo good. I ate way more butter than I usually do. Then I had the filet mignon medium rare-- so well seasoned and cooked perfectly. It comes with one sauce and one side and I got truffle butter and brussel sprouts. I started pouring a little butter over the steak and ended up practically licking it out of the tub. It was sooo good. I have been most looking forward to trying this restaurant, I love meat and this place is legendary. My master plan of jam packing our schedule with super exciting rides almost completely backfired in my face. We did ratatouille followed quickly by frozen follow quickly by guardians of the Galaxy and then we did the orange mission space track. This was not the best decision for my 70 Ish father. I'm pretty sure he's currently changing the will to get me out after this crazy ride schedule lead leading up to a very fancy steak lunch. Although part of them wanted to go back to the hotel and recover, he didn't wanna miss out on this steak experience after I told them all about it. The steak house for sure lived up to all the hype. Grabbing my mini gun and the butter one with the bread is probably the best butter I've ever had oddly enough. Both kiddos were lectured on not getting mac & cheese at a steakhouse and both devoured their steak meal. Mr. "I feel super sick" had soup and ginger ale and was very happy as well. A cool atmosphere that you have to experience at least once. We finally snagged a reservation for the family here after a long wait, and the setting itself did not disappoint. The ambiance is great as it feels like a cozy wine cellar and offers a nice break from the busy park outside. That said, the experience was a bit mixed. We had a late seating, and our server felt a tad rushed. As for the main courses, the food was good but honestly not great for the high price tag. However, the Cheddar Cheese Soup and the Pretzel Bread were excellent and definitely the highlights of the meal. It is a cool experience to check off your Disney bucket list. The food is consistently delicious and as much as I want stray from their Filet Mignon every time I visit, I can't give up near perfection. The bread service is always a nice warm-up, with tasty pretzel and multigrain offerings. We opted to skip appetizers for this meal, as we had a "Garden Rocks" dining package. I did get Raspberry mixed drink to try this time. It honestly reminded me of an alcoholic sprite cranberry. I do wish it was a bit punchier in terms of the sprite added though. For dessert, I tried the new Profiterole. It was refreshing at the end of a heavy meal. I really loved the juxtaposition the cherries and pistachios created. It's definitely something I'll get again when not in the mood for their decadent Chocolate Cheesecake. I do wish we would've received some drink refills but understand that the restaurant is always busy so it didn't bring down the meal too much. My husband and I originally had reservations here back in 2020, but due to Covid, they were automatically canceled. 5 years later, we finally decided to give it another try (haha). We had a great time here, good server, food and better company, but I wouldn't say it's my favorite steakhouse in Orlando, and the prices are competitive with your standard steakhouse. Le Cellier provides bread and butter for the table, and the assortment was good! We got the cheddar soup that is normally sold at Food and Wine and that was delicious. We also got the poutine and I enjoyed that more than I thought I would, it was very tasty. For our mains, we both got the ribeye, and it was cooked to perfection. I went with the maple Brussels for my side and really enjoyed them. My husband got the mashed potatoes and they were very average. Great service, except for the fact that failed parents are allowed to let their children scream relentlessly just "Because they are at Disney." A great restaurant manager or maître d' could easily put a stop to it. Too bad that they don't. These failed parents are obviously the same failed travelers who fly to Disney World in their pajamas. Bottom-line: Great food, and a wonderful wait staff! If you can tolerate the failed parenting that is allowed to run amok, dine there. The steaks are super high quality, cooked to perfection, and the sides are amazing. I've included a picture of the Le Cellier filet mignon with mushroom risotto, truffle butter sauce, tomatoes, and herbs. This is basically an amazing steak coupled with a party of other flavors = incredible bite after bite. The banana split dessert was also creative and delicious. Visited for our anniversary weekend yesterday and the food was very good! The AC was a nice reprieve from the hot day. Our server was very nice, but I cannot remember his name, however he was from Calgary. Complimentary bread is given at the table and the maple butter on the oat bread was very good. We started off with the escargot which were decent but I've had better around Disney property, so I wouldn't order again. I thought it would be more garlicky and flavorful. The wedge salad was delicious! I've never ordered one since it's usually a pretty plain salad, but this was covered in yummy toppings, we just asked for not bacon lardons, and I didn't feel like I was missing anything. For meals, I ordered the bison strip loin medium rare. This is a very tough cut of meat, so I wouldn't recommend it cooked more, but it was also very good and went well with the Cabernet sauce I picked. For the side I did the creamed corn and it was so good. I loved the flavors. My partner ordered the filet with the peppercorn sauce and said it was great. For side he ordered the fries which were nice and fresh cut with yummy seasoning and a garlic aioli to dip. He also did the scallop enhancement which was very good but it is 2 scallops, so keep that in mind. The mushrooms we ordered to share and they were also good, although I wish they had more of a wine sauce flavor. We were too full for dessert, but we were given the most adorable moose mousse dessert. I definitely recommend and plan to return in the future. read more

Had a reservation for a late lunch. Located at Epcot, they have an option to get guaranteed seating at the Eat to the Beat concert with a lunch or dinner reservation during the Food and Wine Festival. Service was outstanding- my server was friendly and attentive. I had the beer cheese soup, bread, filet mignon with mushroom risotto and the maple creme brûlée- all fantastic. The steak was prepared exactly as ordered. I appreciated the air conditioning- not frigid but a nice escape from 94 and sunny with a heat index of 104F. I considered the Mac and cheese; my server advised that the cheese is unique- a stinky cheese- and people love or hate it. I skipped it and watched two tables near me hate it. The concert was a lot of fun- KT Tunstall. You can get the cheese soup at a food cart in the Canada area- but I was happy not to have to eat it outside in the heat and sun. read more

Been wanting to eat here since our first trip. Was finally able to get reservations. Ordered the ribeye, mashed potatoes and a side of mushrooms. Ordered medium rare and some of it was medium rare and most of it was medium and literally got tougher. It was seasoned OK but very expensive but when you're at the mouse house everything is. Now that I've been I wouldn't go back. I can get a much better steak at Texas Roadhouse for less than half the price. read more

It was a cold rainy day so the intimacy and warmth of the restaurant in Canada was appreciated. The staff was exceptional. We had a reservation but were way early because of the cold rainy day. While we waited I noticed every group brought back to their table was warmly greeted. Such great customer service. I chose the pork chop but everyone else at our table had steak. My chop was delicious. Cooked perfectly, it was juicy and tender. My side was the brussel sprouts which were excellent. I appreciated that they bought a bread basket as part of our meal. The pretzel bread was so good. And, of course, there was maple butter to eat with it. Our server was from Canada and being from MN, we shared our cold weather stories. We are going to Banff this year and I'm looking forward to seeing how similar the restaurant is to its inspiration the Fairmont. Great experience. read more

Ah, Le Cellier! My FAVORITE and a NEVER PASS ON while visiting WDW. It's known we ARE going here for dinner on our Epcot day and they never disappoint. Located in the Canadian Pavilion at Epcot. It's a cute and cozy environment you walk into, always greeted immediately by friendly Cast Members. We had a reservation and checked in early and were able to get seated a little early as well. Our waitress was extremely friendly and informative for any updates as the last time I had been was 2 years prior. We all knew what we wanted so we ordered when the bread and water was delivered and overall, we were in an out within an hour! It had been a long day and we were starving so when the food arrived, there was no talking but random glances and shaking our heads "yes" to indicate our mouths and bellies were full. We all got differently cooked steaks - mine is rare, one's was medium and the other was medium well and all of us were so happy with how perfectly cooked they all were. I swear, it's like the steak melts in your mouth as you're eating it. It's literally the best. The portions are great and we had carrots and macaroni & cheese to share so we had leftovers - and you guys, the leftovers are just as good as it being freshly cooked and delivered to your table! I cannot rave enough about Le Cellier and they will continue to be a go to for me when I visit!! YUM! read more

So this review is going to really about not only the food but the amazing service that we had from Bailey from Ottawa Canada. For those that don't know Disney world showcase usually has folks from the country which the restaurant you are eating in are from. Bailey covered the menu in great detail with us making amazing suggestions and recommendations. This is not only the Disney experience you expect but the passion behind service you want. She even recognized our food took longer than expected to come out which we were not upset about at all based on the great service we were getting but she even had the manager comp our app and offer free dessert because of it. Not sure if anyone will read the Disney review I left her or a manager from this post but she should be training people or promoted so other can learn from her. Well done!! read more

If you're in Epcot and need a nice, cool, elegant place to have a much deserved delicious dinner after a long day in the parks - look no further! This is my husband and I's second time eating here and it has yet to disappoint us. I always start my meal with the Canadian Cheddar Cheese Soup (not pictured) and I recommend you do the same - it's unlike any beer cheese soup I've had. Pro tip: dip the complimentary pretzel bread you receive into the soup and thank me later! This was the first time I've had their wedge salad and the first time ever that I've had edamame on a wedge salad. I didn't realize how well they go together! My husband raves about their steak and after having a bite of his, I can see why. The restaurant is on the smaller side so reservations fill up pretty quick. Inside it's meant to feel as if you're in a wine cellar underground and has this sweet cozy feel to it. The perfect spot for a date night! read more
