I found half a piece to be a satisfactory amount. My husband said he had almost ordered two pieces but only ordered one, he ate the other half of mine and found 1-1/2 pieces to be a good amount for him. He said he could have eaten two but 2-1/2 would have been too much. I chose a can of red wine to accompany this showpiece. The man behind the counter noted that the wine is made from Sangiovese grapes (as is Chianti, which is a Sangiovese blend). I thought it was an ok accompaniment to the pizza, it's not something I would drink on its own.
