Have tried this place twice. The decor inside is nice, although it's kinda cold. The server was nice and kind. The food - didn't love it. I tried the charcuterie on two occasions - they have gotten rid of the prosciutto which I think was a mistake. They replaced it with some sort of cured ham which I didn't love. The crostini seemed huge and didn't love them either. I got a sandwich - monsier croquette? and didn't love it either. the bread seemed a little soggy, and the cheese was weirdly on top. Have not had this type of sandwich with cheese on top. The ham inside was not my favorite. The fries seemed a bit soggy. Overall not my fav restaurant in Geneva.

Just stopped in for a quick drink mid day as we were between lunch and dinner time - but they still had some food options on their menu. We had such a friendly server (thanks Michael) who made us feel right at home as soon as we sat down. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and although we visited in the wintertime, their outdoor seating looks like a lot of fun during the summer. Excellent selection of wines but classic cocktail options are available. But pricey, but average for area. We ordered their charcuterie board (5 options) and everything was good!

Went here to celebrate a friend's birthday. Service was excellent. Parking is difficult as it is located in downtown Geneva, IL. The restaurant is beautiful. Very French as their menu. We started off with the bacon biscuits which were amazing. We both ordered the quiche Lorraine. The food was tasty and the side salad seasoned well. I can't wait to go back.

Very cozy spot with a good French menu. To be busy on a weeknight after 8pm in Geneva, you know they must be doing something right. We had French onion soup, salad lyonnaise, a burger (rare, thank you to the chef for doing it correctly!) and cassoulet. The cassoulet was a ten star dish. a huge slab of perfectly crisped pork belly riding on a bowl of rich ducky beans. Everything else quite good. Will be back!

Having been to Lyon a year ago I've been craving some amazing French food for awhile. We went a few weeks back and really enjoyed our lunch so much. The ambiance gives authentic, and while the lunch menu was small - the taste of everything exceeded my expectations. I haven't eaten this much bread since i was in France (and the butter!!) Our server Katie was pleasant and in proper French fashion brought the food out at a very perfect pace so we could enjoy everything and take our time. I can't wait to go back and try the dinner menu.

Service and food are both stellar. The ambiance is great too, with audible jazz music playing in the background. Lunch Special (includes 3 dish - 1 appetizer, 1 main and 1 dessert) for $25 is a great deal. All the dishes we tried are tasty. My favorite is Pork Candy (highly recommend - amazing combo of perfectly cooked pork belly with fried leek and pickles) and Champignon Mushroom Sandwich, while my husband enjoyed his croque monsieur sandwich. The daily special Margarita (lychee yuzu) is great if you like tequila. It has a lot of flavor without being too strong.

Excellent service!!! Delicious food!! Great vibes. Perfect for a date night Food overall has great flavor, and very well balanced. The best surprise for us was the Charcuterie! The duck proseiutto is absolutely divine. 10/10, I will definitely see you again!

The decor is very lovely, intimately, and it being in downtown Geneva, very quaint. I had dinner with a group of my girlfriends. It wasn't super busy so it wasn't loud or anything...maybe bcos we were the loud one HAHA the tuna nicoise was light and refreshing. Then tuna had a good sear to it. I felt like it was a little plain despite the sauce. The fritto was good though. I liked the fried artichoke. The sauce was good with it too. The pickled pepper and arugula really brightened up the heavy sauce and deep fried items. The bouillabaisse broth was super delight and well balanced in flavor. The fish was cooked perfectly, though I did find some bones in there. Our waitress was super great and friendly and explained everything and super patience with our group.

What an incredible meal. The service was top notch and the food was even better. We were wow'd by the steak frites and pork chop. Great kids menu and wine selections as well. Can't wait to be back!

Delicious quiche Lorraine and fresh arugula salad. Tasty and perfect size for lunch.

Service is welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. New brunch menu offers a good selection of dishes for mid-day. Comfortable atmosphere for relaxed conversation. Will definitely be returning.

Located on the corner in a beautiful little building on Geneva's historic 3rd Street, we celebrated my birthday here. The service was exceptional and we all loved the food. The staff even went beyond fancy-ing up our dessert for my birthday. This would be perfect for "Date Night ".

    A gentle reminder to return!

We are sweet wine lovers and that's most of their wine menu. They have so many unique sweet wines. I particularly enjoyed the raspberry dragonfruit, black cherry, and orange sangria. I love how they set up the flights. The first wine you list on your sheet is at the top of the flight and then it tapers down to 2nd, 3rd and 4th. I've attached photos. They also offer wine slushies, which we thought was really cool! We will definitely be back when it's warmer out to enjoy those!

I informed our server that I have celiac disease, and she was helpful in confirming that the cocktails were gluten-free. I ordered the Pineapple Express sangria, and it was absolutely delicious. When it comes to the food, most items on the menu can actually be made gluten-free, but they aren't marked on the menu and they do not offer a separate gluten-free menu. Our server did let us know right away that they were out of three of their entree items. For my meal, I started with the gluten-free soup which comes with gluten-free noodles, and it was really good. However, I didn't really like any of the remaining entrees they had left available, so I decided to order sides instead. The server mentioned that most of the sides are or can be made gluten-free. I chose the creamy mashed potatoes and the brussel sprouts, specifically requesting the sprouts without croutons. When the food arrived, the brussel sprouts unfortunately had croutons on them. I pointed it out to the server, and she immediately said she would have them remade for me. While I am very glad I caught the mistake before eating them, it is something to watch out for. Overall, the experience was mediocre.

The Birria egg rolls were a bit on the smaller side but made a big impression with its preparation. I've never had birria wrapped in anything as crispy as the wonton wrapper this was wrapped in. The birria was flavorful while being tender and not being too salty. The white cheddar and chihuahua cheese added a small amount of extra saltiness and a bit more fat, which matched well with the chipotle aiola. The duck poutine was incredibly flavorful, while sitting on the edge of potentially being too bold. The fries were incredibly crispy though there was quite a bit of gravy on the dish and the white cheddar cheese curds did a great job of keeping the entire dish hot throughout the meal, while adding a little bit of extra flavor. The bacon and onion added some umami though it almost made the dish a bit too salty and the duck confit added a nice protein element. Overall a little pricey, but given the more unique menu and quality of both the flavors and textures, it's worth the premium. The food here is definitely memorable and in line with excellent options available in Geneva.
