First off, let me state this review is long overdue. I came to this store on Christmas eve 2021. My Wife is a talented cook and I wanted to get her the very best which she deserves. I walked inside and was blown away. The store was beautifully laid out with all these different types of pots, pans, utensils, cups, etc. All the colors hit you like a ton of bricks. The organization is breathtaking. The other employees and customers seemed happy. Its definitely an upbeat atmosphere. I am a big watch guy and my best explanation would be walking into a Rolex (Rolex is the best) store; with all the models laid out. I didn't know where to begin but I knew I wanted to get my love a nice set. A sweet man named Steve walked up to me and asked if I needed any help. I explained my situation and started to choose various items. With every item I chose, Steve would open the box to dust off the item and reinforce the product in the box. He did this with careful precision and class. The word panache was created for this man. He walked with me and helped me choose different items for about 90 minutes. I blew an obscene amount of money but got a great discount since I was at an outlet. It was raining hard this day and I am handicapped. There was 9 canvas bags of high end cookware equipment. I asked Steve if he could help me and let him know I was parked on the other side far away. He explained that the back door would lead me to my car and he would personally help me load my vehicle. You just don't get this type of 1950s customer service anymore. To top it off I received my customer service from a man who should teach it for a living. This was one of the best shopping experiences of my life. I have since gone back and took my Wife to get her a few more things. Luckily Steve was there and helped us again. Found great deals here, came out with awesome items and my mom had a smile on her face all day - 3 stars! -1 Star for customer service. They're limiting 6 guests at a time right now which is fair and I completely respect. We stood in line and my brother went to go to the restroom, came back as we were going inside and the couple behind us made a huge fuss about him not being in line waiting the whole time. I wouldn't be too bothered by it if the woman wasn't sitting on the bench (NOT standing in line with us) during the wait as well, also very annoyed at how the employees just shrugged their shoulders, let her in and proceeded to fake laugh to all her basic comments and jokes just to get a sale. -1 Star for being so obviously annoyed that we bought a lot of "clearance" items. One of the ladies helping us was basically huffing and puffing while getting items in the back for us. Keep in mind, we still spent almost $1k total on our two back to back visits that weekend. You're an outlet store... what do you expect? I drove an hour and a half for DEALS. Haha they have really expensive things but they have a lot of variety of things here. If you want cast iron or pans/pots/dishes/gravy boats, you have come to the right place! Located in the smaller Cabazon Outlets, it stands out because... well because it's in the middle of the Cabazon Outlets. You can come in and the employees will come help you with whatever you like. They have some "clearance" items that are alright (I think I saw some muffin liners that were on clearance) but some of the things that were on the rack were either kinda ugly or still expensive/with no use for them. Shorter review, but if you need cookware and don't mind shelling out some money, this is a good competitor to Williams Sonoma! (They sell the pots and pans as well, right? Yes :P ) Only bad thing, data was not working when I was in here. I'm not sure if it was just by chance or it's a dead zone here. read more

This review is in no way reflective of the Le Creuset Brand. Having spent about $700 on their cast iron cookware this past month, I can say that they are the best. However, this store is far from it. As a reference, my visit was around 1:20pm on New Year's Eve 2019. I stopped by for a utensil crock to add to my collection. It's a low ticket item, for sure, but the employees here need to be more professional. The female employee at the register was visibly unhappy when she saw that all I was purchasing was the crock. Her male coworker saw her annoyance from across the store and pushed her aside at the register, saying "I'll take the hit." They had a very audible conversation among themselves (like I was not standing in front of them), saying "I already have a bunch of low ticket sales on my record today," and "It's not going to look good anyway, so I'll take this one." Look, I get it. You need to make sales to look good to the manager. But you also need to make the store and the brand appealing to your repeat customers. In this case, I will never support your particular location again because of your disgusting employee attitude. Save the trash talking for break time and keep it private like decent employees. I was in the market to upgrade some old frying pans and replace with something newer and of better quality made. Quality with Le C doesn't come short, you're getting a well made French cast iron product that is designed for intense heat that comes in different shapes and forms. I got a square skillet grill and a oval smooth skillet. I do plan on purchasing a Panini press to utilize my skillet grill to the next level. I have gotten so much better that I hardly go outside to my kitchen island to grill anything. I've acquired a better end result inside using my skillet grill I myself can't match on a bbq. I'm referring to steaks, ground beef patty's, chicken breast, wings, drum sticks. I haven't tried fish fillets, yet. I'm not sure how that would turn out by leaving a after taste? I delayed my review a few months because I didn't know what to expect or what to write about but I am extremely happy with my upgrade and investment. I can honestly say my two items are broken-in and working flawlessly to perfection. They offer a full line including sauce pans, baking dishes, covered casseroles, braisers, roasters, kettles, non stick frying pans and stainless steel pots. Parking here is unlimited only because it's a huge outlet center with adequate parking spaces to accommodate every retail store. You can thank a land developer for that perk as they should but sometimes commercial retail is more lucrative over free parking and you find yourself with very little options and tight parking space. I would recommend coming toward evening hours during Spring and Summer just because weather conditions in this area are very hot and dry with a lot of direct sunlight. Another thing I would like to mention, this brand is on the heavy side and you'll probably need two hands to hold firmly. No regrets for that culinary enthusiast at home :) ps - after each wash, I apply a very, very light coat of olive oil to help maintain cast iron. read more

Me at a Le Creuset is like a kid in a candy store. You either know what Le Creuset makes or you don't. If you do, you know what I mean, and if you don't, peh-leeez google it. You'll thank me later for making you search for this ;-) I grew up with their pots and pans and I totally heart them. The most durable pots I've seen in my life and yeah, the most expensive, but well worth it. You buy these pots/pans and you will have them as long as you are alive. Then your kids and grandkids can use them throughout their lives and so on! In case you are wondering, a 7.5 qt pot after 25% holiday+10% membership discounts cost $180. TIP: Get a free membership and enjoy a 10% discount on every purchase, including sales and promotions. You'll also find some very cool kitchen stuff here that you'd love. I love their silicon spatulas and little kitchen gadgets. However, they do not carry all of the Le Creuset kitchen tools in this location. Unlike other stores in this outlet, this one barely gets crowded or packed even during major holidays, which is great :-) There is no Le Creuset in the OC, but you can find some of their stuff in Sur La Table. Or you can drive up to the city of Commerce for a more complete selection of Le C. I won't say the staff here are the nicest or the most knowledgeable, but most of them try their best. Love the Le Creuset store!! The salesperson was informative and patient. She explained some of the differences between the nonstick (made in China) and the cast iron (made in France) to help me make the difficult decision. She also let me know that there are two stable colors (orange and red) and the others may come and go. We want to change our current colors from burnt orange to greys and blues so I went with one of the blues. Hope I don't regret it since matching pieces are kind of a big deal to me... She also let me know about the oil sprayer...I can put in my olive oil and use like a spray! That seems so much better than regular sprays. What a great find! Also discovered the silicon handles! Visited the Le Creuset factory store this past weekend to complete some kitchenware to complete some pieces we received as gifts. Many of the Le Creuset pieces are cast iron, and heavy, but these are professional quality pieces that will last a lifetime with the proper care. They carry most of the pieces you could want at the outlet store. There are a few signature pieces made especially for stores like William Sonoma or Sur La Table, but they have similar pieces in their original line (Just saying in case you are trying to do an apples to apples comparison). There are some "second quality" pieces available here, but the flaws are really minor. A lot of the classic red colored stuff is all first quality. In any case, everything is marked as such if it is. Great selection of french ovens, pans, pots, bakeware. Prices are marked down up 30%-50%. We found the staff very helpful, and knowledgable. Well worth it. These are probably the last cooking ware you'll ever have to buy. read more

Walked in with 90% certainty that I was going to walk out with a 3 quart braiser. I asked for their best deal. It was the Caribbean one. On sale for $180 with extra $20. It was almost 50% off. Good enough for me. They have a wide variety of all pots. Deals are pretty good. workers are helpful. If you are set on purchasing one, I suggest parking near the store. Great prices are to be found as we approach breast cancer awareness in October. To help the cause, everything ping was on sale for 50% off, which was great for the quality of the merchandise. Our salesperson was excellent, checking for chips or defects in each box before entering it in the register. I've been very happy with this brand, and color reflects the boss of the house, who does the most chefing for our home. For those of you who haven't yet been victimized by my gushing about my upcoming move to a new apartment...I'm moving soon to a new apartment. And I'm thrilled. Finally I'll have some space to nest and decorate. Along with that comes an irresistible urge to buy fun home goods for my new abode. On the way home from a short trip to Palm Desert, I noticed a huge sign for the Le Creuset outlet and immediately started fantasizing about whipping up amazing dishes in my new kitchen a la Julia Child, surrounded by my colorful cast iron cooking tools. I took a detour and those dreams were quickly dashed when even at a steep discount, the smallest cast iron pot was well over $100, which didn't seem worth it to me since I haven't the faintest idea what I'd actually do with a cast iron pot. Make a stew? But not to worry, the kindly woman working there handed me a valentine's day discount scratcher worth 25% off my purchase and I was determined to find a treat for myself. I ended up with a beautiful butter dish...sure, not quite of the caliber of a fancy dutch oven or casserole dish, but something I'll surely use for a long time and admire. The Le Creuset Outlet at Cabazon was a great shop. I'm not always a fan of outlet shopping, sometimes the deals aren't that good or the 'second' quality is more like 3rd or 4th and really belongs in the garbage bin but Le Creuset makes a great product and they really stand behind it with a lifetime warranty so I stopped in here looking for a frying pan. I wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for as far as size or color so after a quick browse around the store, I asked the sales lady for some advice. She said a 7 qt dutch oven was pretty versatile and if I liked the Carribean blue the 'second quality' stuff was 40% off. What does that mean? Second quality? She said it meant the item 'might' have a cosmetic flaw. Usually it meant the color on the batch didn't match the master swatch or sometimes it was just overstock. She said as long as we looked over the piece carefully and didn't see any missing enamel, that there was no real difference and they guaranteed no difference in performance or functionality. So off I went, I got my 7 qt dutch oven and my 12" cast iron frying pan for less than the cost of the 5.5 qt dutch oven regularly priced. It's not every day someone wants to spend a couple hundred bucks on cookware, but if today is that day, a trip to the Le Creuset outlet might be just the ticket. **The parking lot for this set of outlets is a little bit small, but I didn't have a problem finding a spot very near the specific store I wanted to go into. read more

I'm not sure how much of a deal you actually get here rather than any retail shops. I feel like the prices and quality are about the same. This is our 3rd dutch oven and a set of non stick pans that I've bought from this location and I see absolutely no blemish or color difference in any of them, except for my wallet. The only reason why I buy them here is for the convenience and because I love cooking with Le Creuset. We come out to Palm Springs often so to just stop in on our way back to LA makes it a lot easier than going to a mall. The good thing about this location is that they have every color you'd want and then some. Fortunately, I think I'm done with my collection so I won't be needing to come back unless I throw one at my husband when he brings out the hangry in me. So, I purchased a tea kettle from Le Cruset less than two weeks ago. I used it two times to boil water. Today I noticed rust on the outside where the handle meets the kettle. I called the store and was told I needed to go through the warranty department because they do not accept returns on used merchandise (smart, when you sell over priced crap!). I called the warranty department number and, of course, no one answered. If they do call back, I will need to send the kettle back and be without a kettle. This is my first Le Cruset purchase. I will never buy another product from this company again! I should have known better when I saw it was made in Thailand! read more
