Tea taste alright, added jelly doesnt taste good ir bad, and boba taste fine. Not to sure why the jelly is included in the drink without any added descriptions on the actual menu. This boba spot is one worth to try if you are in the asian market it is located in. Personally, I thought that it was just mediocre. The boba drinks had a lot of variety, but the boba itself was bad quality and tasted weird. Along with this, the popcorn chicken wasn't as crispy and juicy as others I have had. It also had a weird peppery seasoning. If one thing sets this place from the others, it is the ambiance and "ig postability" of the inside. It is aesthetically pleasing. I ordered a raro coconut milk mango for $7.99 or so - which had an unnatural sour taste, like rotten fruits, so I suspected the mango was not fresh. The taro, supposed to be smooth and sweet, also had a sour taste with chunks that were not fully crushed. Terrible quality for drinks and desserts. Pray for my guts! read more

This has been one of my go to places for boba drinks. I looooove their taro milk tea. I've tried taro milk teas everywhere and this is by far one of my favorites. They do have a lot of choices for drinks but I think one of the things that people don't get that they should get are the desserts! Wow, those strawberry mochi filled with whipped cream is so soft and so delicious. I crave those sometimes haha! I've only had them once (since I'm trying to watch my sugar intake, but for those treat days, this is a great treat along with their taro milk tea. I've gotten the slush version of it too and it's really good too. Sure sometimes the workers aren't the MOST attentive or personable but you're there for a drink or a dessert. I don't need someone to baby me while I order. I recently stopped by and noticed that there is a tablet to order and pay now. That is a good and a bad thing. It's good that you're able to just do it yourself if you're not really looking for interaction, but if you have a question or if your order needs more personalization, it's good to have a person at the counter. Maybe they're trying to save money on employees, but it just took me by surprise. Anyway, it's a really good place for boba and desserts and if you wanna chill with your friends or have a meeting with someone. The actual place is super cute too and you can take selfies there if you're into that. But so far, 5 stars for the interactions I've had, the quality of the drinks, the flavor of the actual boba, the desserts, and the environment. Oh! And the drinks come out super quick too. Very bad service. They do not have a lot of items on menu. You have tom Place order yourself at the cashier and The menu at the cashier is confused and the cashier did not try to help when I asked. They do not want me to look when they prepare your drink. I do not know why? Another the bad thing at this place is that they charge extra service fee for every single drink and also ask for addition tip when using credit card. There is no option of no tip at all on the screen. It is a Very unfriendly place. I would never come back again. Not recommended. read more

I've been here three times so far. I had the Uji Matcha Latte and it was delicious, although I do prefer stronger matcha taste. As per usual, it is quite quiet and I get a good response when asked for feedback. This is my fave go to spot. They have always been kind, quick and yummy every time I go. The decor is simple yet interactive with their little selfie stations along the wall. It's always been a mellow environment. I'm not usually there at the busy times. I sometimes order ahead of time so I can just grab and go via TeaPass. I haven't encountered any issues. I had a good first experience at this place when I went to their opening week so I was really happy there was finally a good boba place in the neighborhood. BUT the quality kept going down every time I went back. Today was my 4th time and I won't be going back. My grapefruit jasmine tea with less ice was almost all ice and stuffed with slices of grapefruit. 3 sips of tea and it was all gone and my lychee jelly was barely noticeable on the bottom. The créme brûlée is also irresistible here! The same two workers are usually always there when we stop in, they are extremely friendly and always willing to help! We gave this place 3 sincere tries over the past 6 months. We wanted to like it. Ordering is a real pain (minus a star) The mochi products are good (star) though the drinks are average tasting (didn't make us go wow) and very over-priced for example $7.50 for a 12 ounce hot jasmine green milk tea with boba (minus a star) and several of the staff are rude (minus a star). I came in for the first time to get a drink. The lady at the ordering area was very rude. I asked her what toppings were available. She told me to read the label with toppings on it which was unreadable. She was asking me a lot of questions on what I wanted with my drink which i really didn't understand since it was my first time there. Whe waited for 20 mins to get a single drink. No one made any announcements on my order being completed. As a customer, the service was really bad! That tall lady with the bangs should not be catering to customers because she has a very bad attitude. So happy they opened in this supermarket - it's great to have such a wonderful dessert place in the area. It's our go to dessert place, we tried different things but our favorite are mango milk tea topped with matcha cream (might be called a bit differently, don't remember) and mango pomelo sago. Love fruit tea too - refreshing. Also we try to use less plastic so they serve the drinks at our request without leads and straws (hope they can find ways to reduce plastic in other desserts packaging more too). read more

So glad to have a place like this in the Richmond 99 Ranch building again. The boba was fresh and with the right softness/level of chew. The tea was tasty and we got 50% sugar, which was the right amount for us. Classic and Jasmine were both on point- I thought Jasmine was really good actually, not sure why other reviewer didn't like it. The desserts were on point- they have kind of a strawberry sponge cake that's very good. The young couple that owns this place have a lot of experience baking and cooking at other places and there's definitely a lot of the desserts are house-made, which is cool. I'm really happy this place opened. They also did a good job making it pleasant and aesthetically nice. Workers are all very nice. Will probably try the specialty drinks next time. read more

I ordered two strawberry fruit teas for my kids and they both didn't like it and refused to drink it when we left. The guy at the counter suggested that flavor would be good for kids. The drinks are very over priced. It tastes like they use artificial sweetener instead of sugar. Not sure, but don't recommend.
