Le Four is a French-Asian fusion bakery, which reminds me of Paris Baguette. Everything is made fresh, and they have a nice selection of pastries, sandwiches, and salads. I tried a few items, including an apricot croissant, a pistachio peanut cronut, and an espresso walnut croissant. Everything was good and well made, but nothing really stood out as a must-order item for me. That said, the bakery itself is a cute place to visit. The staff were friendly and there's plenty of seating if you want to stay awhile. Overall, it's a cute neighborhood spot for a quick breakfast, lunch, or coffee break.

Great new bakery in the neighborhood! We tried an apple and apricot pastry and I also got the lavender honey latte. For the pastries, you use tongs to get what you want and pay at the register. I really enjoyed how much variety they have, as well as the casual atmosphere and tables to sit down.

I stopped by Le Four Bakery at 520 Jersey Avenue this morning, May 31. What a lovely and inviting cafe it is. I was impressed by the bakery items, sandwiches and the scrumptious cakes in the display case. All baked and prepared on premises. I took a few photos here. The staff of owner H.B. and Choi are personable and efficient. I got a delicious pastry today and want to try one of their great looking sandwiches next. This cafe is well worth a visit.

Strawberry Shortcake was so good! It reminds me of high-quality cakes that I used to have in Japan, with subtle sweetness and fresh cream.

I bought a strawberry shortcake for the first time at this new bakery in our neighborhood. The cake had a subtle sweetness and an elegant flavor reminiscent of the cakes and pastries found in French-style bakeries in Japan and Korea. The cake sponge had a home-baked taste that set it apart from mass-produced treats, and it was packed with high-quality strawberries and fresh whipped cream--it was absolutely delicious. I'm so happy to be able to buy such an refined-tasting cake that I used to only find in Japan right here in my neighborhood. The other pastries and sandwiches at this shop look so good, so I'd like to try them someday.

Great addition to the neighborhood. Stopped by twice this week. Staff are very friendly and helpful. First time I tried a croissant and a pain au chocolat. Both very good. Just stopped by for breakfast. I had the avocado-toast with salmon which was delicious. Coffee is good too.

DDL is elite. They have it all. Fantastic pastries, cakes and sandwiches. Great coffees. Spacious,…read moreclean and cozy seating. Friendly and helpful staff. Super affordable prices. I've never eaten anything that I didn't like. My faves are: milhojas, breakfast croissant sandwich, and any and every cake with dulce de leche filling. I only tiny, minuscule complaint I have about this place is the lack of signage for the pastries and cakes. It would be nice to know what I'm looking at without having the ask. Absolutely zero gatekeeping here. Please everyone keep patronizing this establishment. I need this place to continue to exist in my hood.

So get anything fresh, like made to order cakes or things you see come out right when you're there. Otherwise you run the risk of getting old stuff, which sucks that they don't manage that at all. On a Sunday afternoon lines moved quickly and we were able to find seats. This is a cute cafe that offers plenty of savory items and lunches, plus drinks like matcha, cakes, pastries and cookies. There is also a bathroom! The women behind the counter were all nice and patient with my questions, they also kept the line moving and were quick. I had high hopes for the Alfajores as this is an Argentinian bakery but unfortunately the ones given to me were stale. The cookie was very hard. Also the Dulce de leche was too sweet and burnt tasting to me. I also got a chocolate covered one and the cookie in that was also hard and dry. The strawberry croissant was amazing. Never had anything like that before. Not too sweet and very flaky. It has a ribbon of red on the outside which gives it a unique look. I would love to come back and try savory items. I'll continue to stick with the cakes and croissants for desert and make sure it's fresh!
