I was so excited to find a bakery offering french pastries. Sadly the excitement was quicky replaced by disappointment. Classic Crepe Savory crepe was bland and chewy! Completely inedible. Quiche Florentine 75% of the quiche was quite good. The crust was flakey and the quiche tasted fresh. But by the time you reached the center is was a soggy mess. Quiche smoothie anyone? Napolean Pastry Granted... Not too many places can get this pastry right. The layers were too crunchy and the custard filling was bland and tasted like something out of a package. Caramel Macchiato This was a watered down version of a macchiato. I am curious how this place has so many good reviews. Maybe the bakery was having an off day when I visited. For the benefit of the owner; We've visited dozens of Patisseries and Boulangeries in California and Nevada over the past year, we visited Paris Breast today for the second time. The first time we came, there was only one table seated and we noticed the staff was very inattentive, no eye contact, not overly friendly, and we had to repeat our order a couple times, and one of the items we ordered ultimately got forgotten anyway. The sweet pastries/cakes were okay, but their Viennoiseries were outstanding. We went back for those specifically today, and they were just as good as remembered. HOWEVER, we walked in today and it was a little more busy, not at capacity by any means: a DoorDasher, 2 seated guests, 2 standing guests, plus us. The 2 girls in the front had their backs turned to us never welcomed us or said hello, until they were ready to take our order, and then it was just a "sorry, what can I get you". We ultimately waited 7 minutes to have our order taken even though there was no one in line at the register. We ordered 6 room temperature items, no drinks, and it took another 22 minutes for them to be boxed and handed off to us. My husband kept asking, they must be heating everything I don't understand what's taking so long - but no. A HALF hour is far too long to have to wait for 6 pre-prepared items to be placed in a box, and without any friendly smiles or modicum of customer service, they had customers leaving cursing and complaining they would never come back. Plus 2 of the girls that were working walked and moved SOOO slowly, it was SUPER obvious they were there to do the bare minimum, and cared nothing about the long customer wait. There was absolutely no hustle, and customers were leaving audibly frustrated. I know in those type of service positions the pay is often not worth the hustle, but it was particularly bad today, which likely cost the shop owner immediate sales, and future clients. The Viennoiseries are worth it if you can tolerate the lack of CS and long wait, otherwise I think given the customer service issues the overall experience was less than average. I hope they can motivate their staff to improve, I'd come back more often if it were a better customer experience. To add insult to injury, I just found out my husband tipped 20% at checkout, and we still waited another 20 minutes for our items to be boxed. read more

Food is good, everything basically uses the same 5 ingredients. There is no wifi here and a very small dining area! Uhh ohh! I'm in trouble because the pastries are  absolutely delicious (LOL!) As soon as you walk into this cute French themed cafe you can see and smell all the mouth watering pastries in the cases. They also offer coffees, teas, juice, sandwiches on baguette bread, soup, quiche to name just a few other food items from their menu. We got the almond croissant, butter croissant and a piece of vanilla flavored cake. I don't remember the name of the cake but it had a coconut icing and cream filling. This was the freshest best tasting piece of cake I've ever tasted. The almond croissant was good too, filled with a delicious almond cream filling yum! Cake/pastries/bread is not something I eat or ever crave, that is until we went to Europe especially Paris (of course!) I can't even describe how good the pastries and croissants are in Paris and found myself stopping at different Patisseries every night because it was so damm good. So I can indeed attest Le Paris is compatible and is damm good!  The cafe is on the small side which is definitely a trait you'd find in Paris. The decor is nice and not the typical generic decor you find at most restaurants in the Henderson area so this is nice too. Food is so-so. Pretty expensive for what you actually get. Today we got a raw omelet for $15 and paid extra for butter and jam with a stale hoagie roll. The manager argued and actually raised her voice at me in front of other customers just because of a slight misunderstanding. A friend and I stopped by Le Paris Brest for lunch today and from the moment we stepped inside until the moment we left, we had a wonderful visit. The ladies working were so friendly and welcoming, constantly making sure we were enjoying our Croque Monsieur sandwich, bread, and soup. Though there was a little mixup with the soup order, they corrected it and it was delicious! The pastries were unbelievable, too. Try the Tiramisu Cake! Don't skip on the coffee, either. It's smooth, rich, and full of perfect coffee flavor - no over-roasted beans here! They have a couple small tables outside and seating for a few small parties inside. At La Paris Brest Cafe for the first time today! Such a wonderful French pastry shop tucked away in this huge plaza on eastern. I love it!!! I've been so lazy about going to Starbucks over the last few months. For the same price I got a wonderful fresh made ham and cheese croissant with hazelnut and vanilla latte. We have eaten here several times and ordered different pastries every time so we could experience the variety that they offer. All was good but nothing exceptional. Some of the items can be bought at Albertsons and the quality would be the same. My expectations must have been too high. As far as the service, they did not have enough chairs today so I fetched my own chair from outside as the staff didn't offer to do it. Stopped into this cute little bakery on our way out of town (ok, we may have detoured TO the bakery just to try it). Everything looked so beautiful and the owner came out to greet someone who seemed to be doing an online interview. Everything was way below reasonably priced, the time and love put into these beautiful and delicious treats definitely deserves some extra tips. With my parents in town last week I took them on Tuesday to try the new pastry shop in town. They were so impressed with the pastries, particularly the Napoleons, they insisted on ordering for our family Thanksgiving feast. Unfortunately, as good as everything was on Tuesday, everything we picked up on Thanksgiving was at best day old, more accurately, just soggy and tasteless. I'm disappointed mostly that instead of the dozen thanksgiving guests being wowed by the deserts we enjoyed the previous Tuesday, we had to explain they weren't really this bad when we tried them the first time. I can only surmise they took too many orders and made the supposedly fresh deserts days in advance as they were simply inedible. Very disappointed. Would have been better to limit orders taken to their ability to deliver fresh items. On a holiday, not having viable deserts ruins the meal. read more

Yes, they are open during this Covid-19 time! Take-outs of course. I've bought whole cakes from them a few times and were never let down! The cake was soft, moist and fluffy, and the cream has just right sweetness. I don't like cakes to be too sweet so that I asked them to make it less sweet, and it was perfect.
