The Driest cupcake I've ever had. It was hard to swallow that it was hurting my throat that I just spat it out. Terrible.

They've begun wrapping the baguettes in plastic so I'm sadly dropping a star.

(btw they are not a walkin shop, they are a delivery service. Fou d their advert on Facebook ABQ Foodies group, texted them my desire to order.. and got my order yesterday, fresh hand made and delicious! Just the right amount of moistness and nice fluffy choux dough, and the glaze was just right not super sticky.. they were about 2 hours late on delivery but were great at communicating via txts... My mouth is so happy.

Yes I drove out of my way, way out, to come try this bakery out. It's a very cute set up, boutique like atmosphere, if I had a child I would definitely inquire about hosting a Tea party here. Hell if I lived here, I would host one myself ! It smells sooo Devine in here ! Very clean, very friendly staff so impressive. Now my mouth is watering for the cannoli and OMG !!! It did not disappoint !!! Every pastry baked fresh I ended up getting 6 connoli's, 3 dozen Donuts and my Mom got coffee and was impressed & my parents being Judgeship in Southern California are hard to please but both handed down their verdict and agreed THEE BEST !!! So for all you locals that haven't tried Route 66 Hole Foods, you're missing out ! Delicious !!! We will be back in and order more to take back to California!!! Thank you Route 66 Hole Foods staff ! You're doing a phenomenal job !

We came in here on our last day visiting Santa Fe in the summer and I'm so glad we did, as it was on my list of things to try after perusing Yelp for notables. I had a scrumptious white bean-roasted red pepper-melted cheese tartine on delicious, fresh house-made bread topped with a balsamic glaze. I think it was one of the better dishes I had while in town. It was served with an array of olives on the plate. So good! They were out of the egg salad sandwich by the time we arrived, which was something a family member wanted to try, but they ordered an avocado toast instead. Also great and served with olives. The service was fast and thoughtful. Order at the counter and your food is brought to your table. We found a great shaded spot outside for the five of us with a view facing the bustling bakery inside. Many people brought their bikes or dogs (allowed outside only) and met up with friends to eat and chat. At one point a server brought out an order of bread that we did not order, but he left it with us anyway, free of charge. So glad we got to try Sage Bakehouse and I'd definitely visit several more times when in the area!

Great place for breakfast, especially if pastries are your jam. Chai latte was delicious. Super…read morefriendly service and nice patio.
