    1/2 Cubano sandwich. Pretty flat.

The Cubano sandwich is wicked delicious...but it's overpriced for the portion size. $13.50 and I'm still hungry after eating it.

Chicken salad sandwich on Montana crunch bread

Back again, this time to have a sandwich and some pastries! We ordered the chicken salad sandwich on Montana crunch bread, the Baja Chipotle turkey on Montana crunch, a blue ribbon blueberry coffee cake, and a boulder brownie. We also tried the cinnamon swirl bread and sampled the blueberry lemon bar. I discovered the BYO gift baskets today, which I think is super cool. This place always smells delicious inside and has a cozy atmosphere. The staff are nice and helpful. We signed up for the rewards this time- you can earn points for free bread and sandwiches. I love this place and I'll always recommend it!

Pecan pie bar, gluten free; pumpkin chocolate petite bar
    Yelen P.

First time here, would go back! There's a lot of selection, which can feel overwhelming, but I don't think you can go wrong in your choice. The employees were also very friendly and helpful in their suggestions. They were also really pushing the samples, and they didn't skimp on the size either, which was a nice touch. I tried a pumpkin chocolate petite bar (bread), German stollen, and a cinnamon bread, all of which were good. I ended up getting the pumpkin chocolate petite bar (pumpkin bread with chocolate chips and cream cheese frosting), which is pretty sweet. I shared the gluten free pecan pie bar. Because it was gluten free, the crust was more crumbly than I was used to. It was still quite tasty! The ambiance felt like an unassuming, friendly bakery. I felt comfortable there.

    Hot cross buns

4.5 stars A great place to find a snack or a quick gift, especially for the holidays- cinnamon rolls, snickerdoodle cookies, gingerbread loaf, hot cross buns, Easter almond loaf, etc. If you're looking for something specific, it's best to order ahead, as they can sell out quickly. Some of the prices may be a little more than some of the commercial or grocery bakeries, but it's worth it for that homemade taste. I'm glad they brought the tasting board (free samples) back after COVID. Can't wait to try more of the pumpkin items in the future 2022 #40

    Wall of jams

This was my first time visiting this store. Had an opportunity to go inside and thankfully I did because this store is wonderful. Offering wall to wall fresh baked goods. I love me some carbs! They also had a wide variety of jams and jellies. They even have a cafe menu that offers breakfast and lunch options. I've seen the menu and it looks amazing. I felt like I was lost in there because there was just so much to see in there. Being greeted by friendly staff members, I was assisted quickly and got the low down of how it works when you order. Like getting the freshly made crusty french bread and having it sliced right before your eyes. I bought this huge cookie too. It was delectable. They even give samples of their baked goods. I decided to try a piece of the Honey bread and a few slices of the Green Chili Cheese bread (so delicious!). I will definitely be back to visit again when I'm in town. Thank you!

Their green chile bread and addition to sandwiches is great. I am sad they don't serve the mixed berry bar like they had in Utah. Cashiers are always friendly.

I ordered many treats for myself and bestie. One pastry that caught my eye was the classic butter croissant dough with activated charcoal, glazed blood oranges, and blood orange curd. I'm not sure if this is only a seasonal item. The colors are beautiful! It was quite sweet, however the blood orange tartness aided in the flavors giving it a bit of tartness. The Boston Cream Cruffin looked mighty tasty. It's made with their signature croissant dough rolled up and filled with vanilla pastry cream and dipped in dark chocolate ganache. I'm having this for dessert tonight. Pumpkin bread Jam bun Espresso machine where they craft yummy drinks. I ordered an iced americano.

The owner, Bella, was very friendly and gave us tips on other spots to check out around town. What really stood out is that they don't use seed oils or processed ingredients. You can actually taste the difference. Everything feels lighter and fresher. We tried Terry Bradshaw's favorite - the crème brulee croissant. It was creamy, flaky, and worth the hype. The pistachio cronut was another winner. They bake it not fry it, yet it was perfectly crispy. The cronut also came in Madagascar Vanilla and chocolate fillings. Each pastry was also topped with edible flowers. On top of all this, it came in this cute little Louis Vuitton-style cloth to-go bag that made the whole experience feel extra fancy. Highly recommend stopping by if you are at Sawmill Market.

Friendly service and faces always warm up a cold morning, and we definitely got that at Los Ranchos Bakery. The menu is simple and the baked goods look great! We ordered the breakfast sandwich with bacon and green chile cheddar bagel, a lavender latte, and a red chile mocha. A cherry tart and a cinnamon roll to go. The drinks were, unfortunately, missing a few ounces and flavor. The sandwiches were smaller than I expected. The bagel had a hint of heat and chile. It was perfectly toasted and held the egg and bacon quite well. The bacon was crispy and the egg was well done. It was filling in the end. The baked goods will have to wait until tonight but I've had their scones before and they were excellent! I'm betting on excellence on the tart and cinnamon roll. Overall, this is a nice local coffee shop that can be a great alternative to a chain coffee shop. The space is nice for some work or chatting with friends and family. Don't bet on the coffee, but definitely go for the baked goods!
