What an AMAZING time!!!…read more First of all, I cannot believe there is (1) Review for this place. This is a MUST DO for anyone that loves the arts. This is like Cirque du Soleil but way better, because the actors/actresses interact with you. If you sit in the front row or close to the stage, like we were, you will definitely be chatting with them throughout the show. Also this is a top notch production, check-in was easy, coat check too and shortly after arriving we were shown our table. Service is what you would expect from a five star restaurant, their timing was on point. They even walk around hunched over during the show not to interrupt your viewing of the show. (Not a job for us old people). We arrived one hour early, got a seat and a few drinks and then the show started and last a fast 2.5 hours. We arrived at our tables to find a small snack, then the show, and then three breaks for soup, main entree and then dessert. The performance stops when you are eating, but the actors/actresses still roam around the dining hall. Food was really good, but overall had mixed results from our table of eight. A friend said "you don't come here for the food", but I disagree I thought everything was tasty, especially the salmon. Oh yeah, then they have a really good band, which was always changing up the tunes based on the skit! I have been here before, but its been a few years. Also, its not cheap but for the amount of money it is completely worth it. I am going to make this at least a twice a year thing from now on and a must when I have guests arriving from out of town. AWESOME JOB GUYS!!!

Be prepared to pay for parking (across the street) as street parking is practically nonexistent on this street, and their private lot is reserved. Due to the smaller interior space, they were not able to do their usual Big Top seating structure, so the experience did not feel as grand and theatrical as at their other locations have in the past. As for the food, the short rib meal I ordered was very dry, but the drinks were good, and the service was great! The experience was still wonderful and I would recommend a visit before the end of their current run.

The experience was well organized, and the audience participation added a lot of laughs and energy to the room. The only drawback was that it was sometimes hard to hear the actors, which made it easy to miss parts of the story. Aside from that, the show was very entertaining and made for a unique and enjoyable night out. I'd definitely recommend it for anyone looking for something different to do for dinner and a show.

Taylor was the Dinner Detective hostess, and did a great job running the show. Check in was quick& easy - be prepared with your fake name - we were Dante & Trixie. I paid the $20 extra to make hubby a suspect (unbeknownst to him!). It was fun, we laughed a lot and got to meet some great people. Each table seats 8 people. The food was very good - we both had the chicken. There was a basket of warm rolls, spring rolls and mini quiches on the table as well. The dessert was super delicious. Salads were waiting at the perfectly set tables when we entered the room. The no-host bar had a great selection of hard alcohol, beer and wine. Clues are given out on QR codes at your table. It was well organized and fun. Yes it was campy - but that's what made it fun! I haven't seen hubby laugh that hard in a long time!

We were served appetizers and drinks before the show. The coconut shrimp were fantastic, and large. I found the Clown Car almost impossible to drink because it was so sweet, but honestly that should have been expected. The absinthe is also fantastic. Now to the show! I was impressed by the caliber of entertainment. The announcer brought so much energy and humor, and brought in the crowd in just the right ways. The dancers were fantastic; basically the entire 3 hours was choreographed down to each step. My favorite number was the mermaid and sailor one. The singers were also good. A lot of fun and great for an event like a birthday or bachelorette.

I think they have a room for shows and dinner too if you're into it. I had fried chicken and beignets that come with a spicy honey butter that was excellent. Spread it all over the chicken and you'll be happy. The beignets were a lil too firm for my liking but powdered sugar and syrup cures all. Definitely an interesting spot to hit if you're staying in the pikes place area. I'm sure it's fun to see a show too.
