This was more of a 3 1/2 stars but with their customer service I would round up. Their hours show as closing at 7pm. I pulled up at 5:56 and they were about to close the gate. The owner actually called back the worker who was just leaving and she came back to do my nails which I super appreciated. I got a gel mani and regular pedi and the best way to describe it is you get what you pay for. It was $27 for each service which is a great price but the quality isn't perfect, still not too bad though. Overall I'm happy as I really just needed a little tlc for my hands a feet. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! EYELASHES: went into this Salon expecting to treat myself for my birthday. Upon arrival, I went to get my eyelashes done, I stated I wanted short Classic eyelashes, and stated I wanted "9 or 10 in length". Upon finishing the service I woke up and they were long. But that's not the worst of my experience at the Salon... PEDICURE: Before the service, I asked the technician not to cut my nails, she stated understanding my saying "file only" and i said yes. I didn't want her to cut my nails because i have previously suffered from ingrown toenails and i didn't want her ruining my two year process of fixing it . She then proceeded with the service and started cutting my nails! I then told her, "no cutting" and tugged my foot. A few seconds later, she starts cutting my nails again. Again, I stated "no cutting please". I legit told her no cutting more than three times and that should've been my sign to leave. Another issue was that when she was done applying the gel, she started filing my nails and one whole color fell off and she had to redo it-so i don't trust these nails will last long. ACRYLIC NAIL SET To make a long story short, the nails are bad and look like they're two weeks old and crooked. Incorrect nail sizes were also applied. That's not the issue...the issue is that she overfiled my nail bed and made me bleed! She didn't even say sorry when it first occurred. She just looked at me and proceeded. I was upset due to the big mistake on her end, but i gave her the benefit of the doubt, it wasnt until she proceeded to grab a nail buffer and buffed on TOP of my bleeding nail! She then proceeded to apply products and now i risk infection. What the actual heck. At the end of the service i rightfully so asked for a discount and was denied. To sum it all up, Not only were my requests ignored, I was badly injured, and the employees didn't provide good customer service. read more

Went to get a haircut with the nice old lady !! She was so nice and quick !! Got layers and face framing !! She was very considerate when it came to how much length I wanted off. For a haircut and wash I was charged $22 !! Obviously I left a tip with that pricing !! read more

This place is in a plaza where it gets jam packed with people, so if you want to come get your lashes done, I would suggest going around 9 am when they open. Hi everyone Again! lol! As mentioned below I was gonna update my review once I had other services done at Feliz Salon. I have so far gotten my eyelashes done by Helen and Nancy Both are amazing! My daughter and I have gotten gel manicures, both ladies did a great job just did not get their names! The only issue was they could not do the designs my daughter wanted! I love this place, they all provide outstanding customer service. They made sure I was comfortable, they even gave a cold water bottles while I waited for my appointment. I've been getting my lashes done with Nancy for a while already, and her working in Santa Ana has been a lot more convenient from work and my house. I made appointments "because they said they only took appointments for the time being" two pedicures, two new sets and a mani long store short.. our pedicures came out horrible, my nails came out uneven and nasty my boyfriend's daughter got a new set the entire time the man was burning her and cutting her! My boyfriend's other daughter got a mani that lasted 4 days they rushed because of course walk ins came in and guess what they took them knowing they had appointments coming in! A total of 4 people working oh yeah they did lashes also and while we were waiting to pay the client that was getting her lashes done said her eyes started to burn I will never go back to this place I took my nails off about a week later so did my boyfriend's daughter when her nails started to grow out the acrylic was stuck in her cuticle.. I'd rather wait an hour for my place I normal 7/16/2020 we actually informed the tech that he was doing the nails incorrectly and he was placing the acrylic under her cuticle multiple times let alone telling him that he was burning her own nails when he was filling them!! So YES you should speak with your techs and explain to them that when a client says "YOU ARE BURNING ME" maybe he should stop and listen! We will NEVER return to your salon! read more

Honestly, I loved it here. The staff is so nice and so understanding. Me and my mom came in for manicure and pedicure, and they all made sure we were comfortable. I was wearing a long dress and Nancy (I think that's her name) helped me sit down. My mom has bad ingrown nails and the girls always made sure if she was ok (no pain). I went to go get my lashes done, and they took me right away when I entered. I wasn't sure if we needed an appointment but I'm glad appointment are not mandatory. I really love my lashes, they were 48$ and 24$ for refills! Everyone is so friendly and I'm for sure coming back for a refill. I just hope once they get more popular they don't raise there prices.
