    Spicy chicken and shrimp Wantons
    James W.

Excellent place to get your shrimp noodle fix. The shrimp on shrimp on shrimp action is one of the best prime examples available. The focus is on the meticulous extraction of shrimp flavors into the broth. The broth is served with a richness that resembles the texture of rich bone broths of similar origins. Accompanying ingredients of wantons and shrimp add to the already delicious aroma. Side dishes are also served with much delicate care and deliciousness. A simple silken tofu dish is a great starter for anyone. The wantons swimming in spicy sauce are absolutely a delectable creation. I only wish the dish had more. This is fine dining with items that are commonly street food items. With Singaporean origins, you can receive a memorable idea of rich culture. The pricing is on par with that of their neighboring restaurant. From a texture viewpoint, for the love of wanton noodle soups, the wheat noodles don't hold up well compared to the egg/shrimp noodles used in Cantonese restaurants. The wheat noodles are too soft and a little overly cooked.

Passing by Le Shrimp Noodle Bar countless times since they opened, I thought I'd give it a try. This restaurant is connected to Paradise Dynasty, but have separate door entrances. The restaurant itself had really nice booth seating by the window, and also another area with more tables. Our waiter was really helpful and knowledgeable about the menu items. My fiancé and I were curious about their Shrimp Noodle Bowl so we decided to try that and their Hainan Chicken. Signature Trio Shrimp Noodle in Shrimp Broth: 5/5 If you're a seafood/shrimp lover, then this is yours to try. The broth was very shrimp-y, pretty good but everything tastes like shrimp. Don't order if you're expecting like a tonkotsu broth. Noodles were very bouncy, and the toppings inside were very filling. We really enjoyed this Hainan Chicken Rice: 5/5 I always love a good Hainan Chicken Rice, so when I saw this on their menu - I had to try it! It comes with a small soup and sauces that go with dipping your chicken. The chicken itself was very moist and portion size is perfect for sharing. I wish they gave more of the green onion with ginger sauce. Overall I enjoyed everything here, and will be visiting again in the future. Enjoy!

Visited Le Shrimp Noodle Bar and was pleasantly surprised that it's during Dine LA weekend. I went with the Signature Trio Shrimp Noodle combo for $15 -- discounted but still the full portion -- and every bite delivered. The broth was deeply shrimpy, rich, and layered with wok-hei depth. The lava egg was perfectly cooked and packed with flavor, and the karaage came out light, crispy, and amazing with that tangy, creamy sauce. The bok choy with vegan oyster sauce rounded everything out and kept the meal nicely balanced. Easy 5 experience -- definitely worth checking out if you're around Los Angeles.

I wanted to take my son to Glendale Galleria just to see how he would like it, and I also wanted to think about where to eat for lunch there. I saw Le Shrimp Noodle Bar had a variety of noodle and rice options so I decided to give it a try. Le Shrimp Noodle Bar is a fast casual dining establishment. There aren't many seats but the seats that are available are spacious enough. The waiter was super attentive to everything I needed and I was super appreciative of that. Coincidentally, we went during DineLA, so I got their DineLA special which was the signature shrimp noodles and then a side. For the side, we got braised tofu. We also got a braised soy chicken noodle soup. The shrimp noodles were quite tasty and had a strong shrimp flavor them. I loved the shrimp wontons and shrimp balls. My favorite dish was definitely the braised soy sauce chicken. The chicken was still very juicy and enhanced the flavor of the broth.

This is new Chinese noodle bar owned by the Paradise Dynasty group next door. On a cold December night we stopped by to get a hot bowl of noodles. We were pleased that the staff knew about peanut ingredients. They have none in the kitchen prepared food. Our orders were tasty and the wok hei broth was noticeable. Unlike most Chinese broth, this was more like a ramen, creamy broth. The presentation was lacking. It felt like a "home" kitchen. The Hainan Chicken was sold out but the manager said there was one portion left which we promptly ordered. Thanks! The doorway lets in all the cold wind, so if you're sensitive to that sit accordingly. We like having another peanut safe option in Glendale. And feels like a small independent shop. Worth a visit. Some early customers had extra discount coupons that needed to be used the night we went, so that was cool.

Le Shrimp Noodle Bar in Glendale is a great spot for flavorful and comforting shrimp broth noodle dishes. We tried their Signature Trio Shrimp Noodle and Prawn and Chicken Wonton Dry Noodle dishes. Both were delicious. The shrimp broth that they are famous for was very tasty. The Crispy Cucumber appetizer was light and refreshing but on a smaller size. I also tried their Crispy Vegetable Spring Rolls. They were fresh and crispy, not oily. Overall, everything tasted fresh and well prepared. The place is small with open kitchen. The ordering is done through the webiste by scanning a QR code. There is not a lot of interaction with service team but there is always someone available should you need help or have questions. I had a great experience at Le Shrimp Noodle Bar and will definitely be back.

Le Shrimp is such a cutesy name. This was my first time, but not my friend's, and he had recommended the Shrimp Trio Noodle Soup. Thus, this is the one that we tried. Ordering was fairly straightforward with a QR code, and there was very little staff interaction after receiving water. After about 15 minutes, our noodles were prepared, and we prepared to dig in by asking for an extra bowl to share. The first staff member that we asked may have forgotten, so we asked another 5 minutes after. Overall, those shrimps were crisp and meaty. The prawn ball and wonton were also enjoyable, and those noodles were just the right texture. Unfortunately, The broth was a tad too salty. The thickness was great and reminded me of shrimp paste though in broth form. If that could be a broth, it'd be similar to this. Overall, service could have been improved, but this quality of taste at this location is definitely a treat to visit for.

Love this place. Broth was so creamy on the Briased scallion soy chicken noodle. Hainan chicken was amazing. Forgot to take picture as my husband and I got so excited and devoured it. Service superb and price is affordable considering the ambiance and the great service. Will definitely come back.

It's a new restaurant, so the nice thing is that everything is modern and clean. Went for lunch on a Friday and they felt understaffed. One server manned the entire (small-ish) dining room, which had about 6 seated parties. She was calm and nice, but everything was on the slower side--waiting for a table to get cleaned, being seated, getting menus, ordering, etc. The exception was when it came time to pay: I was in the middle of putting my last bite into my mouth when she walked up and presented me with a card reader and asked if I was ready to pay. Tried their signature trio (A1) and one of their dry noodles. Portions were quite small. The food was very salty for me. The broth for the Trio Special had strong prawn taste, and it would have been salty-but-ok if it were a cooking reality TV show where I judged just one bite. But, eating a whole portion of the soup at that saltiness level was too much for me. There's no parking validation, so you can street park (meter) or use one of the garages nearby (3-5 min walk). I would suggest that people go check it out, but it's a one and done for me.

I got the Signature Trio Shrimp Noodle and thought the quality of the soup was flavorful. It just maybe missed something could've made it outstanding but i was still good. Unfortunately, as for the service I thought it fell short. Although the staff was friendly, the wait times were unexpectedly long for food. My boyfriend and I ordered the same dish, but with different noodles--he requested thin noodles and I requested thick. When both bowls arrived with thin noodles, I kindly let them know right away. To make it easier on them, I asked if they could just bring a side of thick noodles rather than having to remake the entire dish. What started as a short wait turned into more than 30 minutes. During that time, my boyfriend finished his meal (which I encouraged otherwise his food would've gotten cold) while I sat there eating only the toppings, expecting the noodles that were repeatedly promised every 10 min I checked in. I ended up asking to have my dish removed from the bill since I really did not receive what I ordered. Even a side of lava eggs took over 20 minutes before we cancelled it as well. I understand mistakes happen--that is totally fine & not the issue. The frustrating part was the delay in correcting it, especially when the rest of the meal was already over. I really wanted to enjoy my dish, but the experience ended up feeling disappointing and I felt like I wasted my time in being optimistic and waiting.

I saw on social media about the new location in Glendale offering BOGO. I decided to give it a try. For the BOGO deal, you can choose any bowl (NO CoMBO). We were given a menu and were happy to see all the options. We all were disappointed when we scanned the QR code to place the order. Most of the items were sold out. The crispy chicken, Hainan chicken, and other items were not available. We ended up with the dry noodles w/veggies, shrimps & chicken spicy wide noodles, prawns & chicken wontons thin noodles, and the scallion soy sauce chicken thin noodles. We noticed that we got lesser noodles with wide noodles. So I guess thin noodles would be the better choice. Thin noodles also tasted better. We all agreed that all the noodle bowls would be really good if it was less salty. The broths were flavorful but all were super salty. Even the dry noodle sauces were super salty. Service was good RR AVAIL Note: Le Shrimp is connected with Paradise Dynasty. However, we were not allowed to cross order. We asked if we can order the XLB, but the staff said we cannot. Sad It was located like next to Crumbl... BOGO only avail till Nov 26, 2025

Came over here and didn't realize it was a separate restaurant than the dumpling place next-door. First and foremost, you need to love shrimp. And I'm not just talking about shrimp cocktails or fried shrimp or temper shrimp I mean honest shrimp. The soup specializes in a broth that is fresh out of the ocean shrimp. Was it good? Yes if you're into that. A little too pungent for us and for our taste. They also have dishes that you can say are either inspired by dinner Thai Fung, or were stolen by Din Tai Fung. But at the end of the day it's a little bit more unique. And a cheaper option if you're looking for something different. Will be back again, probably not. Again it's just way too much of a strong shrimp fishy taste for us. They were experiencing some grand opening headaches and we can understand that. So this is solely based on the cost to what you get ratio and just a certain lack of variety and a slight lack of service. Nice location now you can shop the Americana Antro over for a cup of shrimp water.

Wonton shrimp broth was so yummy and the soy chicken with noodles was amazing! The food came out quick so that was nice. The wait for this place was unbelievably sloooow. Sure, there were a lot of names on the wait list HOWEVER I stood outside waiting the whole time and they were just so slow at bussing/cleaning tables. At one point, half of the restaurant was empty with dirty dishes!!! At other points of my wait, the tables were bussed but not set up- they didn't bother to move forward with the next on the wait list. Maybe they're understaffed? Not sure... but at least get those empty tables filled when there's a list of people waiting!

I know it's a franchise, but I've had other ramen franchises just fine, but it might just be the broth and flavor profile for me. I like that this location is much bigger than the others and is a bit nicer as a result and even during the dinner rush there really wasn't a wait and our food came out decently quickly. Service was friendly and fast too. Ambiance is fancier than the other locations with the dark wood and the dimmer fancy lighting. With every visit, I try to get my ramen super spicy since a lot of, not only ramen places, but Japanese restaurants, spicy means not bland (no offense). And this is the same. I got the super spicy and it just tasted like slightly chili flavored ramen. Imagine someone did cook something spicy in the bowl of ramen and then rinsed the bowl quickly twice. I got the tonkotsu ramen with chashu (2 pieces), seasoned egg, green onions, corn and no bean sprout. Pretty oily and a bit salty and again, not a hint of spiciness. Noodles had a nice chew to it at least. Just alright if anything.
