I usually have some acne breakouts when I go and by the next day there gone ! I have no redness or scaring! The staff is friendly and will give u great deals if you buy a package. You pay for an hour but I'm always in there for 90 minutes. The facials also include a wonderful neck and arm massage. They really focus on problem areas (blackheads, acne, oily skin) and the products they use are based on your skin type. Being pampered by Sophie with a complete hair makeover. It's a big decision but Sophie made me very comfortable and confident everything will be just fine. She listened to what I wanted with my hair and gave me a professional analysis based on the size and shape of my face length of my neck and height of my cheekbones. No other stylist has ever done that for me. When I was ready, she first gave me a massaging shampoo. Next, gone with my waist-length mane that has not been tended to in years. She saved it for me in a neat pony trail that measures about 15 inches so I can donate it. I totally love the cut. Then we we went into uncharted territories...she colored my "virgin hair". My sister-in-laws treated me for a facial treatment here before my wedding. We had a mini bachelorette party, and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. They even let us wear some cute robes and took some photos for us. We all (the four of us) got facial treatments, and since my skin is a bit sensitive, I opted for a treatment that reduces redness and is more gentle than the other treatments. It was a very relaxing experience. I felt pampered, and the treatment even included a neck and shoulder massage, which I desperately needed. I have combination skin and my skin goes through periods of either being very dry or oily and prone to breakouts. The salon is an unusual combination of classic ( fireplace, candles, cute little things on the wall) and eccentric ( fur mat on the table, and other slightly off additions ) that give the place a very distinct charm. The service is impeccable, the gentleman there is classy and soft spoken and the spa rooms are very comfortable. Heidi did my facial, expertly massaging my face to improve the blood flow. I am so happy with the results I've seen with my skin. Through consistent facials and specifically recommended products, I have been able to maintain much clearer and healthier looking skin. I used to suffer from unsightly hormonal and cystic acne. Unfortunately with my job, I have to wear heavy makeup every single day for prolonged hours. Taking all of this into consideration, Celine was able to create a facial schedule and regimen that was unique to my needs. She asked me to bring all of my products in so she can see what is working and what is not. She doesn't try to peer pressure me into buying anything I don't need and I truly value her advice. Celine is honest and very informed about skincare. She follows up each time with me and I trust her with my skin indefinitely. In addition to great facials, the atmosphere of Le Spa is incredibly relaxing. I am a huge fan of Frank, he is always so kind and great with communicating. That this place has good reviews tells me nobody rating highly knows what a good facial or spa experience looks like or that they bought reviews. Firstly, I don't buy groupons hardly ever because I have talented people I go to for real services but there was a sale and i thought, relaxing nice deal on a mid tier luxury experience, sure. This is a $30 foot rub place pretending to be a spa. Don't be fooled by how much their overload spent on window dressings. The tech didn't speak great english which is hard when communication is so important to the service. She tried to do extractions after it was written down for her not to. They use steam which is a no no, pores don't actually open or close and she tried to feed me that myth. A $30 facial, sure, but a facial pretending to be worth $150 needs to know something about skin. What else? We started 35 minutes after my appt because they're busy doing a pretend consultation with someone who isn't the tech & trying to upsell you and explain fee structure. I was alone for 18 minutes for a 10 minute mask. I listened to her washing dishes. She rubbed me so hard and persistently on my orbital bone an extremely sensitive place and it ALREADY HURTS, I left 30 minutes ago and I can feel a bruise forming. (Update: got home have massive red raised spot!) That is how you break capillaries and guess what, they don't heal quickly. You do not do what she did to face skin ITS DELICATE and i'm literally already in pain which i've never in my life experienced after a facial (peels yes, facials no) - I expect this lack of training at a $30 place but when you're pretending that service plus a 25 minute massage is worth $258 THAT I MUST THEN PAY 10% ON - this is an absolute rip off. I am not cheap, I tip well like a decent person but when you're actively trying to take me for a ride while hurting me and damaging my skin- I left after minute 15 of my "hydrating mask". If you're not a member their prices are a SCAM. Personally i'd never subject my skin to that level of facial again but even at $60, their member price, it's not worth it. Do not pay that much for what they're providing, they probably have the same quick cheater training as the techs at the dollar joints and I suspect they're probably paid at the same rate (same for nail techs, the owners "help" them thru licensing w little real training). If member deals are $65, techs probably still only make $20 a throw. I don't expect to suspect this same unethical exploitative model (y'all can come on here and defend yourself by answering, do you pay out nonmember rates to techs or keep that for the house?) in a $150 facial. I pay that much so I know labor is trained & well paid. If i'd known any of this, I wouldn't have bought that coupon or wasted my time driving there. It honestly upsets me people know so little about what a good facial looks like that they are rating this experience well. Don't let these myth peddlers screw up your skin. Now I need to ice my face. read more

I can't stop coming back here! Great location/ They have their own parking lot so parking is never an issue. When you walk through the entrance you are greeted with warm and friendly faces and the atmosphere and decor is MY FAVORITE! Every detail inside and out is perfect, clean, modern, comfortable. I'm considering hosting a spa party in the future as there are TVs, water and tea, couches , chairs , pillows , etc. The TREATMENTS and SERVICES hands down are better than Burke Williams, La Bella Laser and Spa, Massage Envy. The QUALITY of products and attention to detail is always consistent and the staff is well trained. Prices are amazing and there are so many options. I did a machine facial, focused on fine lines and collagen stimulant. I don't do Botox or fillers. This is preventive care and non invasive. BTW, I love walking into the area where the rooms are because you walk this this really cool Door into this amazing new area. It feels so cool. You have to check it out.
