This was my first time going to LeadBelly and it was great! The service was so quick even for a Saturday night. I got the Royal Mountie burger. It had french fries, gravy, white cheddar curds and candied bacon crumble with a brown sugar buttered brioche bun. The flavors all worked together incredibly well and didn't feel overwhelming or heavy. It comes with a side so I got fries with it, but I wish I would've gotten chips and queso on the side instead since they're already fries on the burger itself. The sweetness of the brown sugar brioche bun, balanced everything out really well. I also got a Moscow Mule to drink which was delish and also came out super quick. Overall it was a great experience and I would go again, but it wasn't anything super revolutionary.

I LOVE LEADBELLY!!!! The burgers here are so fantastic. I always get the Raspberry Beret. This is hands out the greatest burger I have ever had in my life. It's a creative take on a peanut butter jelly burger. The raspberry jam pairs perfectly with the bacon, peanut butter, and meat. The buns are always wonderfully toasted here. One thing we love is that the fries are a mix are waffle fries and crinkle fries. The dipping sauces are 75 cents each, which is worth it for the honey mustard. Our service was quick, the restaurant was quiet, and they played the World Cup games for us to enjoy. Furthermore, drinks are all served in mason jars which is just cute. Leadbelly is the best burger, you just have to go get the Raspberry Beret yourself.

I've eaten at Leadbelly a few times and they have been all pretty good experiences. I always try to get something new every time I come here so I ordered the Patty Melt. The food came out relatively fast! The sourdough bread was really buttery and soft. The fries were okay- I wish they had some type of seasoning on them. It took awhile to put our orders in because it was getting pretty busy when we first sat down but it was nice that they let us pay shortly after getting our food because we had somewhere to be after dinner. Overall it is a fun and casual place to have dinner with some friends and family.

We came in, We're seated right away, we ordered an appetizer, the Philly cheese egg rolls and they were amazing with the queso! Our server was great, I ordered a burger, and just love their mix on fries!

Great spot in the Haymarket to grab some filling food! They've got a spot patio and a pretty decent inside space but be prepared to wait if there's an event going on downtown. The servers are great and the atmosphere is fun! They've got lots of great and diverse vegetarian options! There beer menu is normally pretty great to stocked up with local picks. We used to come here all the time in college and to the Omaha location (RIP) more recently. I was hardcore craving a fully leaded jacket which is no longer on the main menu but the waitress was able to hook me up! It used to come with chips but looks like now it's fries. A fully leaded jacket is basically a burger patty between cinnamon rolls, covered in a bean chili, drizzled with queso, and topped with an egg. It's definitely not a light option but it's my absolute favorite.

Always one of our go to spots in downtown lincoln, and Lincoln just in general! Parking is your typical downtown parking, meters & parking garages. They have multiple different kinds of seating, bar, outside, inside, and back in a caboose!! They do not take reservations, but if there is a wait day of they can add you to the online waitlist! Food is always great! I love that you can get a side of queso & chips for no up charge instead of fries! Their fries are also a mix of crinkle & waffle which is fun! The service is always nice & fast! We have had so many different items on the menu, Mac n cheese, burgers, poutine, and many sandwiches, they are always good & flavorful!

I was looking for a quick bite that was gluten free and LeadBelly had a gluten free bun option. The bun was toasty and didn't fall apart. The hamburger beef was delicious as well as the bacon, the jam and peanut butter gave it an interesting taste but it was not overbearing. The staff were nice and attentive. Interesting on the inside but nice patio on the outside , if you sit in a booth on the inside your view is people having dinner on the patio. Very good

Perfect spot downtown in the Haymarket--great for a quick bite or a night out. The bar is classic with lots of rustic wood, a perfect fit for the area, Our server was great he walked us through the menu and pointed out a few top sellers. The Philly egg rolls were outstanding--packed with flavor and tender steak. The sandwiches were creative, fresh, and delicious. Overall, highly recommend.

Walked up and was seated on the patio right away. Everything was clean and the atmosphere was good. Food arrived pretty quickly and was everything we hoped for. Service was great. Pricing was reasonable. Would absolutely return.

Great dinner at LeadBelly's as usual! Starting off with a Latte-tini - I'm a sucker for a drink with the Mill coffee in it. I don't always go for drinks with caffeine in them because I don't want to stay awake but I didn't have any issues with this from the drink (plus it was perfectly balanced!) The food was all great, I think they recently updated the menu but had many familiar items. I tried one of their specials (the hot honey sandwich) and the Wake Up Call burger - I definitely prefer splitting meals to mix it up through the meal and both were super tasty. Extra points for the poutine appetizer. We went at like 7:30 on a Friday night and somehow got a table in the back for 6 right away which was awesome. They had the restaurant all decorated for Valentine's Day which was cute and the back room was a little quieter being away from the main space and is super quaint.

I've always loved LeadBelly! Located in the Haymarket. Food and vibes are always great! My latest menu favorite is the Mixed Green Salad with steak.

Great Spot for a Casual Night Out! We were seated right away on a Friday night, which was a pleasant surprise. The patio seating was a great vibe and perfect for a relaxed evening. They had a decent beer selection with something for everyone. The food was unique and flavorful--definitely not your average menu. We especially loved the variety of dipping sauces you can order for the fries--such a fun touch! Would definitely come back.

I decided to try a classic Reuben while in Lincoln (when in Rome). It was so delicious. The sandwich appeared to be thin n the photos so I ordered double meat. I also subbed out loaded cosmik fries. The fries were very spicy but tasty. In addition, I ordered a bowl of chili. The description and photo included cheese, chips and sour cream. When it arrived it was just chili. It was delicious even without the missing items. Because the order was not completed correctly, I can't give a 5 star for service. I have no comment about the atmosphere at the restaurant as I was involved in takeout.

And I appreciated their cool decorations in the restaurant. I ordered ancho lime chicken bowl. Food was fresh. But the rice was overcooked. The onion straws were cold. The chicken was seasoned with regular Mexican spice. I was expecting ancho lime flavour. But it was different. And it was pulled apart like pulled pork. I still did somewhat enjoy my bowl. And I appreciated ghe service if our server. Maybe I will order something else the next time we are back. My sis in law n mom in law enjoyed their food.

We started with the Brusssels Sprouts and while it wasn't the largest serving, they were excellent with a balsamic and candied pecans adding to the tangy sweetness.
