Best Jiffy Lube location. I have been coming here for years, and always exceptional service.

Customer service here is terrific! I brought my truck in for differential service, was given the price up front and told it would take about 20 minutes. A bit later I was updated that the fluid draining was going slower than expected so the time would be delayed. They were very sorry. I knew the fluid was thick, so I wasn't surprised. When the truck was ready, they brought me out, let me know what the effects of the fluid change would possibly show as, and one even told me that he really liked my truck! It was a great experience. This location has been taking care of my oil changes as well, and this service is reflected at that time a well. read more

The staff at jiffy lube are great at what they do and are very professional, I received excellent customer service throughout my visit and the staff adequately explained the problems with my vehicle, I've experienced bad customer service at other oil change stores where I felt like I was being charged for services I did not need (new air filters). Jiffy lube did no such thing, they showed me the air filter and gave an accurate remaining lifespan on the filter, their extremely professional and pleasant staff had me down the road in 15 minutes. As promised! I'll be coming back for all future oil changes 10/10! read more

I called this location to inquire about an emissions inspection so that I may register my car .. I spoke with a gentleman named Josh who was the emissions inspector at this location, not only was Josh informative. He was extremely courteous and lovely, and at the end of our conversation, he said, have a blessed day. I asked him if this location had to wait for inspection. He said currently there is no wait, so I rushed right down. I was at this location within five minutes... I was then greeted by a very welcoming lady named Ava.. we had a conversation about what I needed and she was a more than informative about what I needed to do.. I pulled forward and Josh took over my vehicle... it was an absolute amazing experience. I know that may sound funny but I was a little bit nervous because the emissions inspection is new for our county and of course you're gonna be a little bit nervous about not passing. I passed with flying colors, of course.. I feel like the crew at this location including Kris, we're extraordinarily helpful, kind and informative. Took my car for inspection and mechanic refused to inspect car. My insurance card was valid and did not expire until end of March at which time a new insurance card will be provided when the policy renews. The guy would not inspect the car unless I showed him a different insurance ID card with an expiration date further out (even though the card was still valid for another 29 days until the policy renewed). The insurance company does not give a new card until the old policy expires and the new policy renews. I even logged in to my insurance account and showed him the electronic version of the card (in addition to my printed card). Guy still refused to inspect the car. I drove to the next inspection station down the street and the mechanic there inspected the car with no issue. I have tried this location on other instances and the person who does the inspections was not on site. Has happened twice. So, this makes 3 attempts to get an inspection at this location without success. I am done with this place. read more

The only place open July 4th My technician was Ran who was great, very informative. Being a female he didn't try to nickel and dime me, greatly appreciate that. I called my husband to confirm what Ran had recommended and when doing so there was no eye roll or anything from Ran. The whole team works really well together in getting everything done in a fast manner but repeating and verification all actions. Emily came and checked tires, there was a person under the car validating things. There was a car next to me, Marquis was working on, we pulled in the same time and both got out the same time. I get free oil changes with the dealership I got my car with... but with the service here... I'll be taking my car here for now on. read more

Update: after up-charging me and telling me they were going to make it right, the district manager was supposed to contact me, he did and I missed and returned his call and he never returned mine. Still would not recommend coming here because they will up-charge you and not rectify anything they do. Jiffy lube as company very active and replied and wanted to help but this location will up charge you on anything they can and tries to rip you off without you knowing. Figured out it was Rhonda that did this very disappointing. Then, the manager doesn't bother rectifying it. STAY AWAY! read more

After waiting for an hour, post oil change to get an inspection the female attendant finally came and told me that she refuses to inspect the car because it has trace amounts of cat hair and she's allergic. The attendant did not offer any other resolutions, or any other assistance to help. Simply sent us on our way and said sorry. Absolutely horrible. Customer service will never return. read more

Went in for an inspection today, had proof of insurance. Insurance card expires July 14, 2022. Was told they will not do an because insurance expires in less than 30 days. Was told the reason was customers have been coming days before insurance expire to get their car inspected and the customer does not renew the insurance. So, that is the reason they will not do the inspection. But I cannot seem to find this rule anywhere. read more

I like this location of Jiffy Lube. I have been taking both family vehicles here since we moved into this area a few years back. I've never had an issue getting my oil changed or state inspection done. I don't think I've ever waited more than 30 minutes for them to complete service on either vehicle (a sedan and a full size truck). The staff is always nice and friendly. They will even try and find the best deal/coupon for whatever service I am having done that day. JiffyLube bait and switch scam today. I called JiffyLube and they quoted me $119 for 13 quart synthetic oil change on my F350 diesel truck. Thirty minutes later I showed up to JiffyLube for the olil change they told me is was going to be $240! WTF! I ended up getting it changed at Valvoline Instant Oill change in Leander. They gave me a great price of $111 that included veteran discount. Im happy now! read more

I went to Jiffy Lube at 1705 S.HWY 183 in Leander, expecting for a wait. To my surprise, I pulled right in. Every one of the young men who greeted me, had a smile on his face and a yes ma'am! They showed me where I was not quite ready for a filter, which was refreshing because the place I usually go to for an oil change, always finds something else and I walk away with a $3-$400 bill! 1st off it's a saturday so i expected this place to be PACKED but i called and they said it was only a 30 minute wait. SOLD. drove up and they came to my car in a timely manner, WITH a smile (important), and asked how he could help me today. simple oil change is all i needed. i asked last minute if he could check my engine light for free (me thinking it's autozone lol) and he said that it's usually 60 bucks but he could help me out today. which we all love a good discount. he offered his choices of oil and i chose the cheaper one. he came back and told me that they were actually out of that so he would give me the better one at the price i was expecting to pay. i didn't ask for any discount but was given them for the services i requested and i couldn't be happier with the service i was given today read more

Took my car in about 11:15am - greeted by a young man with a big smile - asked for an oil change - he directed me to the correct line - waited about 5 minutes - moved into the bay for service - all staff working like a well lined engine - pun intended- took about 15 minutes - all fluids checked - tires checked - lights checked - windows cleaned - wipers cleaned - shown dirt air filter - all with big smiles and no one seemed pushy at all - out and driving back to work at 11:35!
