This time I had a different injector, and the experience was the opposite. She started by using leftover botox units from a previous visit around my crow's feet. Then she asked, "Do you want some in your brows?" and I said "sure," assuming it was part of the same leftover amount -- no one mentioned there would be an additional charge. When I went to check out, I was suddenly told it was an extra $160, which felt very misleading. I couldn't exactly say "I wasn't aware, take it out." so I just paid and left. During my lip filler, she had the alcohol pad pressed on my nose, and I couldn't breathe without inhaling alcohol. I was panicking, trying to make noises and even move my head a little so she'd realize something was wrong, but she didn't notice until afterward and just said "oops, sorry" and the corrected herself for the rest. It was scary and one of the most uncomfortable feelings I've ever had during an appointment. Imagine only being able to breathe in alcohol. I work in sales, so I completely understand upcharges and add-ons -- but I also know the importance of transparency. Clients deserve to know exactly what they're paying for and where their money is going. I left feeling uncomfortable, blindsided, and disappointed after what used to be one of my favorite med spas. I hope management addresses the communication and care standards here, because trust and safety should always come first

Rayne explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, which made me feel a lot more comfortable going into it. During the facial, it was way more tolerable than I expected, and she kept checking in to make sure I was okay the whole time. Right after, my skin already looked smoother and had a nice glow. Over the next few days, it just kept getting better--my skin feels tighter, looks more even, and overall just healthier. I loved so many things about Stephanie, but one of the things that I really appreciated was that she didn't try to sell me on products. She told me to go home and take inventory of what I have and use it all up! As opposed to trying to sell me on products I already do have. I appreciate that so much. Also, I asked her how frequently I should be coming, like, once a month? Once every other month? And she just said she is happy to see me whenever I can come, be it once or twice a year, or once a quarter.
