Le Lechon con Cuero, Reg Cuban Black Beans-Reg Street Corn Salad.

This is the second time that I e been here. Both times the staff here were kind, prompt and professional. They smiled as if they enjoy people and what they do. This pork dish Lechon con cuero, black beans and corn salad - so delicious! It has an outside entrance at Triangle mall in Raleigh.

Vijeth with Offline - It is a nice looking restaurant, self seat and order at the counter they give you a little stand with the number and then bring out your food. We sat outside as the weather was beautiful. We got the 4 meat platter ($28.99), with Argentinian sausage, roast/ rotisserie chicken quarter, ban jerk ribs (+$1) and the crispy pork skin pulled pork (+$3.5) plus a beer (which he gave the wrong one but corrected it when we asked again)! There's an additional charge for any sauces you want to e got a chimichuri and a aji amraillo (which they forgot to give us with the food) Our 2 sides were street corn salad and adobo fries ! Our fav were the fries ! Everything else was very mediocre, the meat was well cooked but nothing that wowed us! For $3.5 extra the piece of crispy pork skin was a 2.5*2.5 inch square and had a burnt flavor to it. There was ketchup and habanero hot sauce on the table (there was hardly 1-2 tbsps in the bottle and it tasted stale and of oil) There was a credit card charge that we weren't told of before being charged.

In a desolate Triangle Town Center, Lechón is one of the few thriving businesses. It's in an old CPK space so there's plenty of seating in a spare modern setting. It's quick service so orders are placed at the counter & they bring the food out to you. We tried several of their meats. The lechon was well flavored with a delightfully crispy skin. The roasted chicken was tender and flavorful as well as the Argentinian sausage. If you're in the mood for Latin fare, this is the place to get it!

I have been wanting to try this place for a while, it's in the desolate triangle mall. It very large restaurant, you go to the counter to order and they bring you the food. We both ordered the lechon pork with the skin and black beans and rice my friend had the street corn, but she didn't like that it's served cold. She felt it should say served cold. and a side of fries. The black beans were amazing and so was the French fries; just the right amount of seasoning and hot and fresh. It wasn't that busy, I'm not sure why they don't come to the table to order, I probably would've ordered another beer, but the fact that I had to go stand in line again I changed my mind. I would definitely go back! I could eat those black beans everyday.

This was a nice spot for some good Latin food. It was large with plenty of clean and comfortable seating. The staff were very nice and knew their menu pretty well. We had a couple of orders of the lechon and I also got the rotisserie chicken. The meats were very good. The crispy skin was worth it. The sides were great. Red beans and rice, Cuban black beans, tostones were all perfect. The street corn salad - served cold was just ok. Overall very happy with this one.

Lechon con Cuero- (2) Cheese Cake Empanada- Large Arroz con Gandules- Large Fried Tostones-with mojo de ajo

The pernil con cuerito was excellent, accompanied by arroz con gandules topped with black beans and crunchy tostones with mojo de ajo. Finale empanadas de queso, magnifique!

Lechon is located at the Triangle Mall. When I arrived there was only two parties inside of the business. The restaurant is spacious with many tables to sit at or stools at the counter. I placed my order at the counter & my food was brought to me after it was prepared. When I placed my order I had discount for a certain amount off for lunch & a higher amount off for dinner. I arrived at the business close to 3:30 pm. My bill was rang up with the lunch discount. I asked what time lunch was over & I was told 5pm. I have never heard a restaurant having lunch going that late. I got the ribs with beans and plantains. The ribs and beans needed more seasoning. The ribs were a little too fatty but they were tender and the bourbon sauce on them was good. I enjoyed the plantains.

The food is amazing! We tried all the meats on the menu and loved them all! It was fun to dip them in different sauces and change the flavors. We also got the Cuban flatbread--so delicious! The corn salad, fried plantains, fried yucca, and lechon rice were such yummy sides. The service was quick and friendly. Margaritas were generous and tasty. We will absolutely come back here!

The food was so delicious. That Cuban Sandwich is perfection. The empanadas were fried just right. They know what they are doing here. Service was knowledgeable and super friendly. Very clean dinning area and bathroom. Beautiful place inside and out.

100% must try! This place not only is authentically delicious but a great mom and pop restaurant feel. They take pride in what they do. I cannot boast about this place enough! They have large portions and everything was cooked perfectly! Great family-friendly restaurant soooooo good!

Located across from the Barnes & Noble at Triangle Town Center (backside of the mall). You can get in from the food court or there's an entrance outside the building as well. Employee (co-owner) was friendly and greeted us when we walked in. Opted for the 1/4 dark chicken and crispy pork with plantains and elote corn. Honestly, the sides were better than the meat. Unfortunately I thought the pork was a bit greasy and lacked flavor (probably should've gotten a sauce but I didn't like that they charge you for them). The chicken was average. Both sides were delicious though. They recently added burgers to their menu so I'd be interested in trying one.

We politely let our waitress know and she took our plate back and the kitchen in turn, provided us with a whole new plate of food. We were ready to dig in but this time, the barbecue lacked flavor and my daughters were so disappointed and were ready to leave. I took a seat at the outdoor bar and started with some smoked wings. 5 whole wings, so really 10 wings at most places. Meat was juicy enough, maybe I was hoping for more of a dry rub though. I used the tangy BBQ sauce and sweet BBQ sauce on them, and they certainly enhanced the flavor. I usually like mustard based sauces, but theirs was little more peppery than I wanted Then, per the bartender's recommendation, I ordered the brisket melt sandwich, and it was the undisputed highlight of the meal Muenster cheese, thinly sliced white onion, pickle chips, and a good load of horseradish sauce. The brisket had an amazing flavor, and all the other toppings came together beautifully. But that Union bakery bun is just another level. It's like brioche, it was so soft, but somehow a little more substantial. For my side dish, I went with the sweet potatoes with goat cheese, pepitas, and agave. This was just ok. For me, the potatoes could have been cooked longer, a little more crispness would have really helped. I did think the goat cheese was a unique flavor with a milder ingredient like a sweet potato, but it did work with the other ingredients pretty well. Only one unisex bathroom and it's small, so be warned!

I ordered a combo plate of chicken pastry and bbq pork, with sides of fried okra and potato salad. Everything was served piping hot, just as it should be. The Chicken Pastry (chicken and dumplings) had wonderful flavor and was comfort food at its finest with thick and wide chewy noodle dumplings. So often chicken and dumpling dishes can be overly salty but Ole Time Barbecue's was perfectly seasoned. The barbecue pork also had great flavor and also was seasoned perfectly, though unfortunately I can't do even the most mild of spicy, so even tho there were only a few red pepper flakes, they made it a little bit challenging for me to eat. The fried okra was cooked and seasoned perfectly and not at all oily and the potato salad was also really tasty. I also tasted their coleslaw and mac and cheese from Hubs dinner and both were delicious as well. Also loved their sweet tea, I got it 25% sweet . The biggest surprise was the large basket of tasty hush puppies brought to our table the minute we sat down, and refilled. Also delicious and seasoned perfectly. The location is very homey and diner like, with just a handful of tables so you may have to wait, though luckily we didn't. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was they served their sides in styrofoam containers versus reusable dishes like they use for their main courses. I do love that they're using reusable dishes for their mains so it seems like they could also do this for their sides. Less trash for the restaurant and better for the world... .

I was thrilled that most of the menu was available. They were just out of the banana pudding. So I got to try the pecan wings I read about with the white sauce. It was so good. Then I got the chicken pot pie and biscuits. The pot pie had old biscuits for the topping, but the creamy mixture with large chunks of chicken was delicious. My biscuits came with honey and were served warm. I left with a slice of the chocolate-caramel-coconut cake, a side salad without onions, and a fried boneless thigh. The salad was made correctly, and the dressing was included. The salad was full of veggies, and the cake was rich and moist.
