This place is truly a gem. We had passed this place for years always saying wow we should try that some time. So yesterday we finally went. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The piano player was already going when we were seated. Super talented guy. We really enjoyed the piano music[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. For apps we had oysters and tuna tartare which were great. Entrees were Chilean Sea Bass and seafood linguine. They were really good as well. Service was excellent. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The experience was much more like a high end restaurant with a piano than a bar.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We're super excited that we found this place, we will definitely be back.

A valentines day dinner We made our reservation a month in advance and held it with a credit card for 25. we got there and was told there is another 25. for a door charge fee everyone had to pay it was for the piano player. our table wasn't ready we waited 15 then told we had 90 minutes to eat and leave the table as they needed to turn tables quickly. We ordered our food drink dessert all at once wolfed it down quickly I watched my watch so many times my Husband wanted for me to enjoy the meal but I was very nervous and wanted to follow the one hour and a half time at my table rule. No specials were read and no managers on sight. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's a nice dinning room and the food was good.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]The bus boy and girl were very nice too.

I just love this place. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Great vibe, amazing food and drinks.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Smaller plates so nice to go with friends and try more items. Nice for special occasion, or just a treat yourself night.

One of the unique cocktail flavors!

I had a wonderful time for a special occasion at this piano bar that serves fancy high class cocktails and small entrees with piano music. I have attached a photo of one of the drinks. I highly recommend for a unique night out. Reservations are highly recommended. Valet parking. It is a bit pricey but you deserve to pamper yourself or a loved one occasionally!

This is a hidden gem esp if you like great service, great food, fun drinks and love the piano. Look at the menu and understand that this is for a unique experience. Owners really want you to have a great time. I enjoyed my 50th birthday here! Will go back again for a nice evening out.

It usually takes dining somewhere two or three times before you can leave an honest review, but there wasn't much information on the igloo dining experience here. So keep in mind, this was our only experience with this place. I booked one of the igloo's for a Valentine's Day dinner. We got to the piano bar but the table wasn't ready yet so we were offered a seat at the bar. Great experience, good drinks and very friendly bartenders. There was a mother and daughter at the end of bar that either owned the place or managed it and they seemed nice. The daughter was engaging and seemed to care. We ordered a few drinks and about fifteen minutes later we were being escorted out to our igloo. It was 29 degrees on Valentine's Day, but the space heater kept the igloo surprisingly warm. There was enough space to sit 6 people, but I think any more than 4 people would feel a little crammed. The igloo was decorated in hearts and white lights. There were a couple of fireplaces on stands outside of the igloo, I think mainly for the ambiance, I don't think they provided any heat. They also broadcast the piano player from inside the bar to a speaker inside of the igloo, which is a really nice touch. The food was good, and we all thought the appetizers were better than the main courses. The entree's are listed as "small plates", and the portion size was pretty decent. For the apps the three of us ordered Arancini, lettuce wraps and "two jumbo shrimp with five heart shaped ravioli". The jumbo shrimp were MASSIVE! But we all agreed, the best dish of the night were the lettuce wraps, they were incredible. For the entree's we ordered the Lederach chicken, the short rib and the Chilean sea bass. They were all decent, but nobody was overly impressed. We had a wonderful night and it was a pretty cool experience. My only complaint was the service was a bit slow that night. We were there for almost two hours and our drinks sat empty for a good part of that time. And after almost two hours in 29 degree weather, it did start to get a little chilly. Eventually I went inside to find our waitress and get the check. By the time I got back outside, the heater ran out of propane and the igloo was freezing! We were about to go inside to close out the check, but fortunately the waitress came out as we were walking in. It was a cool experience, and I would recommend trying it, but I think once was enough for us.

Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The hostess called the evening before to ask if our party could go up stairs as they planned to seat us in the loft. While the phone call was very considerate, once we were in the loft, we felt forgotten by the server. We waited a long time each step and longest for our food, with two hungry little kids. Since the loft was out of the way, there was no opportunity for the server to pop in to check on us, and twice I had to walk downstairs to flag down someone for service. The only exception to the service was the bus boy with the water who was wonderfully diligent at keeping our glasses filled. Had he been in charge of food, instead of just water, it could have been a 5 star service experience.

This place has consistently good food, atmosphere, specialty drinks and most of all a friendly and cohesive staff. The dedicated staff consistently goes above and beyond to ensure your complete satisfaction, complemented by an exceptional kitchen team. We started going to The Library on Friday nights to end our week and connect with our 9 year old daughter. We had the pleasure of having Frank as our first server--he was attentive, kind, and absolutely wonderful with our daughter. As the weeks went on we met Maria (another favorite person) who takes care of us most weeks - she's an absolute doll, exceptional and deeply professional all while leaving us feeling very well taken care of. Xhek, Axel, and Alina have cultivated an exceptional team culture, which shines through in the quality of their food and service. We really enjoy going there every week and very much look forward to our Friday nights at The Library not because we know we will eat well but that we will encounter the wonderful people who make this place a phenomenal establishment!

It was 100 degrees out, so we had no interest in that. While I was parking, my friend attempted to get us a table. The hostess said she had a high top available in the bar. My friend said that was fine. A few minutes later, I came inside and my friend was still waiting to be sat. Multiple customers came in after us and were seated immediately. My friend had to ask the hostess if she was going to seat us! She said yes and then proceeded to seat other people. Unreal. Then another guy came out and asked us if we were being helped and we told him what happened. Then the hostess showed back up, he said something to her, and then she finally took us to the table. Listen, I was a server for many years. I get the ins and outs of a restaurant. All you have to do is communicate with the customers. If she was waiting for the table to be cleaned off, or if there was some other reason for the delay, then just have the courtesy to tell us and not ignore us. Anyway... Once we were seated, our waitress greeted us relatively quickly. We ordered the blueberry cornbread, the turkey blt and the falafel wrap (we shared all 3). All the food was delivered in a timely manner, and the presentation was nice. Out of everything, the cornbread was the best. My friend loved all of the items, but I did not. Falafel wrap was ordinary. Nothing special at all. The fries were crisp and tasty. And ceasar salad was ok (we got a side salad in place of the fries for one of the meals). The BLT had so much potential, if it weren't for the bacon. Let's just say it didn't taste like bacon. I don't want to be too gross, but it honestly tasted the way that a barn or zoo smells. It had this dirty, nasty flavor to it that totally turned me off and made me lose my appetite. The cornbread was amazing, but everything else was lackluster. I posted some pics, so be sure to take a look. Oh, and before we were finished eating, some guy came and attempted to take our plates from us without asking if we were finished! It was weird. The place itself is cute, but very small and cramped. I felt a little claustrophobic in the bathroom. It was super easy to pay the bill, as they provide a QR code and take Apple Pay. Would I go back? Heck no.

Parking can be tight on the street, but there are municipal lots nearby that make things easy. They usually have around ten beers on tap, a solid mix of styles that changes often enough to keep things interesting. There are a few TVs, and during slower weekday hours they keep things cozy by only opening the bar area. On weekends, when the place fills up, they expand seating into the section by their brewing area. If you're just grabbing beer to go, they sell four-packs of their own brews. For food, you can either take your beer into the market's food court or bring your meal back into the brewery. Both setups work fine depending on what kind of night you're after. If you are not a beer person, fortunately there are Stateside seltzers, and Surfside hard iced teas available. A relaxed local spot with good beer, friendly people, and a nice addition to Ambler's growing brewery scene.
